About: Our names are Nina Phillips and Erin Carns, we live together in Clemson and both attend as third years! As two college students, we both are missing the company of and caring for our furry friends back home. Nina has experience with dogs of all sizes, but has cared for large dogs like Cane Corsos up to 160 pounds. Erin has volunteered in shelters since she was young, and has lots of experience caring for small dogs like yorkies! We can’t wait to meet your furbabies and care for them like they’re our own! While we are both full time students, our schedules do not have much overlap, meaning Erin is generally home in the morning, and Nina is usually home in the afternoon and night. This applies to both pet sitting and availability to walk or let out animals in your home! In our experience caring for animals, we have found that the best way to facilitate a calm, safe environment and avoid stressing the animal is to do our absolute best to care for the animal exactly as the owner would. To do this, we love hearing as many details as possible- all your animals silly little quirks, your routine caring for the animal, and any other things that could help make the transition easy for them!

She introduced our dog to her two French Bulldogs (Bond and Money Penny) and they got along so well! They were very sweet and playful. About: Your pet’s comfort is my priority, I have over 20 years experience owning and caring for pets. I bring a reliable, structured approach to pet care. I have hands‑on experience with training and reinforcing good habits through consistency and positive engagement. I am able to recognize signs of stress. So to the greatest extent possible, I will follow established feeding, walking, and bedtime routines to keep pets grounded while you’re away. I’m confident with younger pets who like to test boundaries giving them the opportunity to make good choices. I'm patient and attentive with senior pets, including those who need slower pacing or extra reassurance, and I’m able to administer medications safely per directions. I treat every animal like they're my family, giving them the same structure and affection they’re used to at home. I work full time from home which allows me to provide attentive and consistent care. Although I work from home and my schedule is relatively flexible, I maintain standard office hours and have client calls throughout the day. Morning or lunchtime drop-offs and pick-ups are preferred if possible. Mornings between 730am and 9am and mid-day between 12pm-1pm are best. if afternoon drop offs/pick-ups are required, my schedule generally allows for that between 4pm-5pm. I take classes approximately four days a week so am generally unavailable for drop‑offs and pick‑ups between 5:30pm - 8:30pm due to the scheduled class times. However, with enough advanced notice I may be able to accommodate your need. if you have questions or a unique situation, please reach out. My spouse and I recently moved to the Anderson county area and are still in the process of getting settled. I have always had pets in my life. I love their companionship, affection, loyalty, good nature, and adventurous spirit. I provide a loving home where your pets are treated like family. I live in a single‑family home with a fenced yard. I work from home, giving me a flexible schedule for attentive and consistent care. Our household is slower‑paced, making it an ideal environment for senior dogs and small to medium companions who enjoy a calm, cozy routine. Consistent structure and routine are critical for our pets to relax and enjoy themselves. I understand this and am committed to maintaining routines that you have established for your companion. We love to field trip and go hike state parks and gentle trails on the weekends. Everyone's time is limited on this spinning space-rock so we think it's important to give them all the love we can while we're here and to allow them to make their own memories; to enjoy new experiences and new environments. I share my home with my wife (who arguably loves pets more than I do ;), a friendly and sociable 4-year-old female beagle/lab mix 30lbs and one senior female domestic short hair cat. So it’s important that your pet is comfortable with and gets along with other animals. However, if your animal requires some level of isolation due to medical reasons, I have the space to accommodate. For everyone's safety and comfort there are a few things that need to be in place. I only take one client at a time. With that, I insist we have an initial meet and greet. So that the first time your loved one meets me is not in a strange or stressful environment. This makes sure we all (pets included) have a chance to meet and make sure we mesh. Unfortunately, I cannot accept unneutered males or females in heat. all pets must be current on vaccines and be on flea prevention—experience has taught me that prevention is far easier than eradication. “Summer was great -- so reliable and responsive! We were visiting relatives for a football game at Clemson and we had our dog in tow. Summer watched our dog for the whole afternoon and was very understanding about the late evening pick up, given how long night football games can go. Summer sent photos and took great care of our guy, and he seemed really comfortable with her. Definitely would recommend her!”

“We have two elderly pugs with special needs and were nervous to leave them for a weekend. Cassandra calmed our nerves and had us have a meet and greet ahead of time. Throughout the weekend stay she sent us pictures and updates to let us know how they were doing. Our dogs also need to take medication everyday (including insulin injections) and Cassandra was able to administer. We were very happy with Cassandra and would definitely recommend.”

About: Growing up, my family always had at least two dogs at all times. Although I don’t have a dog of my own, I love taking care of and spending time with other people’s dogs. 🩷 I am a teacher by day (Aug-end of May) and dog sitter on the side! I love kids but dogs truly have my heart. The bigger, the better! I am a teacher, so I will be gone from 6:30am-3:30pm. I have watched dogs while I’ve been at school who are used to be alone for an extended amount of time but but I will walk them prior to leaving for work and then spend the evening with them once I get home. :) ***If your dog isn’t used to being alone while I would be at work, I do have someone who can check on your pet and also take them out midday while I’m at work! :) Although I do not have a fenced in yard, my neighborhood community has a fenced in dog park area to give your dog(s) the space and freedom to roam as needed. :)

About: I bring 12 years of hands-on experience with a local dog rescue, including fostering, training, and caring for dogs of many breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. We have fostered everything from young puppies to dogs over 100 pounds, so I’m comfortable adapting to each dog’s individual needs and routine. I’m also comfortable administering medications and providing extra care when needed. My experience has taught me to pay close attention to a dog’s behavior, body language, comfort level, and individual personality. Because I work full-time from home and don’t travel for work, I’m able to provide plenty of companionship, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Most importantly, I understand that every dog is different. I take the time to learn what makes your dog comfortable, happy, and feel at home. I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as possible and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away How I Care for Pets Our personal dog passed away a few years ago, and while we aren’t ready to get another dog just yet, we truly miss having one around. He was spoiled and treated like another member of the family, and that is the same warmth and care I provide to every dog I look after. I offer in-home boarding, house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking. Whether your dog stays with me or I care for them in their own home, I’ll follow their normal routine, provide plenty of attention and exercise, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

About: I've had pets my whole life. My family had a hobby farm when I was growing up. Between myself, my husband, and our daughter we currently have 14 pets. Dogs, cats, ducks, and several reptiles. I especially have a heart for shy/anxious dogs and elderly dogs. I will love your dogs like they are mine, so they are always well taken care of. With my work schedule I am easily able to care for doggies at home. I live 5 minutes from my job and I work in 4 hour chunks. I have a 2 hour lunch break that gives me plenty of time to come home and love on the dogs during the middle of the day. When I'm not home my husband and daughter are there to help out. If drop off is on M,T,W or F morning the drop of will be 7am sharp. Otherwise I can be fairly flexible We have a fenced yard for play time, a climate controlled building for relaxation, and a boat load of love for all things furry. I tailor play time and relaxation time to each dog's individual needs.

“I was very nervous to leave Tula as I had only been with her for three days. She was experiencing separation anxiety after having her brother removed from the home they were in for 11 months. I did not want to leave her anywhere but I had no choice because of prior plans and she just popped into my life out of the blue 3 days before. Kristi was amazing! She allowed me to bring Tula for a visit beforehand so I would be comfortable and see that Tula was comfortable. She updated me daily and even ran to get more food when Tula ran out. Tula played with her other dogs and ran around in the fenced in area. Tula loved Kristi and stayed with no whining when I left her for my trip. This will be Tula’s second home from now on!”

About: My home is a dog-friendly, warm and inviting place where your special family member will be loved and cared for. I was a dog owner (lab rescues) for the last 12 years, but sadly my last guy recently crossed the rainbow bridge. I have a lot of love just waiting to be shared! I work from home so our time and availability is flexible! I love to take frequent walk and play breaks. And I am always up for some cuddle time! My yard is shady for dogs of all sizes. The neighborhood is pet friendly with lots of walking. I previously managed a pet sitting business within our Virginia neighborhood and can provide references.
