I don’t have any pets myself so okay with dogs/cats that don’t like or can’t be around other animals 👍🏻 Available in Grover Beach for walking, boarding, house check ins, any pet related needs! About: I grew up with animals and have always had a special connection with them. I have worked with animals of all walks of life in an animal shelter & truly enjoy getting to witness their success. About: To stay busy as a child, I walked and house sat practically the entire neighborhood’s beloved pet. Summer days were filled with miles of dog walking adventures with a dedicated cabinet to keep the hundreds of house keys safe. Even now, as I begin grad school at Cal Poly, I can’t imagine my routine without it! Morning exercise, study breaks throughout the day, and evening walks are a perfect time for animal care sessions. Having a sister who is a vet, I am only a quick call away from an expert diagnosis if ever necessary. I have piece of mind knowing assistance is close and years of experience keeping animals happy and safe. I am currently enrolled in Cal Poly’s Master’s program for Biomedical Engineering, which is completely virtual this quarter and likely next. This allows for a very flexible schedule with frequent study breaks for pet walks or visits. The remote lessons even allow me to listen to lectures while with your pet in your home for extended pet company. My house is close to the bike path and terrace hill for the perfect pet excursion sure to leave them tired and happy. About: Your dog is as much an individual as you are and we are here to help your puppies to have exactly the experience that they need. I am a life long dog lover and have had many dogs over the years (work travel prevents me from ownership right now). Over the years my household (me, adult son, grand daughter (6)) have adopted or fostered a wide variety of dogs from a puppy to be trained and moved on to forever home to senior dogs who ultimately ended up with their forever home right here. I am excellent at giving medication (was a LPN for humans), long walks that I enjoy as much as the dog, and am open to any dog related service your dog may need. I will always treat your dog like the wonderful individual they are. I am open to any size dog and ANY breed (I have great relationships with pit bulls, Chihuahua's, and other high difficulty breads) All dogs must have flee control and be up on vaccinations (and licensed). I was reading the Rover information for customers and it said you should ask about how much cuddle time, playtime, and walks cost. Your pet will get all the cuddles, walks, and playtime they can stand for free. I do this because everybody in my house loves dogs and want to make new furry friends. Feel free to contact me with any questions I am a work from home writer, artist, photographer, and journalist, so I have lots of open time. I do travel for work in the summer months which does leave some days completely unavailable, but otherwise ready to walk from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. There is no other way to say it, I love dogs and will treat your dog with more respect than most humans receive. The walks will be well planned and any care will be exactly what you requested.

About: Not only have I had dogs and cats as family members for the last 40 years, I've taken care of friends and family's dogs and cats. I was blessed to have Max for 17 years, a gentle boy who was blind and deaf in his senior years. If your pet has special needs I am confident I can give them the proper care needed. I currently have 2 dogs, a poodle pup who is an adorable and fun little rascal and a sweet terrior mix who is my walking buddy. They will be cared for at home by my husband if I'm taking care of your pet. I'm very active and happy to be retired. I love spending time walking my dogs and being with the 24/7 which of course is not possible when you're working or traveling. I understand how important your best friend is in good hands while you're at work or away and I'll be available to walk your dog as needed. About: While going to college I walked approximately 10 dogs (individually) per month with occasional 3 dogs at a time. I’m comfortable with all size dogs; Chihuahua to Great Danes. If the dog likes to run, I’m up for that too. I like to be active and I know some dogs need a good run to get out their energy. I’m open to pet care. My house is pet friendly, and has a backyard enclosed with a 6 ft fence, gate that locks and a grassy area. I care for pets as if they were my own. I can give baths, make sure they are fed on time - including medication, and bathroom breaks, and most importantly walks or runs.
About: I am passionate about animals and have always loved being around both fluffy feathery and scaly creatures! 🐶I have been taking care of neighbors, families, and friends pets for the past 4 years. About: I groomed dogs in 2022 & 2023 and developed genuine deep relationships that will last a lifetime. I truly appreciate each pets characteristics & personality. I’ve enjoyed thoroughly the time I’m blessed with in serving the communities furry friends! I’m available full time right now and am interested in short or extended stays I use the gym for an hour, 3 times a week but flexible there. Ready for new jobs to come my way. I’m always trying to insure pet safety 1st. I ensure they are heard and pay particular attention to changes in behaviors as these are tell tell signs of anxiety etc. Walking to bond and encouraging play is always pertinent . Talking in a loving way where they feel loved and ready to respond is vital to building trust.

This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were a bit nervous- but Lauren and her family made it such a positive, comforting experience. Lauren was incredibly communicative throughout the planning, and even during Duke's stay. Her family has a genuine love for animals- I can't even begin to overstate it. One of the sweetest moments? I came to pick Duke up from his sleepover and, as we were walking out the door, Duke actually walked back in just to say goodbye to the kids. That's how we knew he felt safe and happy there. We already have plans for Duke to have future sleepovers with Lauren and her family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and attentive pet sitter. I don’t have any pets myself so okay with dogs/cats that don’t like or can’t be around other animals 👍🏻 Available in Grover Beach for walking, boarding, house check ins, any pet related needs! I set my own work schedule, don’t tend to be away from home for more then a couple hours at a time, and I live with my grandmother who loves to sit and talk animals so they’ll get plenty of love and attention! About: I have fostered two kittens in my current apartment, as well as cared for a dog and two cats in my previous home. I love animals! I am working a part time job in Paso Robles, but shifts are usually mid morning to early evening. I work a few days out of the week, and otherwise I have free time to spend with the pet(s)! I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect that I would my own. I always follow each pet's routine, make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and a safe, comfortable environment while you're away. I'm dependable, communicative, and happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind. I work 3–4 days a week, and my evenings are usually very open, giving me plenty of flexibility and quality time to spend with your pets.
