For us, she was BEYOND what we expected in a good sitter. Our Shepsky hasnt been with us an entire year yet so while she is a good girl, we were reserved wondering if she would feel comfortable and how she'd settle in around strangers. Within a few hours I got a couple of the pictures I needed. Belly up on the couch with some good people and good pets. Rachael seems to know dogs well but is incredibly humble which I believe is SUPER important when it comes to keeping dogs safe and not making assumptions. When our dog was returned to us she was tired and even more friendly and settled in than when we dropped her off. I can tell she was spoiled! Upon eye contact she is now gushing and loving up on people. (Sorry, have to add: she was a day away from euthanasia when I picked her up at the shelter and to see her leave Rachael's home a happy, perfect little princess made me cry) So thankful for Rachael's care!”

Drop-off and pickup were super easy since they’re not too far from the airport. We left a list of special instructions, and they handled everything without any issues. Ryan and Katie are such wonderful people. This is the second time I’ve had them watch Charles and it’s been a joy each time. They’re very communicative and give updates pretty frequently. They handled Charles complex feeding instructions quite well and made sure that he got lots of snuggles, couch time, and play time throughout his visit. No hesitation to have them watch Charles again and can 100% recommend them for others as well.
Brittany took great care of Millie and was extremely kind, responsive and sent updates and pictures consistently throughout the week. This was Millie's first time away from home and Brittany was very mindful of that. I was really put at ease and felt like she was in great hands. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone and she'll be my first call if I ever need a sitter!
She was wonderful!!! Not only did she handle my chaotic energy when I showed up (doesn’t happen often but that day was something else) she was also so attentive to my dog and love him like her own. She sent me updates and pictures and even dropped him off at my cousins for me, which I greatly appreciated! This was my 1st time leaving him alone with someone I have never met and I was honestly never stressed about what was going on or if he was being loved or taken care of well! She did absolutely amazing!! My dog has some quirks but they never seemed to bother her! Will definitely rebook next time I need a sitter and would 110% recommend her to anyone!
This was my first time using Rover.com. I chose Sara because of her good reviews, she takes only 1 client at a time and was at home during the day. Sara was a good communicator who responded quickly every time I checked in on my dog Jewel. I could tell in the pictures she sent Jewel was happy and settling in with the rest of the family. Sara is trust worthy and a very experienced dog sitter. I would highly recommend her. (she’s also close to the airport, another bonus) 😊🐶

Ashley was an amazing dog sitter! She kept me updated throughout Macy’s stay with messages and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. I am so thankful that we discovered Julia. Cagney, my terrier type pup, is 17 years old. He doesn't see well, is pretty deaf, and somewhat skittish. He is also a very picky eater. Julia kept Cagney for 18 days while I was in Japan. I was very nervous as the only person who had ever kept him prior was his previous owner - at the last moment she had a situation that prevented her from taking care of him. Thus I discovered Rover and could not be happier. Julia was terrific about providing updates and photos. I don't think I could have found a more compassionate individual to take care of my senior dog. She was patient and affectionate to Cagney. Julia's house is incredibly clean, she has a wonderful backyard that is perfect for the pups. I was happy there were no steps as it made it easy for an old dog to exit and enter. Thank you Julia, I hope to bring the little old man Cagney back one day!
