About: In July 2017, I did drop in visits for my neighbor Katie while she was on vacation for her senior cat Amber. I would visit Amber ( in the pics above) in the am/pm hours to feed her, socialize with her, provide fresh water, remove & throw away the cat litter. She loves to purr & walk between my legs & rubs on head on my legs! She doesn't like to be held so it was a miracle she allowed me to hold in the pics above (smile)! I've had pets (dogs, cats, fish & turtle)throughout my life and loved their companionship. I've volunteered at the Humane Society walking, socializing with the dogs & educated potential human companions on a weekly basis about the the types of the pets that may be the best for them, what and how lifestyle dictates the best companionship for both animals and humans, is the human active on a daily/weekly basis, then I might suggest adopting a young Jack Russell Terrier, they definitely need a twice a day walk or it's a senior who wants companionship, then maybe a basset hound whose 5+ years old may be a good fit for both. Cats can be good choices for companionship. In some situations may be easier, they don't require any walking as you would with a dog. They will use their litter box. I work remote and virtual so I can provide and give the attention, care and love to your fur babies in your home, plus, walking the dogs. Currently my housing situation does not allow me to board animals. So I'm not able to offer those services. I desire to house and pet sit in the customers home.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have spent years caring for pets of all kinds. I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and even tortoises, which have helped me become comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and care routines. Growing up, before I had pets of my own, I loved helping friends and family care for their pets whenever I had the chance, and spending time with animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy! I also have experience with younger pets. My first dog and cats were all under a year old when I got them, so I am familiar with the extra attention, patience, and care that puppies and kittens need while they're still growing and learning. As a student at ASU, I'm not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover! I really miss being around animals and would love the opportunity to care for your pets while giving them lots of attention, companionship, and affection. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always treat them like family, while making sure you feel comfortable and updated while they're in my care! 🐾 I am currently on summer break from ASU and not working another job, so I have very open availability throughout the week. I am flexible with scheduling and available most days, which allows me to give pets consistent attention and care. I am happy to work around what best fits your pet's routine and needs! I do not currently have pets of my own, but I have previous experience caring for both dogs and cats. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet I care for. With dogs, I enjoy taking them of walks and making sure they get proper exercise and stimulation. With all animals, I focus on reading their energy and making sure they feel comfortable and happy no matter what mood they're in. I always aim to treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe and cared for in any setting.

About: I’ve had many pets growing up my entire life, however, I began being an animal caretaker since 2019. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I fell in love with my job until I could no longer travel anymore. Now that I work from home, I still want to be able to continue my journey with caring for animals. Many people do jobs because their parents did it or they do it for the money; but I genuinely do it because I love animals… you might be able to say more than humans. I currently work from home and work when I want in my daily life would really affect my availability to pet sit. I’m basically available every single day of the week unless I make plans. I live in an apartment that has a grass area for animals to handle their business and it is fenced all the way around the apartment. And I have a very sweet cat who was about three years old and she does very well with other animals if your baby needs company.

About: I have the time, patience, and heart to give your dog the attention they deserve—whether it’s for walks, cuddles, or just good company while you’re away. I do work M-F on a 8am to 5pm schedule so anytime around that works for me whether that’s after work or the weekends! Once I’m staying in the house, I try to keep everything as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible. That means feeding them at the right times, sticking to their usual walk or play schedule, and giving them attention if they’re used to a lot of company. If they’re shy or independent, I respect that too. I pay attention to their body language so I can tell if they need more space or more love.

About: I grew up around dogs and cats (up to 8 total in the household at any given time) and always loved playing, cuddling, and caring for them! When I was 13 I trained my newly born Border Collie (Sam) to be a wonderful and kind family dog. Currently, I care for my 5 year old cat (Loki) and a beautiful 8 year old Lab (Sochi.) I’m excited to love your pets as I would any of mine. I work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule during the week days. I am happy to drop in for the care your pet needs or take them on a fun walk! I can tend to any special needs your animal might have or special requests. Anything that will keep them happy and healthy is what I strive for!

About: I LOVE animals, I have a dog and birds who I have been taking care of since I was a kid. I have experience pet sitting for family and friends, so I am very comfortable taking care of animals. I have always been the type of person who hangs out with the dog instead of people at parties, so spending time with animals makes me genuinely happy! I am looking for a way to make some extra money during the summer while I’m in nursing school, so I am available pretty much every day/ all day the next couple months :) When caring for pets in someone else’s home, I like to make sure they are comfortable, and that they are kept on a similar routine as they normally are. I’ll provide fresh food and water, let them outside, give them attention, and clean up as needed. I also pay attention to any extra instructions given by the owner.

About: I have experience with my own pets, including a cat and a dog. Previously I owned a senior rescue dog who had medical issues (pacemaker, allergies, and bladder issues) that has made me very experienced in dealing with unique pet needs. Most recently, I have raised a puppy, making me knowledgeable about the considerations needed for caring for a young dog. Pet care is currently my main priority. I am able to be fairly flexible if need be, and am typically available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday any time. Other days can potentially be an option if needed. Your home will be treated with respect and your pet will be very loved by me! I'll work with the pets comfort level to provide the safety, care, and attention needed.

About: I have had a dog since I was a child and have cared for all types of dogs, from a mini dachshund to a great dane mix. I have experience with shelters dogs, dogs with anxiety, and service dogs. I currently work from home and do not have a set schedule. I do have family dinners sunday nights and am typically gone around 4 hours but otherwise, I am typically only gone an hour or so every few days. I live in an apartment but love taking the dogs out on long walks every few hours. I have a retired service dog who will keep your dog company.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have owned them my whole life. I live in Tempe with 2 roommates and I have a lovely golden retriever, Ophelia, she just turned 2 in February! We love to spend time in our backyard playing and swimming. Our pool is gated which is a BIG help keeping Ophy out of the pool when it’s not swim time. I have experience with puppies, nursing, senior, special needs and cats! I would love to help out with your furbabies! Pet care is a 24/7 responsibility, it is important to me that all animals are treated well and are cared for even when us humans have to make a living… how else do our furry friends think we afford their toys and treats! Being raised in Arizona, I am very aware of outside critters that our furry friends might get to close to. I like to make sure to scope out areas my dogs will be sniffing around before I let them in the area. I prefer to avoid popular dog parks because that is the largest risk of bacteria or unfriendly dogs.

About: Ive had a dog since I was 4 years old and Ive taken very good care of her. I also helped raise my Grandmas dog since she was 8 weeks old until about a year and a half old. I volunteer at a mama + pups shelter where I’ve gained experience walking, caring, and enriching dogs. I’ve also had foster dogs, but its too much of a commitment right now, so I’m trying Rover again! I’m very flexible with times and last minute changes as well! I have lots of availability during the week and weekends, most of the day every day im available ,except on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30-4:30 I am unavailable. I love playing with pets, taking care of them, and making them happy. I love taking them on walks to get some fresh air and exercise!

About: I grew up on a ranch caring for many animals, especially dogs and cats. I’ve owned and cared for breeds like German Shepherds, Chows, Yorkshire Terriers, and rescued strays. I’ve worked at a local animal shelter and veterinary center. I love staying active and going on walks with dogs. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine since I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and consistency throughout the day. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment with plenty of supervision and attention. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and cared for while in my home.

About: My name is Evelyn and I have taken care of my own pets for about 10 year. I own one dog named Bella, and we have 2 cats in the house. Typically I feed pets around 8am and take them out for 10 minutes for morning potty break. I work from home so there's plenty of potty breaks and just hanging around inside. Sometimes I'll take them out for a walk to the park .5 miles away. I work from home so I'm already taking care of my dog. Just feeding her and giving her attention throughout the day. Adding another dog for a day or as needed wouldn't change much for us. :) I first learn their feeding schedule and energy levels. Based on that I will make a schedule for play time with them, have plenty of water and treats, and a comfy bed for them to lay on.
