“Maggie is amazing! She is so great with communication with me and even more importantly, she is amazing with my hivh energy 1yr old bull terrier! I have nothing but praise and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a little extra love in their dogs lives.”

“When James met Tucker they immediately were comfortable with each other. James was prompt and took care of my baby while I was away. I will reach out to him in the future when I need to be away.”

About: Hi! I’m Vic! I have 4 years of hands on animal care experience, including working in a shelter medical department and caring for dogs and cats with a variety of needs. I’m comfortable with medication administration, feeding routines, senior pets, nervous animals, and pets who need a little extra patience and attention. I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to follow your pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m currently looking to build my Rover clientele, so I’m especially excited to meet some new furry friends! 🐾 I’m available for pet care primarily in the evenings and on weekends. I keep my schedule organized and make sure I have plenty of time to give each pet the attention, exercise, and care they need. I’m very attentive when caring for pets and always make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I pay close attention to appetite, behavior, bathroom habits, and anything that seems out of the ordinary. I’m used to working with all kinds of personalities and will take the time to learn what makes each pet feel secure. I’ll follow their routine and care instructions closely, keep their environment clean and calm, and treat your pets like they’re my own ❤️
“I had a wonderful experience with Molly and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate care. She was professional, communicative, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I always felt confident that my pet was in great hands, and I appreciated the updates and photos that gave me peace of mind while I was away. Chewbacca was happy, well cared for, and excited to see her each visit, which says a lot. She was dependable, attentive to my pet's needs, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I’m grateful for the excellent care and will definitely be booking with Molly again!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. From lizards to dogs to cats! I’ve even had a pet crayfish. Animals are my favorite and I’m more than happy to care for yours I work a semi rigid schedule, with check ins needing to be between certain hours In the mornings before 8:30, during lunch time between 11-2 and in the afternoon any time after 5 I am very quick with doors so any “escape artists” will have a hard time trying to get past me! I have a very level hand so no one is going to go hungry (or get too much) I do my best to be on time to everything and love taking pictures of pets in silly poses (you get to see your pets everyday you’re gone)
About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life, and dogs have always been a central part of my home and my heart. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, so I’m comfortable handling everything from daily routines to those moments when a pup isn’t feeling their best. I take pride in making sure every dog in my care gets plenty of walks, playtime, and the kind of attention that keeps their tail wagging. Whether your dog needs a calm companion or an enthusiastic play session, I’m here for all of it and will treat them like my own. I’m retired and home all day every day, so your dog will always have someone around. I’m around morning, afternoon, and evening love having a pup by my side throughout the day. I live in a condo with access to a fenced yard, so there’s a safe spot outside for fresh air and playtime whenever your pup needs it. I have a dog of my own at home, so your dog will have a buddy to hang out with as well.

About: I have always had animals. From cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, cows, and sheep. From babies to elders. My love for animals has always been a source of joy in my life and I would love to care for yours too! I did just have a baby over the summer so I would have him in tow with me at visits. I am a stay at home mom of a beautiful daughter and newborn son, 2 dogs and 3 cats. I am available to come by as needed to ensure your babies are taken care of. I am very diligent in following directions to ensure your pets safety and your peace of mind. My pets at home are treated like they are my children and I know you feel the same about yours.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for at least 10 years, mostly with having my own. I know they are a big part of our families and how much we love and care for them. I am great with playing and cuddling and walking and absolutely love it. I currently work from home and so I have plenty of time to schedule dog walks, care and dog sits according to what is needed. I have a large green belt, that is very private. It is not fenced, but I have the ability to take the dogs out as much as needed. I also live in a very nice area where I have many trails and beautiful areas to walk.
“Marc is excellent. He’s prompt, well prepared and has a great attitude. My active dog had a strong workout and can’t wait for her next walk with him. I highly recommend Marc as a responsible, conscientious and motivated walker.”

“Thank you Lamar. Doobie has been bored since everything that has happened lately and really needed some good exercise. She came back happy and a tired. Thank you for taking such good care of her again!”

“Mikayla did exactly what I needed of her. She dropped in and let Ruby out to pee, took her on a walk, played with her while she was on the walk, sent me pictures of her playing and Ruby laying down at home after she took her back. She made sure Ruby went back out to potty and gave her some snacks and water. She did everything I had asked of her and more. She even double checked with me that Ruby didn’t need anything else I might’ve forgot before she left as I am away from home until tomorrow. Great job”

“This was our first time using Rover, and therefore our first time having Jon walk our dog. We asked Jon to come by each day at 7, as it gets pretty hot here in the desert quite early in the morning. Sammi is used to hour long walks as well. We can say Jon did not disappoint! He was at our house every morning at 7 on the nose and gave our Sammi a full hour walk each day. They walked a mile plus on each journey and Sammi looked forward to seeing him every day. Could not have asked for a better experience!”

“Kevin is unbelievably kind and wonderful -such a nice man and just helpful beyond belief. My dog is definitely having an adjustment period and does not want to leave her mama. He has been incredibly patient with her trying everything he can to get her to trust him and actually leave the house with him. We’ll get there and it’s all because of his patience and flexibility -again his senior dog expertise is beyond compare.”

Lily is incredibly communicative, friendly, and clearly cares about the dogs she works with. She texts when she’s on her way and keeps me updated throughout the walk, which gives me so much peace of mind. Living in the desert, it’s way too hot right now for our Golden Retriever puppy to get a proper walk outside, and Lily was willing to pick her up and drive her to the mall so she could safely get some exercise and socialization. She even made sure our puppy got to say hi to other dogs, which makes me so happy since socialization is really important to us right now. Her pricing is also very fair, which makes it affordable for us to book her regularly during those hectic evenings after work when our energetic puppy is ready to GO! 😂 I can already tell our girl is going to love Lily. We’re so glad we found her and will definitely be booking again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
