It comes across in all she does when Tigger is in her care - from the timely and thoughtful comms - to updates/details of how Tigger is interacting with other pets, humans, eating/acclimating. Drop-off and pickup were super easy since they’re not too far from the airport. We left a list of special instructions, and they handled everything without any issues. Our pups settled in like they were part of the family, went on regular walks to the nearby park, and even enjoyed hanging out with Christian and Hana’s little girl. If you’re someone who gets anxious about leaving your dog, I can’t recommend Rachel enough. I always struggle with leaving Winston because I worry about whether he’s happy, comfortable, and getting the attention he needs. From the moment I dropped him off, Rachel’s organized and efficient system made me feel so much more at ease. Everything was well thought out, communication was clear, and I immediately felt like Winston was in good hands. Throughout his stay, Rachel sent videos and updates every single day and was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. Seeing Winston happy, playing, and genuinely enjoying himself in every video meant so much to me. The biggest testament to the care she provided was Winston himself. After previous boarding experiences, he’s come home anxious, exhausted, or needing a few days to settle back in. This time was completely different. He came home happy, relaxed, and acting like his normal self from the moment I picked him up. It was obvious he had been well cared for and felt comfortable during his stay. Rachel took away so much of the stress and anxiety I normally feel when leaving my dog. Knowing he was safe, loved, and having fun allowed me to actually enjoy my time away instead of constantly worrying. That’s something I don’t take lightly. I’m so grateful for the care she gave Winston, and I would trust her with him again without hesitation.

Brittany took great care of Millie and was extremely kind, responsive and sent updates and pictures consistently throughout the week. This was Millie's first time away from home and Brittany was very mindful of that. I was really put at ease and felt like she was in great hands. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone and she'll be my first call if I ever need a sitter!
10000/10!!! We felt so comfortable leaving Mochi with Huaqing. She took such great care of him and showed him the same love we give at home. She shared daily updates and pictures, which was reassuring as we were so far away. I could tell he was comfortable as well by the cuddly pictures of him, it made me happy to see he felt safe. She was also very careful with his dietary needs and made sure to follow the instructions we shared. She’s truly a gem 😊
She was wonderful!!! Not only did she handle my chaotic energy when I showed up (doesn’t happen often but that day was something else) she was also so attentive to my dog and love him like her own. She sent me updates and pictures and even dropped him off at my cousins for me, which I greatly appreciated! This was my 1st time leaving him alone with someone I have never met and I was honestly never stressed about what was going on or if he was being loved or taken care of well! She did absolutely amazing!! My dog has some quirks but they never seemed to bother her! Will definitely rebook next time I need a sitter and would 110% recommend her to anyone!
This was my first time using Rover.com. I chose Sara because of her good reviews, she takes only 1 client at a time and was at home during the day. Sara was a good communicator who responded quickly every time I checked in on my dog Jewel. I could tell in the pictures she sent Jewel was happy and settling in with the rest of the family. Sara is trust worthy and a very experienced dog sitter. I would highly recommend her. (she’s also close to the airport, another bonus) 😊🐶
Jordyn was amazing! She only watches one dog at a time with her French Bulldog, Fran, who is a doll. Jordyn sent multiple photos and videos during my dog's stay. I had some instructions as to feeding times, snacks and a medication which Jordyn understood and followed. She has a nice place with a calm environment. I will definitely have Jordyn watch my little Japanese Chin again. I highly recommend her.
Stacy is absolutely AMAZING!!! The kindest and most lovely lady, and an even better sitter! She took spectacular care of my senior dog Ernie while I was gone for a week & a half and he absolutely loved staying in her lovely home. Stacy is the best, look no further for the perfect sitter!
