She's a little nervous around strangers but Jon has the magic touch - he was able to befriend her within a couple of walks and during his 3 day stay she really took to him. He took the best care of her, shared photos so we could check in, and we came home to find her healthy and happy and our place looking great. I can't tell you how valuable it is to have someone like this to look after our pup - she means the world to us, we do our best to keep her happy, and Jon did a wonderful job - would very much recommend him!”

About: I love dogs! I have two senior dogs myself and I am the go-to sitter for my friends and family. I understand that each dog is unique and special- most importantly I know how much they mean to you! I work from home and have lots of free time on my hands to spend with your pup and give them all of the love and hugs! I have a fenced front yard and back, as well as two small senior dogs who love company. Dogs are treated like children in my home. I will always respect your specific training styles and dogs needs though- that comes first!

As 12 year old, she and a girlfriend volunteered for the Pet Adoption at PetCo. near our home every weekend for two years; she loved it and wanted to bring home every cat or dog she met! And sometimes she did! Later, as a teenager, she worked for a couple who trained dogs and and had a kennel in their home; there she learned a lot about training them. About: I currently have 2 adorable Yorkies. I have had dogs ever since I was little. I’ve always had a love for dogs. I have dog sat for multiple friends and family members, even at extended lengths of time. I think it’s very important that dogs are comfortable in their environment and feel comfortable around you. I have experience looking after all size dogs, from teacups up to Mastiffs. No dog is too small or too large for me. I look forward to taking great care of your fur-babies when you are away! You can rest assured that they will be in stupendous care. My schedule is pretty flexible. I have a fenced in yard for my little ones to run around in. If you have a yard you bet I’ll be out there playing ball and just running around with your pride and joy. Being outdoors is very important to me but I also am comfortable caring for dogs indoors as well by providing frequent potty breaks and indoor exercise.

“I have only let one other person EVER walk our 150 lb Mastiff in 9yrs. He’s polite but can be stubborn and when he outweighs his walker can be a problem. Lauren was great with him from the beginning! She has walked him on the days I have to be gone for lengthy times and always sends me a photo of him. This is the first time I’ve used the app; I would highly recommend it as well as Lauren!”
