About: TIMELY NOTE: Our boarding and sitting availability changes from May 24 - August 9 due to school and work obligations specific to summer. I will be in an office full-time for an externship so your pup would need to be home alone during the day. SCHOOL-YEAR: I’m a work-from-home mom of four boys. We all love dogs and dog-sit in lieu of getting our own pup (for now!). We play outside regularly in our walled grass/rock combo yard and are practiced at having four-legged guests at our house. - Typically home 6-8+ hours every day - We have a designated dog seat in the living room, in addition to other basics that you don't have to haul from home: bowls, brush, kong, treats, and a large crate that can be resized if needed. - Have kids for attention/play time - Cement floors throughout our house for cool reprieve and easy clean up - Previous Weimaraner, Doodle, Poodle, and Golden Retriever owner - Regular dog sitter for friends - Able to give medication - Able to run/walk a dog 1x per day early in the morning if desired - Able to take the dog to Chaparral dog park 1-2x/week if desired - Generally energetic family I am attending law-school part-time while homeschooling one of our four boys during the school year-- which means I'm home during the work week! PLEASE NOTE: I am working-from-home during the school year but in an office for an externship full-time this summer. Watching your pup over the summer would, therefore, would not include daytime potty breaks. We have a walled backyard with both rocks and grass for your pup to play in and in general, we enjoy having dogs out-and-about during the day. I would enjoy a walking buddy for my 5:00a walks before the house wakes up and it is always a treat to take a friend to the dog park. It's a good outing for me and a great exercise in social-emotional skill building for my son!

About: Hi, I’m Sara, and I’m happy to welcome your doggy as a member of our family! We only board one pet at a time, making our home ideal for dogs who are best when they are the only pet in the home. I work from home which allows me the flexibility to create time for caring for pets including taking them out for walks or jogs (if they’re up for it) along the trails nearby. I will follow individual pet care instructions, if provided but if not our daily routine consists of a morning routine walk and feeding time, one to two more short walks in the afternoon, second feeding and a walk in the evening. Depending on their energy levels we’ll include indoor play/fetch time. But if they’re happy to just sit and relax, we like to do that too :) When boarding your pet, I follow all care instructions you provide. Including feeding times, and oral medications if needed. I only care for 1 dog at a time, making it a suitable home for doggies who prefer their own company and not being around other pets. My apartment home is spacious. The community is pet-friendly and we have a fitness/biking trail just in our backyard. I live 3 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor making it convenient for drop-off/ pickup.

“Lisa was excellent with our cairn terrier Sophie. We booked Lisa with fairly short notice and she was able to accommodate us. Lisa communicated with us and sent pictures during the stay. She gave Sophie plenty of attention and Sophie was relaxed and happy when we returned. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a pet sitter.”

“I felt super comfortable leaving Topo with Krystal. She was super welcoming and understanding that he can, at times, be a bit timid and defensive. He came back to me in a great mood!”

“Daniella was awesome. While it took a couple of visits for our Wheaton, Blu, to get comfortable in his new environment, Daniella did a great job. Her communication with us was excellent and she was very easy to work with. We will definitely be using her again.”

“Pamela takes such good care of my miniature schnauzer puppy! She takes her on walks every morning and has a big backyard for the pups to play in. Pamela is dependable and reliable!”

“Gabriela was super sweet, location was easy to find and she was great with Zoro. She followed up throughout Doggy Day Care and sent pictures and videos. All of his needs and schedule routine was met. I will definitely be booking with her again !”

“Danielle and Kyle were so accommodating to my hectic day and change of plans. My dog has a lot of energy and they seemed to handle her just fine. My pupster was clearly worn out as she went straight to bed once we got home. That’s exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to a sitter and a day experience for her, somewhere where she will have another awesome dog to play with, kind (and command following hosts), and just an overall loving and welcome experience. Will definitely use them again! My pup was soooooo happy with her experience and so was I!”

“Shawna was great and kept us up to date with comments and pictures of our dog Sophie. Sophie had a pleasant walk with Shawna. When we picked Sophie up, you could tell she was happy with her stay. We will ask Shawna to watch Sophie again when available.”

About: I work from home and my apartment has a dog park right outside my door for your pups to play in! I have no pets and no children. Growing up, I have always considered my dogs my family - and now yours is too! I treat every pup like they’re my own. I have always had a dog around for as long as I can remember! Additionally, I have helped care for various types of dogs for family and friends since I was a child. I love to take them on walks, play with them, and of course, cuddle with them once they're all tuckered out. I also have experience with dogs that required giving them daily medication. I work from home and have a reasonably flexible schedule, so I can be available to give your pup potty breaks, play time, walks, food, and more as needed. I care for every dog as if they're my own. Right now, I live with my significant other (who also loves dogs) in a 2-bedroom apartment with a dog park for pets to play in or go potty. We also have plenty of play space in the living room. I live nearby Papago Park and love to walk dogs on the walking trails there. I don't mind dogs on the couch, my house is their house. If I were to go to your home, I would happily respect your space and follow any rules you put in place to make sure you and your dog(s) feel safe.

“Kristy was great with our Nino, and we felt like he was in really good hands. We’re so grateful that she was able to accommodate to our schedule and last minute request. We will definitely send Nino back to Kristy in the future!”

About: Hi there, I’m Sadie. :) In addition to caring for my own rescued girl the last 8 years, I am the go-to dog walker and sitter for my parents (3 rowdy boxer babies), co-workers and friends. I have actively participated in training/reinforcing skills with dogs of all ages. A nurse by trade, I am comfortable with the medical side of pet health and experienced with administering medications. I currently walk up to 12000 steps a day, the vast majority with a leash in hand. I have a flexible work schedule that changes frequently; while a "daily at 2PM" routine might not work, please reach out to me for on-demand and last-minute needs. Whether in my home or my client's, I ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment, providing plenty of attention, walks, and active play. I understand the importance of sticking to a routine to ensure you dog feels confident and secure.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I have a background in puppy training, which helps me teach good behavior and basic commands. Additionally, I understand the unique needs of senior dogs, including medication administration and gentle exercise routines. I'm dedicated to providing personalized care to ensure every dog feels comfortable and loved while I'm sitting for them. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine! I typically set aside specific times for walks, playtime, and feeding. I make sure to keep a consistent schedule to help pets feel secure. On weekends, I love to dedicate extra time for fun activities like trips to the park or training sessions. In my home, I create a safe and comfortable environment for pets, ensuring they have their own space to relax. I follow their regular routines for feeding, exercise, and playtime. I focus on keeping their environment clean and familiar, so the pets feel at ease while their owners are away.

About: I am extremely passionate about caring for animals. I grew up around dogs and love their energetic, loving, loyal nature. Currently I have a full house of 2 cats and a German Sheppard and am taking up dog walking and pet sitting as a hobby in my free time. I have experience with giving medicine, putting on walking booties, giving exercise, providing enrichment, fostering back to health, socialization, etc in both dogs and cats. Please let me know your pets need and I will go above and beyond to fulfill it. Due to a recent layoff, my schedule is completely free. I would like to work mostly in the AM, but am happy to assist you at an time of the day. I will follow your instructions to provide the best care for your pets in your home and on walks. Please give me instructions regarding feeding, playing, bathroom breaks, and any additional information that needs to be known.

I will use Sergio for all our daycare needs. I highly recommend him!”

17. Emily B.
“Emily has owned many pets in her life, she has taken and shown full responsibility for all of them. Her last pet was a kitten whom she fostered and was one of the best cat mom’s I have ever seen towards it. She loves all animals and has a very strong love for our canine friends. She is extremely loyal helping to build trust in a dog fast since I believe dogs can judge our character fast. Dogs seem to always be attracted to her and show love, while she shows love and sympathy right back. Emily is a perfect pet owner, always making sure her pets are well fed, groomed, and well taken care for overall. You can not go wrong with trusting her to take care of an animal and having it love her as if she was it’s own mother in the end.”
