I sincerely appreciated her dedication!”

“This was our first time using Rover, so we were a bit unsure about the process. However, once we had a Meet & Greet with Cindy and saw how comfortable our pups were with her, we felt reassured leaving our fur babies in her care for the weekend. She took excellent care of them, administered medication 3x a day, took them on walks, and gave them loads of attention. She even let Colby sleep in bed with her! Five stars all around. “Our second time having Michael watch our cat. This time We were on a really long vacation (almost 3 weeks) and our cat is almost 17. He needed fluids from the vet 2 times per week, and has a super picky eating style. He also is not a fan of being alone a lot. When we got home our cat seemed very happy and at the next vet visit his weight was up a little (we were worried about him losing weight) and his blood work was all the same or better than previous. We were super nervous about leaving for so long, but we felt so great about leaving him with Michael and he was doing great when we got home! And yes, we probably are a bit of crazy cat parents 🤷‍♀️”

My dogs could see that she was there to love them but also that she was in charge. Lily was super responsive to messages and sent photos showing everyone was having fun.
