“Joanna is a fabulous house/cat sitter! It was our first time booking through Rover, and I was a bit nervous about it, but everything went smoothly and the process was easy. Joanna was prompt for our initial meeting and very engaged in learning about our home and especially about our sweet kitty. She followed up a few days before and send numerous updates with pictures and videos while we were gone. Our cat is older and gets very upset when we leave (thus graduating to a cat sitter to be with her full-time) and she did not have any issues while we were away and was very happy and content when we arrived home. Joanna was able to deal with her medication and feeding requirements with ease. We can't recommend Joanna enough!”
