We did a meet and greet first and that went well. Then we scheduled her first sleepover and that went even better. I had photos sent during my entire absence and the communication was only when there was a legitimate question or concern. She treated her like her own pet and even offered some suggestions that were helpful. Her next stay is in a month and I am confident she’ll be well cared for and will have some other furry friends to play with!”
“Could not have had a better minder for our 10 month cockapoo Frankie!!!! Julia and her family are honestly the best. We were quite anxious about leaving Frankie since we’ve both been working from home and he had never been away from us for more then a couple of hours let alone an entire week. Julia reassured us it would be fine even before we left him there. Her set up is so great and she constantly kept me updated with pics of Frankie. I know he had the best time! I will 100% have Julia look after him again.”

“This was the first time Chico and Chester were away from home, and Christian and Hana did an awesome job helping them go from scared and anxious to totally cuddly and comfy. Drop-off and pickup were super easy since they’re not too far from the airport. We left a list of special instructions, and they handled everything without any issues. They sent us picture updates of Chico and Chester before we even asked, which we really appreciated. Our pups settled in like they were part of the family, went on regular walks to the nearby park, and even enjoyed hanging out with Christian and Hana’s little girl. No doubt—we’ll definitely bring Chico and Chester back next time we travel. Thanks Christian and Hana!!”

She followed Avi’s strict feeding schedule and administered his 2x daily insulin injections without a hitch. Todd and his wife were great with Susy! She stayed at their house for 3 nights and had a great time, especially getting to socialize and play with their dog, Sydney. They sent lots of pictures and kept us updated throughout her stay, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable knowing Susy was in good hands. Highly recommend them and we would definitely book with them again!
Rebekah and Billy did an incredible job with my dog Shirlee. I have had bad experiences with Rover in the past and they have renewed my hope that there are caring, competent sitters out there. They showed excitement to meet Shirlee and have her stay with them and I truly felt like they cared about her. I prefer over-communication and Rebekah listened and delivered. I got 37 pictures of Shirlee over the 2 days she was with them. I didn’t worry about my dog once and that’s worth so much more than they are charging. Shirlee seemed happy to be with Rebekah and Billy and seemed very calm when I picked her up as if she had been very comfortable. This matters to me because she tends to be anxious when I’m away. I will definitely try to book with Billy and Rebekah in the future. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Ashley took our rover request the day of and was very easy to meet and communicate with! She also sent plenty of pictures and updates of our dog throughout the day. We could tell that our dog had a great time during his stay with her. We will definitely be using her again and would recommend her to anyone!
Susan and Jim went above and beyond taking care of our baby. She had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave. Susan sent us lots of pictures and updates. Olivia was fantastic to work with. She took care of our dog with so much care and affection. She was so understanding and easy to communicate with. We received pictures often and it was easy to tell our dog Bodhi was having the time of his life. I would definitely work with her again.
Shaundra was absolutely amazing! Wren had a blast and came home so happy. Shaundra sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the day, which gave me such peace of mind and made me feel like I wasn’t missing out. Wren also had an ointment that needed to be applied daily, and Shaundra was so attentive about staying on top of it. She even sent pictures to keep me updated and reassured me that everything was being taken care of. I truly appreciated how communicative, caring, and attentive Shaundra was throughout Wren’s stay. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be using her again!
Elena was amazing with both Mags and Lady. I was worried about leaving them with another dog as Mags can be a little reactive but everything went so smoothly and communication was top notch. Hannah really loves dogs. While our dog was in her care, she sent us photos to show us that Max was doing well and gave us updates from time to time. My husband and I felt completely at ease leaving Max in her care. It was just like leaving him with a close friend or family member. We were looking for a daycare-like atmosphere, and since Hannah has three gentle and cute dogs of her own, Max had a great time playing with his new friends. That’s why we plan to leave Max with Hannah again next time. We highly recommend her. Thank you, Hannah!
