About: I have always had dogs and cats as a part of my family and I also spent a lot of time cat sitting for friends and family. My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! I have a huge backyard that is not fenced in, however your pet would have full on leash supervised access to the yard! I have an older cat who gets along very well with other animals.

About: I have guinea pigs, cats, dogs, and chickens. I have also had a bearded dragon and rabbits. I am very used to caring for many types of animals and love them all. Have experience with all different ages and many different needs for each pet. They’re our family ! I was a teacher for 12 years in elementary school. After our 3rd child was born i decided to stay home to take care of our children and our pets full time. I am very flexible with my schedule and our pets love visitors - animals and humans !! I have a fully fenced in backyard and three very friendly dogs and three very friendly children :) We are all animal lovers. I am home during the days and when school starts, I am the only one home so it’s nice and quiet. We live in a great area for dog walks and are close to many parks for hikes too.

I initially found out about Rover from looking for a sitter for my dog (8 lb papillon) because he had never been boarded and his usual sitter was not available. It then got me into wanting to pet sit for others and offer other pets the same comfort I wanted for my dog and offer you the peace of mind knowing I am treating them as my own! I know it is hard to trust just anybody and you want your dog or cat to feel safe and comfortable while you are away; I make sure to send pictures and updates daily so you know how their stay is going (and how spoiled they are getting). My goal is to make it so you can fully enjoy your vacation and your pet feels like they are on one too! I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life (and a whole other array of animals - guinea pigs, lizards, birds, etc.)...I also have fostered and volunteered at shelters but have found it really hard to not adopt them all, so this is the best of both worlds. I can take care of your puppy all the way up to your senior. Whether you need a 30 minute walk, someone to come over for a potty break and belly rubs, or dog boarding, I will be happy to spend my day(s) giving your pet the attention they need! About: I’ve had dogs and cats since childhood so am familiar and comfortable with walking, feeding, cleaning and taking care of animals. Our family loves dogs and since we don’t have one at the moment we’re enjoying spending time with the dogs we dog-sit for! I’m currently a stay at home Mom and home most of the week, so able to walk a dog easily or take it out to the bathroom as needed. I have a large fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy.
