“Tracy was amazing with our dog, Kaapi! We dropped Kaapi off for the first time with Tracy for about 5 hours on a weekday. Tracy found a way to snuggle up and make a fairly skittish dog feel comfortable. She sent us pictures, kept us updated and also accommodated a 11pm pick up. For someone who doesn’t leave their dog with a sitter, I felt so comfortable with Tracy watching Kaapi. I was so relieved when I dropped Minnie, senior Bichon/Poodle, off at Rachael's house! She has the best set up for pups to feel comfortable, at home, and she truly seems to love all doggies as her own. She sent me pics of Minnie playing, resting, and enjoying herself each day, which made me relax and enjoy time with family 2200 miles away. Rachael's sweet calm demeanor put us all at ease and I love that she only takes in small dogs for boarding!
