“I've had my dog Finn for nearly 2 years. I got him when he was 9, so there is a lot about his early years that I don't know. He's my first dog, so I take great pride in helping him live his best life. Prior to him coming into my life, I would usually take two weeks off in August to attend the Sturgis motorcycle rally. My pet arrangements fell through last year (hadn't engaged any sitters from Rover), thus, I wasn't able to go. So this year I found Brooke through Rover. I had met one other Rover sitter, but Finn just didn't vibe with that person. We met with Brooke and I knew things were going to be alright. She and her family did an awesome job with Finn! She sent pics each day to let me know how he was doing. I was able to relax and have a great vacation. I would definitely board Finn with Brooke again!”

I am so thankful that we discovered Julia. Cagney, my terrier type pup, is 17 years old. He doesn't see well, is pretty deaf, and somewhat skittish. He is also a very picky eater. Julia kept Cagney for 18 days while I was in Japan. I was very nervous as the only person who had ever kept him prior was his previous owner - at the last moment she had a situation that prevented her from taking care of him. Thus I discovered Rover and could not be happier. Julia was terrific about providing updates and photos. I don't think I could have found a more compassionate individual to take care of my senior dog. She was patient and affectionate to Cagney. Julia's house is incredibly clean, she has a wonderful backyard that is perfect for the pups. I was happy there were no steps as it made it easy for an old dog to exit and enter. Thank you Julia, I hope to bring the little old man Cagney back one day!
We had such a great experience with Alani! From the start, she made us feel really comfortable by inviting us into her home to see exactly where our dog would be staying and to meet her family. That meant a lot to us. It felt very welcoming and gave me peace of mind knowing the environment he’d be in. Her home is beautiful and very well kept, which made it even easier to feel confident leaving our pupper in her care. Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt informed and reassured. We’ll absolutely be booking with Alani again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!
William did an excellent job watching my dogs. This was their second time staying with him, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy being there. It seemed that they didn’t even want to leave his house when I arrived to pick them up. I’d absolutely trust him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable sitter.
Maritza and her family were amazing with my fur baby. It was very short notice, same day, that I needed to find a sitter for a week long trip. I met with her and her pup Ozzy. They seemed to get along, Ozzy a bigger pup than my Daisy was very gentle. Daisy loved the family, playing with the littles and snuggling in between at night. Daisy will definitely be visiting again. Jennifer was absolutely amazing with my dog. She was so loving and kind, and she sent frequent pictures and updates that made me feel completely at ease while I was away. You can tell she truly cares. Her dog kept mine social and active, and they became besties the whole time. It made such a difference knowing my pup wasn’t just being watched, but was actually happy and having fun.
