Hello, my name is Shayna and I live in Palm Desert/Oceanside area. I am seeking full-time dog walking/babysitting positions. My hours are completely flexible and here for your needs. I have great references all around California. I’m a very loving, gentle, trustworthy and kind person who truly enjoys being around dogs. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have several regular clients. You can be assured your dog will be in the very best hands. I am looking forward to hearing from you and becoming friends with your fur kids. “Sometimes a dog comes into your life and changes everything”. My absolute favorite dog quote. I have an open schedule and can fit most owners and their dogs needs. I work part time and am home most of the time whether it’s staying somewhere or at my own home. I have a completely fenced backyard/patio that is clean and pet friendly along with the inside of my apartment. Everything from the toys, sheets/bedding and food bowls are washed before every new booking. I also have many regulars that would always allow a future client of mine to call and confirm that your pups stay will be fun, relaxing and loving.

Shayna is a top notch dog sitter. We have used her for house sitting multiple times, she takes excellent care of the dogs and the house in your absence. It was so nice to come home to happy dogs and a clean home!

Another outstanding experience with Shayna…. Our babies love her so much. We can’t imagine a more caring and compassionate person to care for our precious dogs. Our elder dog had a medical emergency while we were away and Shayna did an exceptional job making sure he was comfortable and loved and received the medical treatment he needed. We are so grateful to her!!! We would have had to come home early if it wasn’t for her exceptional care. It is safe to say Shayna will be the first person we will contact for all future pet sitting needs!!

Our experience with Shayna. was exceptional! She made us feel so comfortable while she was house sitting our three dogs. She visited us ahead of time to meet our pack and understand their needs. We could see immediately, by her attention to detail, Shayna was a real professional. She was punctual, provided us with regular updates and kept our home in perfect condition. Honestly, we think our dogs were having more fun with Shayna than if we were home (they were happily exhausted from all the playtime). You know the dogs really loved Shayna when they would go to the bedroom she was staying to find her. We will definitely be repeat customers….
I could not recommend Shayna enough, she is THE BEST.

Un día normal
A typical day starts with the outlined feeding schedule you have asked me to follow, a early morning walk ( have to beat the desert heat). Then I normally have playtime and put on a Disney movie, followed by another mid day walk ( unless to hot), then we hang out on the patio to get some sunshine and then back to relaxing or playing. This would then be followed by dinner and a nighttime walk before bedtime.
