About: Animals have always been my happy place. From as far back as I can remember, I’ve had the privilege of caring for both cats and dogs, developing a deep bond and understanding of their unique personalities. Having spent years with furry friends, I've learned that every pet has its own quirks and needs, but all of them share one thing in common: a desire for love, attention, and connection. What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my genuine passion and hands-on experience. I'm not just someone who watches pets — I actively engage with them, whether it’s a playful game of fetch, a peaceful cuddle session, or a long walk to explore the world around us. I believe in creating an environment where pets feel safe, loved, and entertained. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t enjoy quality time with their human, and I take pride in giving them the attention they deserve. Whether it’s providing mental stimulation with toys, helping pets burn off energy with exercise, or simply offering companionship, my goal is always to ensure the well-being and happiness of each pet in my care. Their needs come first, and I make sure to listen to both the animals and their owners to create a routine that works for everyone. I’m more than just a pet sitter — I’m a true pet lover. With years of experience and an intuitive understanding of animal behavior, you can trust me to provide your pet with the best care possible. After all, every pet deserves to feel like they’re part of the family. Currently, my daily schedule revolves around taking care of my mom and my own animals, so having a flexible job is crucial. Luckily, pet sitting is the perfect fit for this chapter in my life, allowing me to combine my love for animals with my responsibilities at home I live in a peaceful, pet-friendly community, where I have access to quiet walks and a safe outdoor space. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or a quick potty break, I ensure your pet gets the fresh air and exercise they need at their own pace. Inside the house, I’ve designed the space to be a cozy retreat for pets. I have a large, comfortable dog carrier for pets who need a quiet space to rest, as well as plenty of soft bedding and safe spots for them to relax and feel secure. I believe in building trust with each animal, which is why I ensure they have access to everything they might need, at any time — from fresh water in every room of my home to ample opportunities for play and attention.

“Emma is wonderful! She watched our cat Chip while we were away for thanksgiving. She was responsive and kept us up to date with photos on how Chip was doing. Looking forward to using Emma again!”

“Very nice and super accommodating! It was my first time leaving my two working dogs to be watched by someone and she did an amazing job! She was super flexible and was great with the dogs. She sent me photos and updates after every visit/walk. I will definitely look for her to watch my dogs again!”

About: Hi! I’m Gia, and I’ve spent the past 4 years on and off caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, bunnies, and everything in between. From daily walks and feedings to administering meds and giving lots of love, I treat every pet like my own. I understand how important it is to know your furry friend is in good hands, and I’m here to give them comfort, care, and attention while you’re away. I work full-time in the mornings, which leaves my afternoons, evenings, and weekends open for pet care! I’m reliable, experienced, and love giving pets the attention and comfort they need while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk, a feeding, or overnight care, your pet will be treated like family. In Your Home: I treat your space with respect and your pet like family. I maintain their routine, keep things tidy, and send regular updates so you always know how they’re doing. Whether it’s walks, play, or quiet companionship, your pet gets consistent, attentive care every visit.

About: I grew up with German Shepherds and pugs, and have over 20 years of experience with all breeds, from tiny to huge! I learned the importance of basic training very early, as we always had large dogs for family security. I try to only take one dog at a time (unless they are siblings of course!) so they have my undivided attention and are treated like a member of my family. My Bernese Mountain Dog, Gertie, is almost 10, and is a great help with other dogs. She knows many commands, can walk off-leash, and is friendly and respectful. I currently work from home, so I am home most days. I have a large, fenced yard with two walkways that are also both fenced, and live next door to a big, dog-friendly park. Boarding is my most popular service, and I enjoy really getting to know your pup. Your dog will have constant access to my yard, home, water, sofa, and beds during their stay. I will never be away from the house for more than an hour or two to run errands (and I usually just take them with me!).

“The lovely Jeanette was able to fit us in her schedule last minute and took excellent care of all 3 of our fur babies. I absolutely recommend, such a sweet caring person.”

“Mari was fantastic with my older dog TJ who takes meds and has to be coaxed to eat. She took him to his hydration sessions at the vet as well. My younger terrier who can be shy and skittish took to her and now obviously according to the pictures we received considers her a pal. We were able to take a much needed break from the caretaking duties associated with TJ and enjoy our vacation. Thank you Mari!”

“We are very satisfied with the care that Nicole gave our pets! We booked a last minute trip and reached out to Nicole to stay in our home with our cat and dog. She was quick to respond and came for a meet and greet the next day. While we were away she took great care of our animals and home and sent plenty of pictures and updates. We would definitely recommend her and plan to use her services again in the future!”

“We have three dogs and a bunny. Carly is great. She stayed with my babies over the weekend. She took the big boys on runs, cuddled with with all the pups and even played with the rabbit. My dogs were so happy when I got home. It is so comforting knowing my dogs were so well taken care of while away.”

“Deborah took fantastic care of our two dogs! She was great with both our senior dog and young super energetic pup. She gave detailed updates, and put our minds at ease on our first time leaving our pups with a non family member. We would definitely use her again!”

“I can’t recommend Minko enough! He was fantastic with our sensitive pup, taking the time to be patient and win him over. He’s sat for both my dog and my boyfriend’s, and they both adore him! We came back to a tidy home and happy dog, which says it all. Minko is reliable, caring, and truly great with dogs. We feel so comfortable leaving our pups in his care and will absolutely book with him again!”

About: New to this site yet for friends and employers, I've done housesitting and pet sitting for years. I've been vetted, background checked and currently on another popular sitting site. I've just relocated back to the area of Monterey, California where I grew up. I love to be out hiking and walking so if your pet needs exercise and the peace that comes with it, I'm your gal! I usually take myself out walking twice a day. Unless your animal needs special care and can't be active, I believe pets should be active because it makes them feel better, same as us. I'm flexible in my work and don't have the sort of hours that would keep me away from your pet for too long. Regular feeding, bathroom breaks, playing and petting are my top priorities. I do a lot of photography and photos of animals are one of my faves. Your pet could be the next Lassie! Safety is also a top priority. I can either drop in on your pet or do overnight stays, weekly stays, etc. I keep pets safe, doors and windows locked, and the place exactly as you left it. I've traveled for years using Airbnb and have great reviews here for you to peruse – thank you hosts!

“Danae was readily available and took good care of our dogs and house ! She provided updates with photos/videos daily. We gladly recommend her.”

I can even provide transportation for your pet to the vet, groomer, or their favorite park to make your day a little easier. For in-home pet sitting, my schedule can be flexible if given about 2 weeks notice. Rachel C.
“I never met someone more fond of dogs than Rachel! In fact, I’ve never met someone who dogs gravitate to more than her! From the moment she met my dog, they had an instant connection. She has been a great dog walker and care taker for him when I could not attend to him. She understood his special needs as a service dog and has been very accommodating with the most recent addition to my family, a hospice foster. She is familiar with dog behavior, medical needs, and is patient with shy or difficult dogs. If you’re looking for someone to love your baby in the same way that you do, hire Rachel as your dog walker or drop in sitter! I’ve recommended her to many friends, coworkers, and other dog owners I’ve met at the park, rec trail, etc.”
