Ken works from home so pets for the most part will have access to the outdoors 24/7. With our family of four someone is almost always home to keep dogs company.

I would always prefer to meet with a dog, and have him see my place prior to any booking. We also do not watch more than three dogs at any given time.

Walks are a must! We also play catch in the backyard or indoors if it’s a particularly hot day. We live within walking distance to a dog park that we love to take our regulars to.

Leaving our dogs behind whether it be for work or vacation, can be a nerve wracking process. Rest assured, when leaving your pooch with me, they will be in a loving, calm and fun household. I am patient, kind and understanding of all dog behavior. I frequently hike in Griffith Park, and would be willing to take your pooch on a healthy hike for exercise or just around town. Dogs are an absolute passion of mine, and a lot of us do not have the time to give our dogs the exercise they need, here is where I can help :) I currently have a part time job, but have additional time to walk dogs in Atwater or the surrounding neigborhoods. LA native and local.

We had such a great experience with Alani! From the start, she made us feel really comfortable by inviting us into her home to see exactly where our dog would be staying and to meet her family. That meant a lot to us. It felt very welcoming and gave me peace of mind knowing the environment he’d be in. Her home is beautiful and very well kept, which made it even easier to feel confident leaving our pupper in her care. Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt informed and reassured. We’ll absolutely be booking with Alani again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!
Walter loves this family so much!
Alani and Ken were amazing to Walter. I felt so peaceful on my work trip because I knew that he was in great hands. Additionally, my flight got cancelled and they were super accommodating when I needed Walter to stay an extra night. Definitely will book again.
