About: I grew up on a farm in England with working dogs, which gave me a love for animals and led me to a life working professionally with them. After 32 years of running my own pet care business in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Coachella Valley where I continue to walk, exercise, and socialize dogs, while also working as a dog trainer. I'm available Monday thru Friday from 7am until 5pm, so we can work out walks and visits depending on your schedule and your dog's needs. Your dog will always be walked on leash, with the exception of fenced dog parks. Dogs can be crated during transport, if that makes them more comfortable. With my many years of experience, I know exactly how to work with dogs with a focus on the safety, calm, and happiness of the animal.
“Fantastic experience with Mara getting our pupster back into the routine of her daily walk! Rarely have I seen our girl so happy about going for her walk; she literally glows her special smile when walking with Mara! Mara also takes the most interesting, artistic photos of our pupster and shares with us.”

About: Hi, my name is Selena, and I have been caring for animals, including dogs and cats, since I was 18 years old. Before I started pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors, I had my own pets growing up. I had a black cat named Blacky as a child and a terrier mix named Hope, who sadly passed away in 2023. Both of them were deeply loved, and they are the reason I have such a soft spot for animals. When pet sitting, I always follow the rules given to me and pay close attention to any indoor and outdoor allergies. My goal is to have fun with your pets while you take care of your busy day. I'm excited to meet your furry companions! I am a college student but fully online so I am flexible during the weekdays. I do have a permanent part-time job but as summer season arrives I will be working less hours during the summer.

“Lucy is great with Josh and Fiddler! She’s super sweet and attentive, follows all of our rules on feeding and water refresh; it was a terrific first visit and will definitely be booking more visits in weeks to come!”
About: I can address the unique requirements of large and small breed dogs. I provide specialized care for senior and advanced senior dogs, ensuring their golden years are comfortable and healthy. I work full-time but seasonally at a large local hotel and my hours vary. I have a very flexible schedule and can work around calendar based obstacles. I find that most animals actually like to stay in their own yard, but if need be, I do have decent sized back yard and it is secured by brick walls / concrete barriers.
About: I specialize in overnight care for pets whose families value consistency, companionship, and careful attention to their unique needs. Calm, experienced sitter offering overnight care, drop-ins, and dog walking throughout Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, and nearby areas - known for keeping pets happy, comfortable, and relaxed while you are away. I've been trusted by clients and friends to watch over their pets for years. I bring a quiet, calm energy to every home I enter, treating each pet with the love and care they deserve. What sets me apart: Overnight Specialist: Many sitters offer boarding, but I focus on keeping pets in their own home - where they are most comfortable and stress-free. Attentive and Gentle: I notice the little things - changes in mood, behavior, or comfort - and respond with patience and care. Clear Communication: Daily updates with notes and photos so you always feel connected Structure and Reliability: As a competitive figure skater and dance instructor, I balance a disciplined routine with the flexible care your pets deserve. I intentionally take on a limited number of bookings so that I can provide each pet with focused, attentive care, rather than rushing between homes. I balance pet care with part-time dance instruction and figure skating. On occasional mornings, I train during a 6 AM skating session. When this occurs, pets are fed, let out, and settled before I leave. I return by 7:30 AM to continue their routine, keeping them safe, happy, and at ease in their own home. Like most sitters, I may need to step out again later, but your pets will always have full overnight companionship and reliable daytime care. I'm reliable, gentle, and attentive. While you're away, I'll make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for right in their own home - especially through the night, when companionship matters the most. You'll receive regular updates and photos to ensure you have peace of mind. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I'll contact you right away. If I can't reach you, I'll get in touch with your emergency contact. Then I'll take your pet to your veterinarian or the emergency clinic. I'll stay calm, act quickly, and keep you informed every step of the way.
About: I have had pets my whole life. I started pet sitting at age 10. Once I was on my own, I started adopting and fostering dogs. I helped eight find their forever home. Cats seem to find me whenever there’s a vacancy. I currently have a 17-year-old Poodle Pomeranian and 8-year-old multi poo and a 14-year-old feline queen. I know how hard it is to leave my guys (and gal) when I need to be away from home. I can guarantee you I will take great care of your buddies, big and small while you are away. I am currently on hiatus from my job in production so I have plenty of time to drop in and care for your pets or take them on a walk. My dogs get a bit jealous of anyone who gets attention from me so I am currently available for drop ins only. I am currently available for drop ins from 7 AM to 8 PM seven days a week. Also available for neighborhood walks during daylight hours.
“Marisa has been amazing! She’s kind, reliable, and someone I trust with Luna. She’s always on time, communicates clearly, and sends plenty of updates and photos which I really appreciate. She also respects all the routines and rules I’ve set, and checks in if she has any questions... I feel at ease knowing Luna is in such good hands. I highly recommend Marisa to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog walker!!”

“Kyla has been great with our two dogs for walks during the week while we are at work. She is friendly and the dogs love her. She always gives notice if she has to change the schedule and has been understanding when we have a change.”
