Tracy found a way to snuggle up and make a fairly skittish dog feel comfortable. She sent us pictures, kept us updated and also accommodated a 11pm pick up. For someone who doesn’t leave their dog with a sitter, I felt so comfortable with Tracy watching Kaapi. “Sai was so great with Patti! This was my first time using this service and had never left Patti with a sitter before. Sai went above and beyond to make sure me and my fur baby were comfortable. He met with us before the visit and was very generous about showing us around and talking us through his plan. He shared pictures every day and updates on how the dogs were getting along since I was nervous about that. He walked them multiple times a day. Patti is in early stages of training, and Sai was incredibly patient with her and reassuring to me. He also shared the food he was giving his dog Sokka (who is a beautiful sweet boy), but was always checking and asking permission before doing anything like that. Lastly, Sai even called and coordinated with Patti’s trainer for just in case! So happy with Sai and Sokka and will definitely be booking again. Patti had a great time!”

She took us at pretty short notice, we had a wonderful meeting with her and her dog Mika beforehand, and we immediately felt secure with her as a person. She sent us videos/pics every other day while we were away, played and cuddled our demanding pooch, and kept us informed about how she was adjusting.
