“Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”

“Lourdes is AWESOME!!! Teddy stayed with her for 3 nights and I think he wants to go back. lol. When I went to drop Teddy off, she gave me a tour of her house to let me know what kind of environment/setup she has. She also let me meet some of her family members who are also very sweet. While Teddy was staying with her, I got 22 pictures and multiple videos through out the stay to let me know Teddy is doing just fine. She also sent me texts throughout the stay just to let me know how Teddy is doing. During the night, she even put a little sweater on Teddy to make sure he doesn’t get cold. My family and I were going to Canada and I was super nervous because I was going so far away, but Lourdes definitely made me at ease and my family enjoyed every single pictures and vidoes she sent us. My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! I have a huge backyard that is not fenced in, however your pet would have full on leash supervised access to the yard! I have an older cat who gets along very well with other animals.

About: I have pet sit for friends and neighbors for a long time now, including dogs and cats. I grew up with almost any type of animal you can imagine, from little reptiles, to horses, with many in between. I currently have a dog, 2 cats, a few fish, and many chickens. I have raised a Double Doodle puppy, and am happy to work on positive reinforcement training with puppies! I am available for dog-walks at night after 6pm as well as open on the weekends for house sitting and checking in on pets while the owner is traveling. I am happy to evaluate the space where the pet sleeps, eats, and where the best areas for walks are in the neighborhood. For house-sitting appointments, a designated space to sleep is preferred to be able to care for the animal overnight as needed.

I’m available most days and times without issue! I do request as much advance notice as you can provide but am open to same day bookings when my schedule allows. I have a fully fenced yard to provide a secure space if they are coming to my home. I am very comfortable taking them on neighborhood walks if they are comfortable. I only use non-retractable leashes and positive reinforcement (treats and affirmations) to engage with your dog. I’ve taken dog CPR training as well.

About: I provide care for dogs in various formats such as sitting, walking, and boarding and more. If your dog likes to pick up the pace during a walk I am sure to match it, as I experienced this with a German Shepherd. Through experience, I assisted the Mini Dachshund on my profile in developing his skill of rolling over on command. I will value getting to know you and your dog. I know that with my experience with numerous dog breeds, I am a good fit for the services I offer. I will take care of and love your dog as if they are mine. I have flexibility with my schedule and am able to drive to your dogs appointments if as needed. If your dog has closer interval schedules or attention needs for health, I have the availability. I will care for your pets according to the discussed schedule and will follow that throughout the booking and or if the client wants to provide a sheet for the information.

“Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”
