While not certified (yet), I have over a decade of experience in the specialized training fields of rally obedience, nose work, and agility; I’m happy to provide board and train services. ———————————————————————————————————— BOARDING REQUIREMENTS: Because we have a resident cat and a senior dog, all guests must be cat-friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable sharing space with other animals. We require a meet-and-greet prior to booking. Please note that we cannot accommodate puppies, aggressive dogs, or pets that become aggressive during medication administration. To ensure every guest receives personalized attention, I have a maximum of two dogs at a time (from the same family only). Boarding / Daycare: There will be someone (my spouse, me, or both of us) with your dog the majority of the time, day and night. If we are both out running errands, we are often back within a few hours and usually within an hour, but if there are any special needs for your pup, let me know and I can be sure to let you know if we can accommodate, such as having someone with your pup at all times. Our schedules are very flexible, so feel free to ask based on your preferences. While I work during the day from an office, my spouse works from home and therefore is available to keep your pup company, let them go out to the bathroom, and if needed, is available for short play times. We will take your dog on daily walks and/or outdoor playtime and just let us know your dog's regular routine and we can try best to accommodate. In addition to play time, we will give your dog time to rest and they will get plenty of affection. Depending on the dog, we can also head out for a trail walk or a trip to a fenced dog park for a good run/play. You can expect photo and video updates daily (frequency based on your preference) so you can see how your pup is doing. Dog Walking: I'll pick up your dog and take them on a walk tailored to their energy and needs — neighborhood walks, hiking trails, or a fenced park for off-leash time if that's the right fit. Drop-In Visits: I'll stop by your home to visit with your pet(s), play with them, let dogs out to the bathroom, give them food and water and spend quality time with them. I can also care for other pets in the home, such as reptiles, fish, or plant, depending on what's required, an additional pet charge may apply. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks or sniffing the fresh air or enjoying the sunshine and a larger, unfenced area that I can take your pup(s) on short, leashed jaunts to sniff around. I can crate your dog, if ever needed.

I don’t have any pets myself so okay with dogs/cats that don’t like or can’t be around other animals 👍🏻 Available in Grover Beach for walking, boarding, house check ins, any pet related needs! I set my own work schedule, don’t tend to be away from home for more then a couple hours at a time, and I live with my grandmother who loves to sit and talk animals so they’ll get plenty of love and attention! About: To stay busy as a child, I walked and house sat practically the entire neighborhood’s beloved pet. Summer days were filled with miles of dog walking adventures with a dedicated cabinet to keep the hundreds of house keys safe. Even now, as a working professional, I can’t imagine my routine without it! Morning exercise, breaks throughout the day, and evening walks are a perfect time for animal care sessions. Having a sister who is a vet, I am only a quick call away from an expert diagnosis if ever necessary. I have piece of mind knowing assistance is close and years of experience keeping animals happy and safe. I am currently enrolled in Cal Poly’s Master’s program for Biomedical Engineering, which is completely virtual this quarter and likely next. This allows for a very flexible schedule with frequent study breaks for pet walks or visits. The remote lessons even allow me to listen to lectures while with your pet in your home for extended pet company. My house is close to the bike path and terrace hill for the perfect pet excursion sure to leave them tired and happy. I love running to accommodate the high energy animals as well as the leisurely hike for those who are slowing down or prefer a casual sniff around.

About: Hi! I’m a graduate student in Animal Behavior & Welfare working on my thesis in wildlife detection dogs from home. I’ve worked with dogs & cats for 10 years and have trained dogs for 8, including service dogs through a professional nonprofit organization. I have raised countless puppies in this time, so I can certainly help properly socialize your puppy so they can grow up to be the best version of themself. I also compete in dog sports for fun with my dogs, two working line German shepherds and one husky mix. So I’m well equipped to care for dogs that are… “a lot!” I’m on my way to becoming an Applied Animal Behaviorist and have finished all my coursework in behavior with a 4.0 GPA, so when your pets come with me, they’ll benefit from my extensive knowledge on understanding behavior and maximizing welfare. My prices might be a little higher than others, but I promise it will be worth it for the level of care & expertise I provide! I’m home full time as I finish my thesis remotely. The animals I care for come first, whether it be early morning potty breaks or afternoon activities. My schedule is flexible and I have ample time to give your pets the attention they need, while also giving them quiet time to rest in a private space. When pets stay with me, they have their own spare bedroom to sleep in. They can have a crate in there, or stay loose in the room and sleep on the bed. We have a small yard, so I opt to take dogs out 4 times a day to potty in a small park right outside my front door. We can play here too! A lot of dogs like to sunbathe in our yard, including my own. I have three dogs who all have different preferences in their dog friends, so it’s likely your dog will find a best friend here. Or, if your dog prefers not to be around other dogs, that’s no problem either. They can hang out with just me! I always use long lines and either harnesses or safely fitted collars to walk dogs, so they can have maximum freedom to express themselves while also staying safe and comfortable.

About: I’ve always loved animals, and I’ve had cats and dogs throughout my life (wishing I could have all the animals!). When I was younger, I would cuddle up with my pets and even read to them. Back in high school, I worked at a local grooming salon, where I bathed dogs and cats. Since then, caring for animals has continued to be something I truly enjoy. About: I’ve had a few animals! They have been my babies I had a German Shepard! Now I have 2 amazing cats! I am a huge animal lover! About: I’ve taken care of animals - specifically cats and dogs - who were injured and/or abandoned out by the pound. It can be hard to ask for help with your pet! They’re your family! But I love them like they’re mine, too. Nothing made me happier growing up than sending needy animals to their happy, safe, forever homes. Writing is what I’d love to consider my day job, but it only really made the bulk of my income one year. That’s the year my taxes say I’m a writer! So I have a lot of time between chapters. I love getting to speak with the client first and ask them what areas the pet’s things are most commonly in. I like to stick to only the locations I’ve been told are of use/need to me and I always try and leave some treats behind for a deserving furry friend (and they’re all deserving)!

About: I grew up with animals and have always had a special connection with them. I have worked with animals of all walks of life in an animal shelter & truly enjoy getting to witness their success. When working at the animal shelter I used to take dogs on walks and to the play pens where they would socialize with potential new families and other dogs. While they were in the play pens it was my job to ensure things ran smoothly and to deescalate any situations that might arise. Being able to celebrate in an animals victories and see how much they have grown & learned over time is like nothing else! I am wholly committed to anything your pet may need during our time together, no interruptions unless there is an emergency. About: I’ve had dogs and cat for the last 7-8 years. They have been so good to us and we’ve enjoyed them more than I imagined. I have a business that I’ve owned for seven years and I’m able to make my own schedule. Also, my homeschooled kids are home and willing to help if I ever need it. I have done 20+ years of babysitting and childcare in my home and other peoples homes. Plus, I’ve had clients that I have worked for and have trusted me with their keys to their home for seven years.
About: While going to college I walked approximately 10 dogs (individually) per month with occasional 3 dogs at a time. I’m comfortable with all size dogs; Chihuahua to Great Danes. If the dog likes to run, I’m up for that too. I like to be active and I know some dogs need a good run to get out their energy. I’m open to pet care. My house is pet friendly, and has a backyard enclosed with a 6 ft fence, gate that locks and a grassy area. I care for pets as if they were my own. I can give baths, make sure they are fed on time - including medication, and bathroom breaks, and most importantly walks or runs.

About: I’ve had a few steady pet sitting/walking jobs in the last few years. I worked as a dog walker for an amazing woman in Malibu for her 5 dogs and walked 5x a week ~3.5 hours a day. I’ve also done many overnight stays in people’s homes for their cats/dogs when they are out for weekend getaways or longer vacations. You can expect photo and video updates daily (frequency based on your preference) so you can see how your pup is doing. Dog Walking: I'll pick up your dog and take them on a walk tailored to their energy and needs — neighborhood walks, hiking trails, or a fenced park for off-leash time if that's the right fit. Drop-In Visits: I'll stop by your home to visit with your pet(s), play with them, let dogs out to the bathroom, give them food and water and spend quality time with them. I can also care for other pets in the home, such as reptiles, fish, or plant, depending on what's required, an additional pet charge may apply. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks or sniffing the fresh air or enjoying the sunshine and a larger, unfenced area that I can take your pup(s) on short, leashed jaunts to sniff around. I can crate your dog, if ever needed.

About: I would always help my sister take care of dogs when she was animal sitting on rover. I currently am babysitting and working for Respite so I have experience in childcare. I love animals and would love to make some extra money as a college student. I am currently attending Cuesta College twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Im free after 3 o’clock when my classes are over. Every other day of the week I am free all day. I want to make sure your pets feel comfortable and welcome in my home.
