Hi! I’m Alani, and I’ve been caring for dogs on Rover since 2017. My family and I absolutely love having dogs in our home, and we treat every pup like they’re part of the family. My husband and I live in Tempe with our two sons, who have grown up around dogs and are always gentle and respectful with our furry guests. We have a secure fenced yard for playtime, a comfy home for relaxing, and plenty of love and attention to go around. I’m experienced with puppies, senior dogs, and giving medications when needed. Whether your dog loves to play, go for walks, or just curl up on the couch, I’ll do my best to keep them on their normal routine so they feel comfortable and at home. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I’ll send regular photo updates and keep you in the loop while you’re away. My goal is simple: I want you to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for. I’d love the chance to meet you and your pup!

Really sweet family and just overall perfect experience for both me and my pup. Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I felt like they understood how stressful and nervous it can be to part with a pup for extended period, and did everything to help. Alani and her family will always be my first choice to sit my pup going forward. Thank you.

Best sitter on rover!! Alani and her family provide our dog with such great care. Sometimes he doesn’t even want to leave when we go to pick him up. Always a treat to have him stay with her, book her!!
Alani took great care of our dog! She answered our questions quickly, gave daily updates, and even took Echo to the dog park when the weather was nice. Their whole family did a great job of making us feel like Echo was well-loved! We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!
My dogs stay was amazing! Alani was so caring and communicative while keep my dog. I will 100% be back to have her care for my fur baby!

Schedule
Ken works from home so pets for the most part will have access to the outdoors 24/7. With our family of four someone is almost always home to keep dogs company.

We treat any dog we are watching as if it were our own, they are welcome to snuggle on the couch (if allowed on furniture, or play in our fenced yard.

A typical day
Walks are a must! We also play catch in the backyard or indoors if it’s a particularly hot day. We live within walking distance to a dog park that we love to take our regulars to.
