About: Caring for animals comes naturally to me. I have lifelong experience with both dogs and cats, including pets with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m dependable, patient, and always focused on making pets and their feel happy and secure. I know how it feels to be worried about your fur baby while you are away and I’m here to help! I work part-time, mainly mornings until around 3:30, leaving early mornings, afternoons, and evenings wide open. Outside of work, I’m fully committed to your pet’s care, offering flexible availability and devoted attention whenever you need. “If you have a complicated household that involves many instructions, Shayna can handle it! Shayna took care of my two dogs for 3 days. Now, these dogs are spoiled and old, so they have a routine – and on top of it all, need to go out frequently for breaks. Fortunately Shayna lives only a couple of miles away and was able to let these two little dogs keep their routine. She visited four times per day. And each time she gave me a little update with a photo of them. Their routine with food is a bit complicated too, with both kibble and chicken and pills. I wrote out the instructions and she followed through perfectly – my dogs were not traumatized when I got home. One, just about didn’t care if I was back….the other was so happy to see me, but she’s not a dog that likes other people. That’s another thing, she was able to deal with this one dog’s head problems. She was an abused dog and she really is only our family dog. After a couple of years, she doesn’t mind the groomer. But anyway Shayna took pictures of Prim too, and she was just fine. Bottom line, don’t worry….Shayna is smart, very kind and very responsible. I will not hesitate to ask her to help us again! She will put your mind at ease that you left your fur babies at home.”

She visited during the long days away and gave them a potty break, some play time, and dinner. Lucy gave me thorough updates every day, sent multiple pictures, and was able to feed all the dogs. I am a professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA) and after meeting Lucy I knew she had natural dog skills and my three were in good hands! One of my dogs is pretty nervous so I was concerned about how it would go, and if she would eat or react to Lucy. They were in a new environment, without their owner, and having a new person come in. Lucy handled it perfectly and got the job done, she even won my nervous girl over :)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for at least 10 years, mostly with having my own. I know they are a big part of our families and how much we love and care for them. I am great with playing and cuddling and walking and absolutely love it. I currently work from home and so I have plenty of time to schedule dog walks, care and dog sits according to what is needed. I have a large green belt, that is very private. It is not fenced, but I have the ability to take the dogs out as much as needed. I also live in a very nice area where I have many trails and beautiful areas to walk.

About: I got my first pet when I was six years old. Since then, I have been taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish for over 15 years. My friends, family, and neighbors rely on me to feed their pets, take them on walks, bathe them and even trim their nails, if needed. I love all pets and enjoy taking care of them as if they were my own. I can fit your schedule anytime with a week’s notice. For walks, mornings are more favorable due to weather conditions. For emergency care, one day advance would be preferred. I have a fenced yard where your dogs can play outside on the grass or they can enjoy indoor play with cool A/C. They’ll have their own room or they can be crated if needed.

About: I have taken care of pets for 20+ years. I am gentle, kind and reliable. I will always take great are of your furry friends I am self employed. I have a flexible work schedule. I am available for morning and evening walks or feedings as well as overnight care. I have a fenced in back patio with a dog door coming from the kitchen. I have one small dog. I can keep our pets separate if need be.
