About: I’ve had many pets growing up my entire life, however, I began being an animal caretaker since 2019. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I fell in love with my job until I could no longer travel anymore. Now that I work from home, I still want to be able to continue my journey with caring for animals. Many people do jobs because their parents did it or they do it for the money; but I genuinely do it because I love animals… you might be able to say more than humans. I currently work from home and work when I want in my daily life would really affect my availability to pet sit. I’m basically available every single day of the week unless I make plans. I live in an apartment that has a grass area for animals to handle their business and it is fenced all the way around the apartment. And I have a very sweet cat who was about three years old and she does very well with other animals if your baby needs company.

“When Emily took care of my girl over spring break, I was nothing but comfortable the entire time being away from my dog. She was very loving and kind to her: always made sure her water bowl was full, fed her on time, walked her and let her sniff everything, but most importantly, Emily gave Jill space to get to know her on Jill’s terms. That’s important to me because she didn’t make Jill feel uncomfortable or pressured to like her, she let it happen naturally, and boy did it. I can’t recommend Emily enough, thank you!”
