“Ash is a lovely person and it carries through to care of our Tigger. It comes across in all she does when Tigger is in her care - from the timely and thoughtful comms - to updates/details of how Tigger is interacting with other pets, humans, eating/acclimating. She sent vids of Tigger out for walks; getting treats; interacting with other visitors. What's not like :-) I am at ease knowing Ash is helping us out when we are away without Tigger. We left our two Boston terriers, Benny and Breezy in her care during the 4th of July holiday weekend and I am so impressed with how well they were treated and loved. Really sweet family and just overall perfect experience for both me and my pup. Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I felt like they understood how stressful and nervous it can be to part with a pup for extended period, and did everything to help. Alani and her family will always be my first choice to sit my pup going forward. Thank you.
Tyler was an amazing dog sitter! He was prompt at replying to my request, was a great communicator, and was very accommodating when our return plans were delayed. We really appreciated how attentive he was to our dog, Jack, and he sent photos and texts showing how much fun they were having. I was nervous about long-term boarding for my 2 dogs. Huaqing immediately put me at ease and treated my dogs like family. She communicated well, sending us updates with pictures while we were on our trip. She is so kind and was great with our dogs--she provided not only care for our dogs, but peace of mind for us while we were traveling. I highly recommend her services!
This was Maverick’s first visit with Pamela and he did well. She was so kind and flexible when I needed to add a couple days to his stay. Maverick is older so the fit is very important to me. Pamela was patient with him until he calmed down which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend and use her again.
