No matter their needs, I will care for your furry friends as if they were my own🐶❤️ I have a full time job but would be more than willing to care for your dogs on my days off. My schedule changes from week-to-week but I work more consistently during the weekend. I live in an apartment that has many fenced in areas for dogs and has access to a convenient path for walking. In your home I would adapt to the environment and give your dog the best care. I will make sure to keep them hydrated and fed if need be.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 3, and caring for them has always come naturally to me! I’ve grown up with two Labs, a Lhasa Apso, and a Maltipoo, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve taken my own dogs on hour-long walks and runs, so I’m more than happy to keep up with high-energy pups who need to burn off some energy. I’ve also been trusted to care for dogs on my own for entire weekends while their owners were out of town, including keeping up with their routines, exercise, feeding, and giving them plenty of attention. I’m extremely active, responsible, and comfortable handling dogs independently. Most importantly, I treat every dog like they’re my own and want every walk to be something they genuinely look forward to! Since I work fully remotely, I have a flexible schedule that makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my day. Monday through Thursday, I’m available during my lunch break as well as anytime after 4:30 PM. On Fridays, I’m available between 1:00–4:00 PM, and I’m also available Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8:00–11:00 AM. I love having the flexibility to get outside during the day, so dog walking is a perfect fit for my routine! Your dog’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority! I’m a very caring, attentive, and responsible person, and I’ll treat every pup like they’re my own. During walks, I’ll make sure your dog is secure, comfortable, and getting plenty of positive attention while we’re out. I’m mindful of traffic, other dogs, hot weather, and anything else that could affect their safety. I’ll also follow your instructions closely and make sure I understand your dog’s routine, personality, and any specific needs before heading out. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pup is in good hands and getting some fun, loving attention while you’re away!

About: I've been hosting dogs & cats through Rover.com for several years now, and it's been a tremendously rewarding experience. While I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, I have only 2 cats right now. They both like dogs, especially my leash-trained therapy cat who likes everybody. The cats are never aggressive, but a very high-energy impolite dog could get a left-hook if they're not careful. Calmer dogs used to cats are a great fit. Take your next vacation with peace of mind; knowing your pooch is safe, happy, and getting plenty of attention and playtime! I have yet to have a guest that didn’t bond to me almost immediately…it’s like they can sense that I am an easy source of belly rubs and treats! While I have plenty of amateur training experience with dogs and cats, I am in the process of earning a "Good Pup" training certification through Rover, so for a limited time am offering some basic obedience training with boarding or daycare. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have about my home, experience, or schedule. I work from my home office during the week, and extra canine/feline company is always welcomed. I have a small fenced-in yard for potty breaks whenever the need arises. There's usually no problem accommodating specific daily feeding/walk schedules with some advance notice. Your furry children will be very comfortable in my North Tempe town-home, where I live alone in a conveniently located 'dog-friendly' neighborhood near Papago Park. Many of my guests drop off and pick up on the way to/from Sky Harbor Airport, which is about 15 minutes away (about 5.5 miles). I'm within walking distance of the local dog park, if that's something you & your dog are comfortable with.

About: I've spent years taking care of family and friends' animals - primarily cats and dogs. I have my own high-energy herding pup and am familiar with the ins and outs of an animal. I've had experience with sensitivity and reactivity as well. I'm excited to love on and spend time with your pets! I am currently working part-time so I have flexiblity and time to hang with your pets. Let me know what their schedule looks like, and we can see if it is a good fit! I am very aware of my surroundings and cognizant of animal body language (from working with my own pup). I try to meet the energy of the animal - cat want alone time, or only to play a little bit?
