“Huaqing (pronounced Wah-zhing) loves cats and dogs both. She has a gorgeous Russian Blue/Maine Coon Cat mix that we saw sitting in the window. She has specific and efficient methods in place for pet drop-off/pick-up, so be sure to ask if you wish to see your pet's space. I didn't want to seem pushy, so I didn't ask. We dropped off within her gated patio on an extremely hot day (116 degrees f.), but Huaqing had begun taking in the three cats and their food/toys, etc., as we closed the gate to leave, so we felt better then. We dropped them off Wednesday, late afternoon, and got photos of two of them at 8:56pm Thursday (the shy one was hiding), and photos of all three at 2:11pm on Friday. She also texted us several times re: how they were settling in, and that she'd rubbed Cruiser's ear medication for thyroid regulation into her ear pinna in AM and PM, so we knew she was getting good care there. When we arrived to pick them up, all their toys and food were packed up, ready to go! She waited to bring them out in their carriers so we could load up the "stuff" first (again, a hot day, 110+ degrees, so this was appreciated). All kitties were in good condition and she sent them home with all their gear PLUS some new toys and treats! :-) Don't go by the GoogleMaps location of her townhouse unit--it shows a different one in error--enter from the north gate of the complex and follow Huaqing's directions to reach her unit number. That will make it easier to find. I can't fill in the next page because we didn't see the space where the cats were going to be kept.”

“Ash was a life saver and let me book last minute (originally I had a friend who was supposed to watch Shelly, but I wasn’t comfortable w that after seeing my friend’s daughter terrorizing and tryin to jump on my 9 year old senior dog and her doing nothing to stop it. so I had to search last minute on Rover). Ash was excellent in communicating and sent me updates w photos. Shelly really enjoyed her stay plus didn’t come home smelling bad which is a huge relief for me as well! I mistakenly didn’t send enough food but Ash was amazing and found Shelly’s brand and was able to pick us up more!! Thank you so much for that and keeping my baby comfortable n safe!
