“We couldn’t be happier with the care and love Christine shows our dog, Louie! And Louie is always thrilled to be dropped off with Christine. We’ve booked several times now and will keep coming back!”

Chanakarn V.

“I was so nervous about leaving Milan for her first day care visit but she did well and Chanakarn kept me up to date with how she was settling in and included photo updates completely putting my mind at ease. The drop off and pick up window was flexible and the communication was prompt. I will be using Chanakarn again!”

Angela P.

“This was Rey’s first time at daycare through Rover - could not have been a better experience. Thank you Angela for welcoming our baby girl into your home!”

Fiorella J.
“Fio is absolutely amazing! Turbo loved his time with her, and I appreciated her professionalism and excellent communication. Fio's genuine love for animals shines through, making her the perfect choice for anyone seeking a reliable and caring dog caretaker. Highly recommended!”

“Wow! What a gem! You know how you feel when you have to leave your beloved fur-baby with someone else because you are off doing “human things” and they can’t come along? Well, for me, it’s almost a guilty feeling because I want to spend every waking second with my best friend, Charlie. Also, I feel anxious because I don’t want anything to happen to my baby (he’s precious, he’s old, and maybe I have trust issues?). Well…Michelle has really been the only option for me. She is caring, sweet, responsible, PATIENT, and most of all: Charlie ADORES her (and he is a great judge of character). I honestly think my Charlie thinks he is the one on vacation when he stays with Michelle. And then I, in turn, can enjoy my time away. As my partner and my family put it, “Thank God for Michelle!”.”

Zina A.
“Full disclosure, I'm currently Zina's roommate, which has luckily given me a first-hand view of her loving dogs in general and taking care of a couple senior dogs that just passed away in 2023. First of all, she adores dogs and shares plenty of love with them: lots of pets and scratches, treats (as allowed), and of course letting them know they are very good doggos. She was good enough to adopt a couple seniors from an overwhelmed friend during the pandemic and gave them a really solid last couple years – took them on all the walks they needed (including to regional parks and beaches, which they LOVED), got them carriers when they couldn't walk so well, made lots of little puzzles for their treats to stimulate their little brains, even cooked them meals on occasion, and kept them company when they weren't feeling so well. She does a good job of giving dogs attention, affection, and treats, without spoiling them, so you also won't have to worry about her turning your dogs demanding or anything like that… I know dog people, not-dog people, and people somewhere in the middle. Zina is very much a dog person and will give your pup the dog sitting it deserves.”

John Arin R.
“John Arin is a true dog lover and has always done a fantastic job caring for my dog Frances. When he walks into the room or down the driveway, Frances lights up with excitement because she knows she is going to have so much fun! He's great at playing with her directly or at supervising play with other dogs. A great fit if you're looking for someone on Rover who can give your pup that added bit of love, fun, and affection when you are not around.”

Donald R.

“Donald was available on short notice to watch my dog for a weekend day. He took great care of her, communicated well, and sent me multiple pictures throughout the day. Street parking for drop off/pick up was super easy, always a bonus!”

Yeva M.
“I’ve known Yeva for more than a decade. She is very kind to animals and she’s an awesome dog mom. She adopted her dog Willow after her previous parents surrendered her to the shelter. Willow had behavioral issues and she would bark on people and other dogs. Yeva insisted on keeping her and she devoted herself to training her and finishing her socialization. She had a lot of progress and is much more well behaved and friendly know thanks to the work Yeva put into her. If I were a dog person, I’d trust my dog to Yeva without a doubt.”

About: I've always loved dogs and have petsat for many years. I have a fun, 2 year old lab-pitt mix; we live down the street from a dog park and are often on hikes or Point Isabel. Would love for her to have a companion. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule. My dog and I go for hour long walks in the morning (8-9am) and early afternoon (1-2:30pm). We're usually at a dog park or on a hike between 4 and 6pm I live in a condo unit with a fence. The dogs are allowed to spend time outside in the sun during the day and have free reign of the home during the day.

“I’ve taken my dog to multiple doggy daycares-all of which ended up caging her last minute because she is a cane corso mix. My dog was a bit scared when we arrived at first but right off the bat I could tell she was in good hands. Jessica updated me throughout the day, responded to all of my questions, and even gave me a little report when I picked Chanel up! The report even had the cutest pics of my dogs stay-I’ve used Rover several times and have never gotten that level of service! My dog was suuuuuper tired when we got home and slept until the next day. 10/10 would recommend-not only does she have dogs of her own but she seems to be really popular in the daycare business. My dog had a great time looking forward to her next stay<3”

Jane C.

“Thanks so much Jane for hanging out all day with Juju & taking her on lots of walks! She didn’t want to say goodbye LOL, looks like she had a blast. Appreciate you feeding her chicken & rice when she had diarrhea, and so glad she got to play with your dog and other dogs - she is quite the social butterfly! Very grateful for your care.”

About: Hello! My name is Linda and I am a grad student at UC Berkeley pursuing my PhD. I love animals dearly and so this is a side hustle I love doing. Ive been doing Rover for about 4 years (mainly in Fresno and a little bit in Charlottesville, VA) and I love it. Getting to know to animals and owners is a pleasure for me and I just recently moved to the Bay Area for school I'd love to continue doing this here as well. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or special needs for your belove animals ❤️🌻 Because I am a graduate student, i mainly only go to school for classes and then come home to study and work, so i have that flexibility. As far as my services go, I have 15 years of experience working with animals. I like to provide lots of pictures for my clients so that they can be assured their dogs are doing well. In the past, I have helped dogs with physical therapy who had recently undergone surgery and was able to get them back on their feet! With that said, I know how to give oral medication and can provide 24/7 communication, if needed. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or specific needs concerning your dogs and I can work something out for you. :) Best, Linda

Shealin B.
“Shealin is wonderful with my dogs and they love her. We can alwaya count on her. She not only feeds and walks the dogs, but she spends time playing with them. My little one gets so excited to see her! If you need someone to take care if your pets, you won't be disappointed with Shealin!”

Hanna T.
“Hanna is fabulous! Smart, responsible, and super loving. She is also an experienced pet handler and dealt with my very large dog confidently and with love. I recommend her highly and without reservation.”

Latricia K.

“Koa was initially apprehensive about being left behind but was having a great time only an hour or so later. When we picked her up, she was relaxed and, while happy to see us, would have been fine hanging out longer. This stay was just a few hours so we could go out to dinner, but I would bring Koa back for a longer stay.”

Katie G.

“Katie was fantastic! She asked smart questions at drop off, sent us updates, and took our dog on a walk around the lake.”

Ashley C.
“Ashley is a great dog sitter. She has taken care of my dachshund, Yoshi, several times and she treats him as if he was her own. She is patient, caring, and Yoshi loves to go on walks with her. Definitely recommend.”
