“Terry and Kristal always take great care of our chihuahua! We’re repeat clients of theirs for a couple of years now and they are always very mindful of keeping us updated daily on how our pet is doing, pictures of her exploring their fairly large, fenced-in backyard, and if there’s any issues or concerns. (Which there haven’t been, but she does have a tendency to not eat much when she first gets to where she’s being boarded that they mentioned once. So they’re definitely keeping tabs on your pet(s)!) They’re very much animal lovers who want their clients to feel confident that their pet(s) is(are) being cared for and given attention as if they were their own. He has anxiety when it comes to thunderstorms & they used his thunder coat during those times and communicated with me how he was doing. They have a large back yard for the dogs to run around in and they even let dogs sleep with them if the owner is okay with it! Which we were because Milo Is a big baby ? we also used the drop off service for the first time to help us all get home around the same time from vacation.
