Doggy Day Care in Fishers

About: I have 10 years of experience in the pet industry from Dog Walking & Pet sitting to grooming, retail and pet nutrition. Dogs are my life long love. I currently share my home with my 3 year old golden retriever, my 7 year old daughter and my husband. Besides clients’ dogs and cats, I have taken care of many friends and family members’ pets as well over the years. Taking care of dogs and cats are my true therapy. I love to take walks with the pups, trips to the parks, and do yard romps; enrichment toys & activities. I am currently a stay at home mom. I am available for midday walks and drop in visits for your fur babies. During those visits we can manage a long walk, or a yard romp, all depending on your dog's needs. Pups that stay with me have to be friendly with children and other dogs. Please contact me in advance for boarding as I like to set up a free Meet & Great visit so your pup and I can get to know each other as well as my other family members. Unfortunately I am not able to board aggressive or reactive dogs.

About: Adopted a whippet 5 years ago named Boo. She’s a certified therapy dog and is incredibly well behaved. I myself taught her how to sit, stay, twirl in a circle, give paw and to touch her nose to my fist. I’ll have no issue training your puppy, just as much as I’ll have no issue in administering medications to your doggy as well. Any special routines they may have as well, I have no problem following it to a T! I’m currently unemployed so I’ll be available anytime you may need me to watch your pets. Weekdays, weekends and even staying the night! I also have my own car so if for whatever reason an emergency vet trip is needed to be made, I can do so safely and quickly. I have a fenced in backyard and a 4 year old whippet who loves to play chase. Mostly because you can’t catch her. She has her own kennel that she sleeps in. Anything you have listed for me to do in your home, will be completed, while ensuring your pet is getting enough attention of course. I will follow your instructions to a T.

About: I have guinea pigs, cats, dogs, and chickens. I have also had a bearded dragon and rabbits. I am very used to caring for many types of animals and love them all. Have experience with all different ages and many different needs for each pet. They’re our family ! I was a teacher for 12 years in elementary school. After our 3rd child was born i decided to stay home to take care of our children and our pets full time. I am very flexible with my schedule and our pets love visitors - animals and humans !! I have a fully fenced in backyard and three very friendly dogs and three very friendly children :) We are all animal lovers. I am home during the days and when school starts, I am the only one home so it’s nice and quiet. We live in a great area for dog walks and are close to many parks for hikes too.

I double-check doors, gates, and litter boxes, clean up after visits, and keep routines as familiar as possible. I also pay close attention to pets’ behavior and will communicate promptly if I notice anything unusual. I provide regular updates so owners know their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since childhood so am familiar and comfortable with walking, feeding, cleaning and taking care of animals. Our family loves dogs and since we don’t have one at the moment we’re enjoying spending time with the dogs we dog-sit for! I’m currently a stay at home Mom and home most of the week, so able to walk a dog easily or take it out to the bathroom as needed. I have a large fenced in yard for your dog to enjoy. I live in a suburban neighborhood easy to walk a dog in. I can crate your dog if required.

About: Hi, I am a volunteer EMT and have a life long passion for dogs and all animals. On my spare time, my wife (Melinda) and I enjoy various aspects of the outdoors, no matter the season. We frequently pet sit for my brother-in law's German Shepard, who is full of energy, of which I have learned all the commands and public interaction techniques. This has been ongoing for approximately the past 4 years. * Melinda and I extensively clean and disinfect our house not only before and after each dog but also on a regular basis as well. My wife and I have a fleece-lined jacket 4 any puppy to help combat the weather. Additionally we have couch protectors, Memory Foam bed, a basket of toys, and food and water dish set up

About: I would love to take care of your pet as I am a huge animal lover and have years of experience! I grew up with many animals (including dogs) and I used to work at a dog rescue for many years. I love walking dogs and taking care of them, along with playing with them and just letting them be dogs! If you have a very active dog, I’d be happy to take them for a run or trail hike. I have very flexible availability, for dog care. I am very dependable, reliable and trustworthy. I understand that leaving your animal with someone new can be quite unsettling sometimes- so if you would like to set up a meet and greet first, let me know! I have a large un fenced yard at home, which is surrounded by woods with lots of wildlife. Your dog will be leashed for safety, but there’s is lots of room to run around and tons of wild animal smells. I am also walking distance from a nice walking trail. As for inside, they will full romp of the house! I live in a small one story ranch, so they will have lots of room to play and relax but the house is small enough to make it very easy to monitor them.

I initially found out about Rover from looking for a sitter for my dog (8 lb papillon) because he had never been boarded and his usual sitter was not available. It then got me into wanting to pet sit for others and offer other pets the same comfort I wanted for my dog and offer you the peace of mind knowing I am treating them as my own! I know it is hard to trust just anybody and you want your dog or cat to feel safe and comfortable while you are away; I make sure to send pictures and updates daily so you know how their stay is going (and how spoiled they are getting). My goal is to make it so you can fully enjoy your vacation and your pet feels like they are on one too! I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life (and a whole other array of animals - guinea pigs, lizards, birds, etc.)...I also have fostered and volunteered at shelters but have found it really hard to not adopt them all, so this is the best of both worlds. I can take care of your puppy all the way up to your senior. Whether you need a 30 minute walk, someone to come over for a potty break and belly rubs, or dog boarding, I will be happy to spend my day(s) giving your pet the attention they need!
