“Jackson was straightforward to deal with. Responsive to phone or email contact. We had a pre-meet-up to get acquainted and then dropped Bentley off on the "leave off" day. He was anxious about our leaving, but Jackson was kind enough to send pictures of his stay for the couple of days he was there. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for Bentley, and we seemed to adjust perfectly. :-)”

“Katherine and her daughter were amazing with my two Frenchies. We were out of town for a week and the dogs came back so happy and healthy. Photos were sent every night, I would give her 10 stars if I could.”

“Katie took great care of our dog Lola. She had lots of play time with other dogs and enjoyed her time there. Katie sent us updates with pictures every day. Can definitely recommend her!”

“Im beyond happy with the care Brandon provided for my quirky boy. I hadn’t ever left my Timber boy alone for this long, away from me and his brother, and Brandon did so much to make him and me comfortable. Beyond satisfied. Brandon is trustworthy and truly cares about these dogs and their comfort. Im so excited to have found somebody nearby i can trust with my babies. Thanks again Brandon!”

“This was my first time using Rover and the experience exceeded expectations. Brandon and Billy are awesome guys and I had no concerns after dropping my two dogs off. Thank you both for treating the boys as your own.”

“Araceli was an excellent host for my guy OTIS. She provided plenty of pictures and comments that made me feel comfortable and assured that he was getting excellent care. He seemed to enjoy interacting with her pups and came home a happy camper.”

“This was our first experience with Rover and our first time leaving our girl with a stranger. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Joy was so amazing. She sent lots of updates, pics and videos. Our pup is very expressive so I can tell when she is anxious or happy and so the pics made a huge difference as I could tell how happy she was. She took Oaklee on lots of walks and even to the park to play frisbee. Thanks Joy for taking such good care of our baby girl!”

“Tucker was so happy when we picked him up but definitely wanted to stay longer after a full week! Sierra has a great relationship with canines that made Tucker feel completely at home as soon as he went inside. It was as if he had been there many times before, but it was his first visit. When we arrived, it was actually difficult to get him into the car. He kept looking back and wanting to go inside and stay longer. He was so sad on the way home but soon cheered up when we arrived back to Norcal and he was reunited with his Poly fline sister. Ahh, poor Tucker, he will miss you Sierra and all the love and attention he must have been given! Thanks so much for the great care and no worries for us!”

“We had such an amazing experience with Joy and her husband Luis! They took wonderful care of Bodhi over the weekend. They were incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure he felt comfortable and loved. I really appreciated the consistent updates, messages, and adorable pictures throughout the weekend—it gave me such peace of mind! We will definitely book with them again.”

“Michael was so incredibly kind and made the drop off and pick up very easy! He was on top of sending pictures and updates of how my pup was doing, which I absolutely loved receiving while I was on my trip!! Makes your mind rest at ease knowing our fur babies are well taken care of, will book again with him!”

“Very responsive in text. I was incredibly grateful for her taking us on last minute. Very polite my dog loved her and felt comfortable and for a very timid dog that’s saying a lot”

“This was my first time using Rover and it was great! Ken was so kind with all of the right questions about Hope and what I could expect. He provided me with updates daily and lots of pictures. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends”
“Geri was the best! Don't be fooled by her stern-looking profile photo; she is anything but! Super stylish and kind, with a huge heart. Our Roxy was very happy with her stay with Geri, and her home is beautiful, and every detail was accounted for in making it super doggy friendly. Her lil pup is also very sweet and got along very well with our picky, not-usually-a-dog-person dog, Roxy, which says a lot. Anyway, look no further, we highly recommend choosing Geri for your doggy needs!!”

“I felt good about leaving Max with Erin. Her home is clean and free of potential hazards. There is plenty of space for my dog to roam in a fenced in environment and a cool place to potty in the back and sides of her home. She kept me thoroughly updated through out the day with pictures and messages. I would use her services again.”

“We got to come home to a happy dog after Kristina’s drop by visit with Chunk for some outdoor play time, potty break, and meal time. Very satisfied with her service and great communication.”

“Was available very last minute when someone that was going to watch our cat became sick. That was very much appreciated! Sent pictures afterward but would’ve appreciated more info about how things went. Food bowl was empty the next day, so either wasn’t filled or filled very little. Overall happy with her quick response time though and willingness to help last minute.”

“Kyla was wonderful with my dog Storm! Storm took a liking to her right away. Kyla was able to make sure Storm got a potty break and lots of loves, cuddles, and some treats while I was at work. Definitely recommend Kyla and would book with her again!”

About: With over 11 years of hands-on cat care experience, I bring a depth of understanding that goes far beyond basic sitting. My background includes working with animal shelters, caring for energetic kittens, supporting senior cats with special routines, and raising my own three cats, each with their own unique needs and personalities. This range has taught me how to read feline behavior, adapt quickly, and provide calm, confident care in any situation. I’m especially attentive to routine, cleanliness, and emotional comfort. Whether a cat needs gentle patience, playful engagement, or quiet companionship, I tailor my care to what helps them feel safest and most at ease. I treat every cat as an individual—not a checklist—and my goal is always for pet parents to feel complete peace of mind knowing their cat is in experienced, compassionate hands.

Everything was perfectly handled, and our pets were clearly happy and well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter!”

About: I’ve been around cats my whole life and understand their unique personalities, routines, and care needs. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers quiet company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.
About: Growing up with multiple pets sparked my passion for animal care, and I’ve been officially caring for dogs for the past four years. Friends and family regularly entrust me with their pets, whether they’re away or unable to meet their pet’s needs. I have experience with dogs of various ages, from playful puppies as young as 3 months to senior dogs up to 12 years old. Although I work part-time, I prioritize pet care in my daily routine. I ensure consistent feeding, cleaning, and observation, and I maintain a flexible routine to consistently meet the animals’ needs throughout the week. I understand that pets can sometimes feel anxious when their owners are away, so I focus on making them feel safe and comfortable in their environment. I also like to gather information about each pet’s preferences, such as their favorite spots to relax and activities they enjoy, to help create a familiar and reassuring experience.

About: I have a gentle, intuitive way with cats, and they often come right to me—even the shy ones. People are always surprised because I’m allergic, but I still care for cats with love, patience, and a little help from allergy meds when needed. I read feline body language well and give cats the space, calm energy, and slow approach they need to feel safe. Whether they’re independent, anxious, senior, or affectionate, I adjust to their pace and personality. I’m comfortable with: • Administering medications • Basic wound care • Supporting senior or special‑needs cats • Creating a quiet, predictable environment for sensitive cats My goal is always to help your cat feel understood, respected, and completely at ease while you’re away.
“I really appreciate Megan, she's very loving with Bisquit, plays with her, makes sure food is right, fresh water, litter changes. Sometimes I have to head out in a hurry and she's willing to work with me on the phone to find things that need to be found. She's perfect for what we want and need for sure!”

“We are so glad to have found Tyler! She took great care of our boy during a drop-in visit. She played with him and took him on a nice walk. She is very responsible, provides great communication and has been very reliable. We plan to reach out to her for more dog care and cannot recommend her enough!”

“Katie was a phenomenal sitter for our three kitties for a whole week - we couldn't ask for a better experience! She sent us photos and a thoughtful summary of the day each day. It was reassuring to know our babies were receiving lots of love and attention while we were gone. Additionally, her home was beautiful and clean, and very cat friendly. If we are ever in need of a sitter again, we would reach out to Katie in a heartbeat. ❤️”

“Henny is such a wonderful and reliable sitter for our beloved Cat! She helped us same day when our house burned down in the Palisades Fire. She is what every family needs. Like Mary Poppins for your Fur Baby. Thank you Henny!”

I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience. I grew up on a ranch with dogs, horses, and an entire 'ark' of farm animals. I offer pet sitting in my own home. I can take more than one dog if they are from the same owner. I currently do not have pets so my time is entirely devoted to your pet. I also offer care for your home should you need someone to drop in to water plants, view property, and gather mail. Happy to meet you and your pup for introductory welcome. "I currently enjoy a fully flexible schedule, making me available whenever you need me most — including last minute requests, weekends, and holidays. Whether you need recurring visits or spontaneous coverage, I am ready and happy to help." "Your pet receives attentive, loving care in my home with regular walks and potty breaks. I follow your exact routines, schedules, and habits while adding an extra layer of love."
“Ken and his partner took care of our boy "Cooper" on a recent trip to Palm Springs. They are very caring and responsive, and we felt good leaving our boy with them. I recommend Ken if you need dog siting services in the Palm Springs area.”

“Shayna was excellent!! She was so good with my two miniature schnauzers. They came back to me happy and tired ?? I will definitely use her again. Thank you so much Shayna ❤️❤️”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes since I was a young girl, and animals have always been a natural part of my life. I’ve rescued dogs throughout my adulthood and loved every breed, personality, and quirky soul that’s come my way. Even cats — despite my allergies — tend to walk right up to me, which always makes me smile. I’ll still care for them with love (and a little help from allergy meds). I’m an empath with a deep, intuitive connection to animals. Nervous, shy, senior, or sensitive pets usually relax around me quickly. I read their body language, respect their boundaries, and create a calm, predictable environment where they feel safe and understood. I also bring professional caregiving skills to my pet care. As a retired massage therapist and longtime caregiver, I can offer gentle pet massage, calming touch, and support for aging, compassionate end of life care and support or anxious dogs. I’m comfortable providing wound care, administering medications, and injections for diabetic animal when needed. What truly sets me apart is the combination of lifelong love of animals, my experience, intuition, and genuine compassion. Your pet will be cared for with patience, warmth, and the same steady presence I’ve brought to every animal I’ve loved. I create a calm, predictable environment where pets feel safe, understood, and cared for in my Home or Yours. I will respect your home, your space, your privacy and the trust you placed in me.
“The pups were happy to see Sierra and family when we arrived and just as happy at the end of the day! We are practicing for a longer stay and I’m completely comfortable with leaving the 3 pups with her. I’m so grateful to have found Sierra!”

“Bobby always has a blast with Matt and his pack. There are usually a couple dog pals for him to play with and he’s always beaming after his visits. Matt takes good care of our furry babies and is flexible when it comes to scheduling. Would definitely recommend!”

About: I've been caring for pets for over 10 years, and it's genuinely one of my favorite things to do. In that time, I've looked after just about every kind of animal you can think of — dogs and cats of all ages, puppies, seniors, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and more. The only ones I haven't worked with are horses! I'm comfortable with medication administration (pills, liquids, eye drops, injections), special needs care, and adapting routines for pets who need a little extra patience. I've cared for rescue dogs still learning to trust people, helped a senior dog through a UTI by spotting the symptoms early and coordinating with the owner, and stayed calm when a dog in my care was unexpectedly attacked by another dog on a walk — I got him to the vet quickly and he made a full recovery. I don't have pets of my own right now, but on most days I'm out walking, feeding, or hanging out with someone else's. Your pet will get attentive care, plenty of affection, and an honest set of eyes on how they're doing day to day. If you need your dogs walked Monday through Friday, I will gladly try to accommodate my schedule for you. Happy to help on the weekends if I can! I do my best to make your pets feel comfortable with me and treat them with kindness. I believe in being patient with the pets I look after.
About: I got my first pet when I was six years old. Since then, I have been taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish for over 15 years. My friends, family, and neighbors rely on me to feed their pets, take them on walks, bathe them and even trim their nails, if needed. I love all pets and enjoy taking care of them as if they were my own. I can fit your schedule anytime with a week’s notice. For walks, mornings are more favorable due to weather conditions. For emergency care, one day advance would be preferred. I have a fenced yard where your dogs can play outside on the grass or they can enjoy indoor play with cool A/C. They’ll have their own room or they can be crated if needed.
“Victoria was amazing with my dog! Super communicative, she even sent cute photo updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again for doggie daycare! :)”

“My pup has been so happy everytime she comes back from doggy day care with Ary!! Ary has been a dream and is always really communicative with me. Thank you for taking such great care of Lucia”

“Our timid, 9 year old dog had a great day yesterday with Lynn and her dog, Lucy. Lynn was agreeable to a meet and greet the day before to ensure our dog would be comfortable in her home and that made all the difference. We were able to enjoy a worry free day. Thank you Lynn!”

“Our big girl Bee had a fabulous vacation at the Brandon and Billy “resort!” This is the second time they have cared for Bee while we enjoy the tennis tournament and it hopefully won’t be the last. They are wonderful with her.”

About: I grew up on a farm in England with working dogs, which gave me a love for animals and led me to a life working professionally with them. After 32 years of running my own pet care business in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Coachella Valley where I continue to walk, exercise, and socialize dogs, while also working as a dog trainer. I'm available Monday thru Friday from 7am until 5pm, so we can work out walks and visits depending on your schedule and your dog's needs. Your dog will always be walked on leash, with the exception of fenced dog parks. Dogs can be crated during transport, if that makes them more comfortable. With my many years of experience, I know exactly how to work with dogs with a focus on the safety, calm, and happiness of the animal.
“Kyla has been great with our two dogs for walks during the week while we are at work. She is friendly and the dogs love her. She always gives notice if she has to change the schedule and has been understanding when we have a change.”

“Sarah was so friendly and had great communication. We felt at ease all day knowing that she was taking care of Theo. Plus, when she came for a meet and greet with Theo the day before, Theo was so excited to meet her and couldnt stop kissing her. Pups know best ❤️”

I also live in a very nice area where I have many trails and beautiful areas to walk.

Reliable, kind, communicative, and genuinely amazing at what she does . We are so grateful and will be booking Claire again in the future!”

About: Hi there! I’m very observant and caring with pets. I have a lot of experience in senior care. My own dog, who passed in 2024, lived to 15 years old, was blind and diabetic. Because of him, I’m comfortable with special care needs. I am a full time nursing student at College of The Desert. My availability/calendar on Rover is always updated and accurate. One thing that really helps things go smoothly is a detailed schedule & notes (written or typed) for your pet if they have any. “Michael was great to work with and grateful for his help all week because of my inability to walk our dog due to a foot injury. He responds right away and always punctual. A really nice guy, too, and our dog was excited to see him coming up the walkway. Thank you, Michael!”

“Excellent! Mara is the real dog whisperer! And we’re so happy too with excellent communications, punctuality, and true interest in our pup’s welfare. Based on her observation, we made our subsequent appointments for Bearie’s walks to much earlier in the day due to harsh heat we’re having. We appreciate these concerns which speaks to “what’s best for Bearie” is Mara’s operative concern. Good job Miss Mara!”

“Marc is excellent. He’s prompt, well prepared and has a great attitude. My active dog had a strong workout and can’t wait for her next walk with him. I highly recommend Marc as a responsible, conscientious and motivated walker.”

He adores everybody, and they all seem to love him, too. My backyard is essentially for the pups , several lounging areas for the perfect noon time sunbath. We also love the dog park. I’m a senior who spends majority of my time at home with my pups. Lots of attention and interaction , and backyard breaks . Pup heaven! I have a lovely fenced in backyard, and my own pups love sunning themselves all times of the day. I’m normally always home except for quick trips to the grocery store or an occasional lunch out ; otherwise I’m here , hands-on!

“My Bernedoodle- Hattie had the best time with “Bo” the sitter, and Oreo the dog! I had my dog groomed before dropping her off, and they split her nail when trimming it. Bo, immediately put a clear cone of shame on her. And kept cleaning the area up and applied bedydine on the area. I picked her up last night, she was happy but limping. Took her to her Vet this afternoon, the Vet said, everything he did helped with a great outcome! Thank you Bo & Oreo! We will see you soon!”
