I have a dog and a cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets while you’re away. About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. Their description of their home and way they take care of the dogs sounded like I would take care of my dog. I explained what I wanted including 3 meds and specific food requirements. They were not fazed at all with my requests; including walking Aurora each morning. I received photos and updates regularly throughout my 3 weeks away. They are now go to folks when I need to leave Aurora. Thank you.”

“This was our first time using rover so we were pretty nervous about leaving our fur babies with someone for a couple days but we are glad we did! Susan and Peter are so nice and took such great care of our dogs, and they updated us with photos and videos of our dogs! While we were on a vacation so were they. By the photos and picking them up you most definitely could tell the dogs had a good time which made me feel comfortable knowing that they were in good hands while we were away. We definitely will be booking again! Thank you so much Susan and Peter we appreciate you guys for taking such good care of our babies.”
“Serena was AMAZING watching our two cats for a month. We did a meet and greet and she had a list of questions to make sure we covered everything she needed to know about them! One of the cats is semi feral but we warmed up to Serena so quickly, and the other kitty was her best friend almost immediately. ☺️ Serena went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! She sent photos and videos every day, and let us know when they were running low on anything so we could order more to her house. She even ordered a pack of foam balls identical to the one we had because it inevitably rolled under the stove and it was her favorite😅. Serena’s place was great for the cats, too. She had lots of comfy hiding spots for them and added their blankets to their favorite spots. Serena was an EXCELLENT caregiver for our fur babies. It was so hard to have to leave them for an entire month but she made it as seamless and carefree as possible. She was incredibly helpful with pick up and drop off (it’s not the easiest thing to transport cats). I would absolutely trust Serena to watch them again. She is so kind, trustworthy, and truly loves animals. She took care of them as if they were her own☺️”
“Wesley, Alison, and Hazel took such wonderful care of Coal while we were away for the weekend! It was clear from the updates and photos that he was happy, comfortable, and treated like part of the family. They even introduced him to the pool, which was such a fun experience for him! Hazel was a great companion, and Coal seemed to have a blast spending time with her. We truly appreciated the love, attention, and care they gave him and would absolutely trust them with Coal again.
