“Latricia is great. My dog has been staying with her pretty consistently. Hope for more in the future. In fact was hoping for an overnight stay this weekend but she is booked. ”
“VJ and Matthew took amazing care of my dog Willa! They were so communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos. Willa seemed to have a great time with their dogs and feel comfortable despite her anxiety. Will definitely be booking again!”

“We had a great first daycare with Nikolai! He is very responsive and easy to coordinate with. It was nice to know Jax was having a fun day with other dogs and nice people. Excited to go back again!!”

“Andy is wonderful - my dog Sidney is always so happy to see him when I drop her off for daycare (usually once a week). When I arrive to pick her up, she generally doesn't want to leave! She gets multiple walks per day and enjoys time with their dog Millie. They are accommodating of my crazy schedule and very flexible about drop-off and pick-up time. I very highly recommend these folks - they take great care of my baby!”

“Taylor is an absolute godsend! As well as her husband Kevin. She takes care of Kahlo weekly when I go to work and I am able to relax knowing Kahlo is in the best hands. I went on my first trip recently and Kahlo stayed with Taylor and Kevin for several days. Being a new dog mom, meant I had overwhelming anxiety leaving on my first trip and was so worried about leaving my dog convinced she would have serious separation anxiety. Well, I was totally wrong. LOL. I am honestly not sure that Kahlo wanted to leave. She had the best time and enjoyed all the attention she was spoiled with during her stay. Taylor was so sweet and sent me so many updates and pictures throughout her stay. She even printed a keepsake of pictures from her stay that I now have in my home. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away. It has been a true blessing finding Taylor. She is kind, communicative, and treats your dog as her own. Thank you Taylor and Kevin for being so awesome ❤️! Truly Grateful.”

“Maya is a wonderful dog sitter & human! She took such good care of my senior dog, especially after I told her about some recent health issues he’s experiencing. She kept a close eye on him, keeping him super safe & keeping me updated throughout the day. Thank you so much Maya, for loving my baby and keeping him safe!”

A bonus is that I have a strong bond with my sister who is a dog trainer and dog sitter in east Bay Area that has been employed at local vets for a handful of years. My roommate Damien and I have both shared residencies for a handful of years and he loves all as much as I do! Extra loves and good vibes! About: I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, including feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic medications, and providing lots of attention and companionship. I’m very attentive to pets’ routines and comfort levels, and I always aim to make them feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their owners are away. I also understand the importance of clear communication and sending regular updates and photos. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to spend quality time with pets throughout the day. I currently work full time with a work from home schedule 3 days a week, which gives me availability for walks, drop-ins, boarding, and extended care. I’m able to provide plenty of supervision, attention, exercise, and companionship to make sure pets are happy and comfortable in my care. I work from home 3 days a week (M W F). And I'm home most weekends. My job is flexible so as long as I don't have meetings I can take breaks throughout the day as needed for pets. I've taken my friend's dogs on walks during my work hours and given attention to pets during their stay, treats and cuddles :) I have an open space layout so I will be able to be close to the pet and see what they're doing while I'm home.
“Nasreddine and her bf were friendly and efficient with the drop off and return! Both dogs only stayed a couple hours but seemed to enjoy their time with their hosts! Above all, Nasreddine was SO understanding, flexible, and accommodating. My dogs escaped that morning and it was a flurry of whether I needed to cancel or not. Luckily, they came back after their little adventure and Nasreddine was happy to watch them even after all the chaos. Thank yooou!!”

“This is our second time booking doggy day care with Danielle and her dog Nala. Danielle does a great job. She keeps our dog safe and well entertained. We appreciate her updates of messages and photos throughout the day. Looking forward to the next time.”

“Our 7 month old large breed puppy had a wonderful stay with Alexandria. Lucy was in good hands and came home tired from all the playtime. We will book again with Alexandria soon. Thank you for hosting Lucy.”

“Cody had a great day with Thea and Arlo. Cody got to explore the yard, play with Arlo, and chill while I was at work. Thea was very responsive to set up drop off and pick up times even when my schedule changed slightly and sent me pictures during the day. I highly recommend Thea!”

About: I’m a full time artist and WFH sitter with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages including Puppies, seniors, special needs pets, and sensitive personalities. I live a calm and quiet lifestyle with my senior corgi, Mochi, and my sweet, dog friendly cat, Mumu. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will get steady attention, a peaceful environment, and care that never feels rushed. My dog Mochi is 10 and has had many health issues, including back leg mobility problems. Caring for her has given me strong experience with senior dogs, medication schedules, mobility support, slow routines, anxious pets and even stroller walks. I grew up with many pets, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve experienced a negligent sitter in the past whose carelessness sent my dog to the hospital. Because of that I take this work extremely seriously. I’m attentive, detail oriented, cautious and I never take shortcuts especially with older or delicate pets. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Because I’m an artist I’ll sometimes doodle a small portrait of your pet if time allows, just a little gift for you. A little about why I joined Rover: I recently moved into a larger space which has allowed me to comfortably host more pets. I also decided to start pet sitting as a way to help offset the rising costs of my senior dog’s insurance. It’s important to me that I can continue providing the best care for her and Rover lets me do that while offering attentive, reliable care to other pets as well. I WFH so I’m home most of the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine I already have a senior dog with daily feeding, meds so I’m used to gentle and structured care throughout the day. I take breaks to give pets attention, walks, playtime and lots of calm company. Your pet would be part of my daily rhythm not an afterthought I maintain a calm and supervised home where safety comes first. Pets get slow introductions and secure spaces and constant oversight since I work from home. My corgi is crate-trained and my cat has high-ground access so everyone has their own safe zones. I follow your schedule exactly : feeding, walks, meds, and activities so your pet stays on their normal routine. They’ll have a safe comfortable place to play or nap all day and can sleep with me at night if they'd like to. Diet & Feeding I follow your pet’s exact feeding schedule and portion sizes to keep everything consistent. I always make sure pets stay hydrated, especially in warmer weather. I feed my dog and guest dogs separately to avoid any food guarding or stress during mealtimes. Hygiene & Cleanliness I keep pets clean and comfortable throughout the day : wiping paws if needed, cleaning eye discharge and keeping their space tidy. I’m very detailoriented about maintaining a clean safe environment. Walk Safety All dogs are leashed outdoors at all times. I stay alert around other dogs separate pets immediately if there are signs of stress or tension and prevent ground eating or unsafe sniffing areas. I’m always attentive and I clean up after them every time. Sleeping Arrangements My own dog prefers her own bed and doesn’t sleep with me but your dog is welcome to sleep wherever they feel comfortable whether that’s in their own bed, the crate or in the bed with me for extra comfort. I make sure every pet has a safe cozy sleeping setup.

Jason was just great with our girl Phoebe! She has separation anxiety, yet took to him right away, thanks to treats and play! I appreciated that Jason took to heart Phoebe's reactivity and avoided other dogs while on their walks. He was a good listener and very communicative with messages and photos. Our experience was all positive! More than happy to use Jason again!

She was amazing! Very responsive and kind. I can tell that she is calm and gentle with animals. My dog Lilo had an amazing time spending the day with her and came home exhausted both times. They had a lot of fun together, and Lilo was very well taken care of. I highly recommend her!

Nancy was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to truly understand Jackson and Theodore—their temperaments, their personalities—and introduced them to her pack with so much care and intention. Nancy sent thoughtful updates and photos that gave me total peace of mind and made me smile. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares for the dogs in her care. Nancy made me feel completely comfortable leaving my boys with her, which is everything. I’m so grateful we found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, attentive sitter. We’re already looking forward to their next play date!

Sara and Evan were wonderful. They were very responsive and agreed to watch Lani, our Bernedoodle, on very short notice. Lani got along great with their two fun dogs, and clearly had a great time. We would absolutely use them again if we even need daycare in the future.
