I am definitely a helicopter mom but Cindy is so knowledgeable and well versed in dog and cat behavior that I was put at ease immediately during our meet and greet. She was quick and professional when communicating and sent some really great photos to me while I was away. One of my dogs had even had an emergency surgery a few days before I had to go out of town, and Lily did an excellent job giving her extra care to ensure a good recovery. Lily is quite knowledgeable about dog training and she strikes just the right balance between affectionate and authoritative. My dogs could see that she was there to love them but also that she was in charge. Lily was super responsive to messages and sent photos showing everyone was having fun. I will definitely be asking her to dog-sit again in the future!”
