“Brooke was great to work with. We did a very nice meet and greet ahead of time. I brought my girl to her place and we all got a chance to get to know each other. She answered any of my questions. Then the actual stay was very easy. Drop off was simple. I lingered of course and she let me. I got photos of my girl throughout her stay. It was great to get updates. Pickup was also super easy, Brooke was very accommodating. I'll be booking with Brooke again!”

Jackie was really good about updating me frequently, sending me pictures of how my dog was doing. When I picked my dog up I could tell he was treated well during his stay as he was the same happy go lucky dog that I dropped off. Really glad I chose Jackie to babysit. 5 star all the way! It comes across in all she does when Tigger is in her care - from the timely and thoughtful comms - to updates/details of how Tigger is interacting with other pets, humans, eating/acclimating. She sent vids of Tigger out for walks; getting treats; interacting with other visitors. What's not like :-) I am at ease knowing Ash is helping us out when we are away without Tigger.
