I have a completely fenced and secure yard, and pets are welcome to relax indoors in a climate-controlled home environment at all times. Living in a warm climate, I am very mindful of heat safety and make sure pets are comfortable and never exposed to excessive temperatures. I also enjoy providing enrichment and exercise appropriate for each pet’s personality and energy level. When it’s a good fit, I’m happy to include friendly, social dogs in outings such as walks or trips to the dog park with my own dog, who is fully vaccinated, neutered, and enjoys the company of other dogs. About: I can address the unique requirements of large and small breed dogs. I provide specialized care for senior and advanced senior dogs, ensuring their golden years are comfortable and healthy. I work full-time but seasonally at a large local hotel and my hours vary. I have a very flexible schedule and can work around calendar based obstacles. I find that most animals actually like to stay in their own yard, but if need be, I do have decent sized back yard and it is secured by brick walls / concrete barriers.

After 32 years of running my own pet care business in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Coachella Valley where I continue to walk, exercise, and socialize dogs, while also working as a dog trainer. Your dog will always be walked on leash, with the exception of fenced dog parks. Dogs can be crated during transport, if that makes them more comfortable. I keep an eye on how much my pets are eating and when. Keeping a well planned schedule for feeding is my preference. As someone who enjoys being outside more than indoors, I make sure my own pets get enough fresh air and plenty of exercise.

About: Hi there! I’m very observant and caring with pets. I have a lot of experience in senior care. My own dog, who passed in 2024, lived to 15 years old, was blind and diabetic. Because of him, I’m comfortable with special care needs. I am a full time nursing student at College of The Desert. My availability/calendar on Rover is always updated and accurate. I provide dog sitting services on a part time basis during the semester :) The months of December-Jan 2026 I will be taking some time off from pet sitting. Unfortunately my home does not allow pets so I can only sit in the pets/your home! I am excited to meet your fur baby and give them all my love, care and attention! I like to send a lot of photos and videos because your comfort is my comfort (Unless you ask me not to!) One thing that really helps things go smoothly is a detailed schedule & notes (written or typed) for your pet if they have any. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for at least 10 years, mostly with having my own. I know they are a big part of our families and how much we love and care for them. I am great with playing and cuddling and walking and absolutely love it. I currently work from home and so I have plenty of time to schedule dog walks, care and dog sits according to what is needed. I have a large green belt, that is very private. It is not fenced, but I have the ability to take the dogs out as much as needed. I also live in a very nice area where I have many trails and beautiful areas to walk.
