About: Hi there! I’m very observant and caring with pets. I have a lot of experience in senior care. My own dog, who passed in 2024, lived to 15 years old, was blind and diabetic. Because of him, I’m comfortable with special care needs. I am a full time nursing student at College of The Desert. My availability/calendar on Rover is always updated and accurate. I provide dog sitting services on a part time basis during the semester :) The months of December-Jan 2026 I will be taking some time off from pet sitting. Unfortunately my home does not allow pets so I can only sit in the pets/your home! I am excited to meet your fur baby and give them all my love, care and attention! Recently said goodbye to our old boy (a Large Great Weimar) and looking to spend some time with new doggy friends until we get our next. Extensive history with senior dogs and all of the care that goes along with that (assisted bathroom walks, pill schedules, dog bed changing, pee pads, etc), especially patience and love. Also happy with long walks or hikes for the adventurous tail waggers out there! My husband works from home full time, and I currently am available to give my full attention to our pet friends. So walks and attention at any time are not a problem. We have a large fenced in yard with additional barriers that can be added if needed. Lots of grass and play areas for fetch available.
