It's was so so sweet to see all the videos of her hanging and playing with the animals. My dog can sometimes be a bit fussy but she immediately had him loving and obeying her. It comes across in all she does when Tigger is in her care - from the timely and thoughtful comms - to updates/details of how Tigger is interacting with other pets, humans, eating/acclimating. She sent vids of Tigger out for walks; getting treats; interacting with other visitors. What's not like :-) I am at ease knowing Ash is helping us out when we are away without Tigger. “I’m glad that Alex makes the meet and greet part of her process, because I was able to meet her on Thursday and drop my dog off on Friday feeling very comfortable that my dog was in good hands. Alex is home is very neat and clean. If you didn’t see the dogs, you wouldn’t know she was hosting multiple dogs by the cleanliness of her home. Alex puts the needs of the dogs first and makes sure to introduce them one by one and make sure any dogs that she’s hosting fits within the pack. I never had to worry about how my dog was doing because Alex sent me pictures throughout the day each day that my pup was with her. I’m glad to know I have a trusted pet sitter for when I need to board in the future.”

Really sweet family and just overall perfect experience for both me and my pup. Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I felt like they understood how stressful and nervous it can be to part with a pup for extended period, and did everything to help. Alani and her family will always be my first choice to sit my pup going forward. Thank you.
We had such a wonderful experience with her! Boots absolutely loved his time playing with Ozzy and getting to spend time with her daughters. It was so comforting knowing he was having so much fun and being so well cared for while we were away. She was also incredibly flexible, which made coordinating pick-up and drop-off a breeze. I especially appreciated how communicative she was throughout his stay. The regular updates and photos always put me at ease and made it so nice to see how much fun Boots was having. We are so grateful for the wonderful care she gave Boots and will definitely continue to rebook with her whenever we need to get away. It makes leaving him so much easier knowing he has his buddies, Ozzy and the girls, to look forward to spending time with! We couldn’t ask for a better home away from home for him. 🐾❤️

Tyler was an amazing dog sitter! He was prompt at replying to my request, was a great communicator, and was very accommodating when our return plans were delayed. We really appreciated how attentive he was to our dog, Jack, and he sent photos and texts showing how much fun they were having. She was absolutely amazing!! My dog is a little weirdo but she was fantastic with him and loved him! Which is the most important thing in a dog sitter, that they love your pet like their own! She gave lots of updates which I appreciated even though I had no cell reception where I was, I always knew how he was doing :) she is amazing and would recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter!

Daniel was amazing. My mini Aussie Piper loved him. Piper and Daniel’s dog became fast friends. I found Daniel when i needed a caregiver for Piper due to an emergency. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. I going on a trip in September and hope to use him again.
