Our Shepsky hasnt been with us an entire year yet so while she is a good girl, we were reserved wondering if she would feel comfortable and how she'd settle in around strangers. Within a few hours I got a couple of the pictures I needed. Belly up on the couch with some good people and good pets. Rachael seems to know dogs well but is incredibly humble which I believe is SUPER important when it comes to keeping dogs safe and not making assumptions. When our dog was returned to us she was tired and even more friendly and settled in than when we dropped her off. I can tell she was spoiled! Upon eye contact she is now gushing and loving up on people. (Sorry, have to add: she was a day away from euthanasia when I picked her up at the shelter and to see her leave Rachael's home a happy, perfect little princess made me cry) So thankful for Rachael's care!”

About: I have the time, patience, and heart to give your dog the attention they deserve—whether it’s for walks, cuddles, or just good company while you’re away. I do work M-F on a 8am to 5pm schedule so anytime around that works for me whether that’s after work or the weekends! Once I’m staying in the house, I try to keep everything as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible. That means feeding them at the right times, sticking to their usual walk or play schedule, and giving them attention if they’re used to a lot of company. If they’re shy or independent, I respect that too. I pay attention to their body language so I can tell if they need more space or more love.

About: My name is Evelyn and I have taken care of my own pets for about 10 year. I own one dog named Bella, and we have 2 cats in the house. Typically I feed pets around 8am and take them out for 10 minutes for morning potty break. I work from home so there's plenty of potty breaks and just hanging around inside. Sometimes I'll take them out for a walk to the park .5 miles away. I work from home so I'm already taking care of my dog. Just feeding her and giving her attention throughout the day. About: I have lived with animals my whole life. Because I move a lot, I do not own a pet of my own, but I watch and care for my friends' and roommates' pets as much as I can so I can get my fix. I understand the importance of trust and comfort when leaving your pet with someone. My active lifestyle allows me to keep dogs engaged with exercise, and my calm nature helps soothe more anxious or shy pets. I work during the week, and I will mainly be available to petsit during weekends: Friday night, Saturdays, and Sundays. I do occasionally work from home and can watch your fur babies on a case by case basis on weekdays! I love running, hiking, and movement. If comfortable, I would love to hike with your pup! Additionally, I am an early riser, and I can do early. morning walks or drop ins (5:00 AM-7:00 AM) everyday. For dogs, I love incorporating activities like walks, runs, and hikes into our day, providing them with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I'm always mindful of their safety, keeping an eye on weather conditions and ensuring they have access to fresh water and shade. With cats, I focus on maintaining their normal routines and giving them plenty of love and attention. Whether it's playtime with their favorite toys, brushing sessions, or just curling up for some quiet time, I make sure they feel secure and happy. In both settings, I keep communication open with the pet owners, sending updates and photos so they know their furry family members are in good hands.

About: I have two doggies of my own and love spending time with any fur babies. I think they are adorable and I enjoy taking them on walks and playing. I have experience with puppies and adult dogs. “Rachael was an absolute delight from the beginning. TRUSTWORTHY, FRIENDLY, THOUGHTFUL, HUMBLE, WITH A GOOD HEART I could sense she was truly excited to have a dog to love and care for. For us, she was BEYOND what we expected in a good sitter. Our Shepsky hasnt been with us an entire year yet so while she is a good girl, we were reserved wondering if she would feel comfortable and how she'd settle in around strangers. Within a few hours I got a couple of the pictures I needed. Belly up on the couch with some good people and good pets. Rachael seems to know dogs well but is incredibly humble which I believe is SUPER important when it comes to keeping dogs safe and not making assumptions. When our dog was returned to us she was tired and even more friendly and settled in than when we dropped her off. I can tell she was spoiled! Upon eye contact she is now gushing and loving up on people. (Sorry, have to add: she was a day away from euthanasia when I picked her up at the shelter and to see her leave Rachael's home a happy, perfect little princess made me cry) So thankful for Rachael's care!”
