We wanted someone to come walk and feed Rascal so we could spend a full day exploring downtown DC and the surrounding area. Ashley covered for us every day. Rascal is not used to spending long periods of time alone so Ashley was a blessing. She fed him and took him on a long walk every visit. We felt so good to know Rascal was being cared for by Ashley. She was also flexible with our schedule. We will call on her again if we return to the DC area which is very likely next year. Our daughter has a job offer in DC next year and we will likely visit and stay in this same area.”

I had a 10 year old chocolate lab named Piper she was my best buddy and companion she recently went to the rainbow bridge. so I have an open place in my heart. About: My love for animals began as a child. I was raised in a house with a plethora of pets (cats, dogs, birds, fish) and the love continued to grow while working at my grandparent's boarding kennel as a teenager. I currently work shift work and am flexible on my off days. Whether it's a short term notice for a quick walk or advanced notice, I would love to be able to accommodate your pet's needs. I live within access to numerous walking trails and am avid staying active and being outdoors. About: I have a few years of experience caring for dogs and love being around them! I’m available for dog walking, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m reliable, patient, and happy to keep your dog active, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I am currently working part time as a substitute teacher and babysitter so my schedule varies a bit, but I am generally free most weekends and days after 3pm! I care for pets in their own home so they can stay comfortable in their normal routine. I follow all instructions closely, make sure they get plenty of walks, play, and attention, and always keep safety a top priority.

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life, since I can remember. I have potty trained puppies and taught them tricks. I have experience with senior dogs and special needs as well. I also used to have a hamster, a rat, and hedgehog. Currently I own one dog and a saltwater fish tank. I have plenty of experience with cats as well. I’m pretty much a sucker for any animal. About: I have grew up with my whole life with animals .They have always been a passion of mine! I am currently looking to pursue my career at an animal hospital and eventually start school for a veterinarian assistant ! One of my favorite child hood memories is looking back to all of our pets we had. We had dogs ,hamsters, iguanas, turtles ,cats,fish etc ! You name it we probably had it ! About: I’ve taken care of my dog since I was 10, and I have taken care of other’s pets since then. I have always been fond of animals and pets since I was little, I love engaging with any kind! About: I've helped raise puppies. I've had a dog of my own my whole life. Friends leave their pups with me while they go away, or when they need help potty or crate training. I cannot currently watch pets in my home but I can care for your pet in the comfort of your home. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate taking care of your pet(s) as needed around my own day to day responsibilities. I will take care of your pet as you regularly do. Are they crated while you're away? They'll be crated if I'm not there. Or do they only feel safe in certain rooms or need a "safety toy"? I'm make sure they have what they need to be as calm and happy as can be while you're away.
