Mac can be a bit shy, but Michael's gentle manner won him over quickly. Milo, who’s full of energy, always comes back from walks happy and tired. Michael is super reliable and always on time. We really appreciate the updates he sends after each walk, including photos and notes on how the dogs are doing. It’s reassuring to know they’re in good hands. He’s also very flexible with scheduling, which has been a huge help for us. Michael goes the extra mile to make sure Mac and Milo are well taken care of, and it’s obvious he treats them like his own.
