“Clara provided excellent care to our dog, Dusty. He is a senior dog and needs to relieve himself quite often and he has a special diet. Clara was great at accommodating Dusty’s schedule and needs. “Serena was AMAZING watching our two cats for a month. We did a meet and greet and she had a list of questions to make sure we covered everything she needed to know about them! One of the cats is semi feral but we warmed up to Serena so quickly, and the other kitty was her best friend almost immediately. ☺️ Serena went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations! She sent photos and videos every day, and let us know when they were running low on anything so we could order more to her house. She even ordered a pack of foam balls identical to the one we had because it inevitably rolled under the stove and it was her favorite😅. Serena’s place was great for the cats, too. She had lots of comfy hiding spots for them and added their blankets to their favorite spots. Serena was an EXCELLENT caregiver for our fur babies. It was so hard to have to leave them for an entire month but she made it as seamless and carefree as possible. She was incredibly helpful with pick up and drop off (it’s not the easiest thing to transport cats). I would absolutely trust Serena to watch them again. She is so kind, trustworthy, and truly loves animals. She took care of them as if they were her own☺️”
“If there were 10 stars I'd select that for our experience with Ash T. She couldn't have been more kind or accommodating! She came to the hospital and picked up Bella, and took excellent care. Updated us consistently on how our baby was doing. Bella's mom suddenly had a stroke and the sitter who was keeping her had a family issue so we were stranded with her at the ICU. Ash T to the rescue! Our girl was in living hand within an hour. She couldn't have done anything more to help Bella and us. I just can't say enough good things about her. She was a God send for Bella and for us. Thank you just doesn't cover it. But, thank you so very, very much.”

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our girls! She was so attentive, patient, and caring with both our young, energetic pup and our sweet senior girl. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were both being loved and cared for while we were away. We’re so grateful and would absolutely trust her with them again!
We truly appreciate the wonderful care Madison gave our Bruno. This was our first time ever using a sitter for him and our first time using the app, so naturally we were a little nervous. From the moment we submitted our request, Madison responded promptly, helped us navigate the process, and made us feel comfortable and reassured. When we arrived to drop Bruno off, Madison was an excellent host. Bruno was comfortable in her arms even while I was still there, which is very unusual for him and immediately made me feel at ease. She listened carefully to all of Bruno’s special needs. He is an elderly little dog who is deaf, partially blind, and diabetic, so leaving him with someone requires a lot of trust and extra attention. Madison made us feel that he was in caring hands. We especially loved receiving a text and picture of Bruno while we were away. It was wonderful to see him comfortable and being well cared for, and it allowed us to enjoy our evening without worrying about him. Thank you, Madison, for giving Bruno so much TLC and for making our first sitter experience such a positive one. ❤️🐾 We will definitely use Madison again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring and attentive to watch their pet!

Really sweet family and just overall perfect experience for both me and my pup. Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I felt like they understood how stressful and nervous it can be to part with a pup for extended period, and did everything to help. Alani and her family will always be my first choice to sit my pup going forward. Thank you.
