“Our experience woth Pamela was amazing! We were beyond nervous leaving our Barkley but she made the process easy. We did a pre meet up and when I went to drop him off on he actual weekend, he ran right up to the door excited. I got frequent updates on how he was doing and pick was flexible after a flight delay! Our dog is not food motivated and she would add a couple drops of broth to his bowl to make sure he got some food. I appreciate the extra attention to his care! We will def use Pamela again for future sitting.”

Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I felt like they understood how stressful and nervous it can be to part with a pup for extended period, and did everything to help. Alani and her family will always be my first choice to sit my pup going forward. Thank you.”
