About: I love all animals! I get along with animals and respect their boundaries. I grew up with cats, but I have watched my friends’ dogs as well. I am currently about to go back to college after taking a break and I am a substitute teacher! I already take care of my own pet and enjoy it, so why not help others, as well? You and your pet’s trust and safety is extremely important to me. I want to make sure I respect everyone’s boundaries, as well as make sure everyone is happy! I will play with your pets and back off when needed. Pictures will be sent at request, as well. I love cuddle bugs, but will make sure it is what they want.

About: I have had a dog since I was a child and have cared for all types of dogs, from a mini dachshund to a great dane mix. I have experience with shelters dogs, dogs with anxiety, and service dogs. I currently work from home and do not have a set schedule. I do have family dinners sunday nights and am typically gone around 4 hours but otherwise, I am typically only gone an hour or so every few days. I live in an apartment but love taking the dogs out on long walks every few hours. I have a retired service dog who will keep your dog company.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was born! We have never had less than 5 pets in the house. I grew up dog and cat sitting and am comfortable dealing with challenging pets. I have been a walker on here for over a year now and love meeting your sweet pets. I am currently attending naturopathic medical school in Tempe. I have early morning availability as well as sporadically through the afternoons and evenings. I should be able to work around just about any schedule. I am also a slow but passionate runner and am happy to include runs as well :) I have a lot of experience dealing with difficult pets. I do work M-F on a 8am to 5pm schedule so anytime around that works for me whether that’s after work or the weekends! Once I’m staying in the house, I try to keep everything as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible. That means feeding them at the right times, sticking to their usual walk or play schedule, and giving them attention if they’re used to a lot of company. If they’re shy or independent, I respect that too. I pay attention to their body language so I can tell if they need more space or more love.

Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I already structure my days around caring for my own dog. Daily walks, playtime, feeding schedules, enrichment, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for are already a regular part of my life. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate drop-ins, walks, daycare, and overnight care throughout the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets feels less like a task and more like something I truly love doing. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress free as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention and affection. I’m also comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and adapting to each pet’s personality and needs. I always aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. In my own home, pets are treated like family. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and space to relax. I also have a friendly, well-socialized dog who does well with other animals, and I always prioritize slow introductions and safety to make sure everyone is comfortable.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

About: There has never been a time in my life where I haven’t been around animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, and even mice! I’ve been pet sitting for about 10 years now for friends, family, and now clients. I’ve worked in a pet daycare/boarding facility and as a bather in grooming for about 2 years now, so you can be rest assured I have the training and compassion to take care of your furry (even feathered or scaly) friends! I am currently a part-time student, so I am available Mondays/Wednesdays after 4, Tuesdays/Thursdays after 2, and I have full availability (with some exceptions) on weekends! While I would love to care for your pets, I have my own at home and may need to break away shortly for short times during overnight sittings to take care of them. I am very adaptable to each owners needs. I am willing to play, walk, feed, or anything in between for your pets! I have no problem doing anything your dog or cat may require, even if that means taking care of the not-so-fun parts of owning pets.

As a student at ASU, I'm not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover! I really miss being around animals and would love the opportunity to care for your pets while giving them lots of attention, companionship, and affection. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs for 15+ years! I have a pup of my own that is my whole world. I can care for dogs of all ages. I am also open to caring for your cat :) I have a pretty flexible schedule so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pup! The services I provide are drop-in visits and walks. Boarding would only be considered if you feel comfortable with them staying at my house with my pup (who is very very friendly and loves having visitors). Truthfully, I probably treat my dog better than my boyfriend (😂). We take lots of walks, love going to the dog park and playing fetch.
