“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. When we dropped him off, he didn’t even look back as she ushered him inside which told us he was comfortable with Crystal from the very beginning. When we picked Black up, he was excited to see us AND sad for his weekend with Crystal to come to an end. Black had a couple of behavioral issues during his stay and Crystal was very attentive taking great care of his needs and keeping us updated with great photos and detailed reports. About: I have been taking care of the pets of family friends and people who they recommended me to them. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, turtles, and one very friendly cockatiel. I work part-time at the moment, but I am available most weekdays during the day & evening, and during the earlier morning & during the afternoon on weekends. This is of course subject to change in unforeseen schedule changes, but is a fair baseline. I currently have two cats and soon a dog at my own Home, so currently I’m not able to provide boarding. However, I’m able and happy to drive to check in on and take care of your four legged friends, and will make sure to spend as much time with them as you’d like. I reflect exactly the habits for my pets wellbeing and as requested. It is of upmost importance to me to keep them cared for as a family member clean space to sleep eat and use the potty. Our dogs are kennel trained at night but able to sleep out if needed. I am comfortable with any variety of care even if it is a long list I love to be informed of routines.
About: I have a few years of experience caring for dogs and love being around them! I’m available for dog walking, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m reliable, patient, and happy to keep your dog active, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I am currently working part time as a substitute teacher and babysitter so my schedule varies a bit, but I am generally free most weekends and days after 3pm! I care for pets in their own home so they can stay comfortable in their normal routine. I follow all instructions closely, make sure they get plenty of walks, play, and attention, and always keep safety a top priority.
About: I have grew up with my whole life with animals .They have always been a passion of mine! I am currently looking to pursue my career at an animal hospital and eventually start school for a veterinarian assistant ! One of my favorite child hood memories is looking back to all of our pets we had. We had dogs ,hamsters, iguanas, turtles ,cats,fish etc ! You name it we probably had it ! I am very compassionate, patient and friendly and i will make sure to treat your fur child like my own for sure! I have a daughter and also a 8 year old boxer who i adore so much so i absolutely know and understand how hard it can be to trust anyone with the ones we love the most but look no farther I will take care of them with no worries at all!! “WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”
