About: Hi! I’m Lauren — a lifelong animal lover with decades of hands-on pet care experience. I grew up in a home that always had dogs (usually three!), and I started dog-sitting back in college in the early 2000s. One of my favorite long-term clients had a huge white German Shepherd who growled at everyone. By evening on day one, he was upside down in my lap, getting a belly rub! I had two beloved dogs of my own for 15 years, and now that I have two young kids (and no current pets), I’m looking to share my love with your furry (or scaly!) family member. Whether it’s walks, belly rubs, or snuggle time, I’ll treat your pet like my own. Dogs, cats, snakes, bunnies — you name it, I love them all. 💛 If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about animals, I’d love to help care for your pet while you’re away! I only work a few hours in the morning (9-12), so my schedule is pretty flexible — I can often accommodate daytime, evening, or even last-minute pet care needs. I’m currently available for daytime, evening, and weekend bookings. I believe pets feel most comfortable in their own home, so I’m happy to care for your dog or cat in their familiar space while you’re away. That said, if you'd prefer your pet stays with me, I do have a safe, fenced-in front yard that's great for larger dogs to get some playtime and fresh air. Inside, your pet will be treated like part of the family — couches are fair game (as long as you’re cool with it!), and my whole family will be happy to shower your pet with love, snuggles, and attention.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs of every kind since I was a little girl. Pets have always been a staple in my family I until recently had pets in every place I’ve lived. Unfortunately where I currently live I’m not able to have a furry friend like before. I love the joy cats and dogs bring from unique personalities to goofiness and everything in between. I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and small animals like rabbits and hamsters. I am free ro take care of your pet's full time as dog walker or pet sitter., no dog is to small or to big to take care of. Dogs sleep on my bed..1 hr daily walks are most important for exercise and emotional balance for canines. A good diet issues also important for a long life.

About: I started loving animals with two puppies and I raised and trained for service tasks. They each have such a distinct personality! I learned about animal behavior and some basic veterinary needs. Recently I’ve worked in shelter environments, cleaning and caring for rescues. I dream it will have classes for humans to learn more about their pets. Have that expensive equipment for everyone to use, and a toy exchange. Pretty big dream, but it all starts here building a community. I evaluate the animals behaviors and determine the initial introduction: usually nervous, so walks and yummy treats to win them over. My favorite thing to do is bring a book, or just take a nap with them, after a big adventure! We also have a HUGE contained back yard with new dog stuff coming in all the time.

About: I've taken care of cats since I was a kid and have always loved them very deeply. I've also tended to small and medium sized dogs, but cats are my favorite :) mine's name is Honey and she's almost two years old! I have experience with intricate feeding regimes, deep cleaning litter boxes, playing with cats, and keeping their areas clean and tidy. I'm knowledgeable when it comes to their body language and moods and just want them to have the best time while you're away. I'm a freelance graphic designer currently taking a gap year before pursing an MFA! Meaning my schedule is fully open on weekdays and weekends, featuring plenty of time to care for cats of all kind. I make sure to update my clients routinely or as much as they personally request. Additionally, I greatly respect my client's home and pet areas, doing my role in keeping things neat and orderly.

About: I have worked in pet boarding and daycare facilities handling dogs for about 5 years. I have experience as well as an understanding for animal care and behavior. I have eight certificates showing my knowledge and skills working with dogs and cats. Times may vary weekly. I have an open schedule between bookings appointments. There is always time throughout the week. I'm a housewife and want to a little earn extra money. I live a few blocks away from a dog park and I also know of a lovely dog park in SLO. If your dog enjoys bike riding I can make it happen. If your dog enjoys a day at the beach I can take them to the dog beach in Avila. If your dog enjoys a good hike I know some pretty good trails. Also if your dog just needs some cuddles I can provide that with a happy smile.

About: I've had multiple dogs throughout my life, most starting from puppies. My wife and I are dog lovers and we have 3 pugs of our own. We have had multiple big dogs at once but when they passed on, we decided to go the smaller route. We have housed multiple dogs at once for the weekend, done dog walking for friends and family and now wish to help out our community. If you need anything, please reach out to see if I can be of assistance. I'm used to walking large breed dogs and can even take them out to the dog beach if wanted. I can walk your dogs, bathe, feed, play, take to the beach, or just lay around with them. I do have 3 pugs that live with us so if you do need us to board, please let me know if they are not friendly and I can keep them away from each other. I have a fenced backyard, but all dogs are welcomed inside our home and allowed on furniture. Our fur babies are family and are treated like royalty and all pups inside our home get the same treatment. I can abide by any special diet restrictions or time for feedings. Our dogs eat twice a day with an occasional treat. Please let me know if treats are not allowed

About: I have had a pet dog for several years in the past, and I more recently have been connected to households in my hometown neighborhood to provide petsitting care for 7 households so far. Having worked with aging and young dogs, and am able to administer medication and make sure they are nourished and able to exercise. I have also had the pleasure to care for chickens and cats. Additionally, I spent a year developing technician skills in professional pet grooming services in a veterinary setting. My passion for animal care began when I started volunteering with training and socializing cats and dogs at my local animal shelter. Last summer, I worked with baby birds at a wildlife clinic. After finishing school at UC Davis, I am still looking for part time or full time work. I am generally not busy outside the home for necessarily more than 5 hours at a time. About: I’ve watched over friend’s dogs many times. I always have a good experience with pets. Dogs love me and feel comfortable with me. Happy to meet yours! I’m very flexible during the week and available weekends. I work and am in school both in the medical field, but have an open schedule. I’m comfortable with fenced homes and would only be able to do at your home service. My home does not have a yard. Happy to work anything out!
