About: There has never been a time in my life where I haven’t been around animals. I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, and even mice! I’ve been pet sitting for about 10 years now for friends, family, and now clients. I’ve worked in a pet daycare/boarding facility and as a bather in grooming for about 2 years now, so you can be rest assured I have the training and compassion to take care of your furry (even feathered or scaly) friends! I am currently a part-time student, so I am available Mondays/Wednesdays after 4, Tuesdays/Thursdays after 2, and I have full availability (with some exceptions) on weekends! While I would love to care for your pets, I have my own at home and may need to break away shortly for short times during overnight sittings to take care of them. I am very adaptable to each owners needs. I am willing to play, walk, feed, or anything in between for your pets! I have no problem doing anything your dog or cat may require, even if that means taking care of the not-so-fun parts of owning pets.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

About: I have had a dog since I was a child and have cared for all types of dogs, from a mini dachshund to a great dane mix. I have experience with shelters dogs, dogs with anxiety, and service dogs. I currently work from home and do not have a set schedule. I do have family dinners sunday nights and am typically gone around 4 hours but otherwise, I am typically only gone an hour or so every few days. I live in an apartment but love taking the dogs out on long walks every few hours. I have a retired service dog who will keep your dog company.

About: I grew up around dogs and cats (up to 8 total in the household at any given time) and always loved playing, cuddling, and caring for them! When I was 13 I trained my newly born Border Collie (Sam) to be a wonderful and kind family dog. Currently, I care for my 5 year old cat (Loki) and a beautiful 8 year old Lab (Sochi.) I’m excited to love your pets as I would any of mine. I work remotely from home and have a flexible schedule during the week days. I am happy to drop in for the care your pet needs or take them on a fun walk! I can tend to any special needs your animal might have or special requests. About: Hello!! My name is Emily and I am a lifetime lover of dogs! I’ve had dogs throughout my whole life and found a passion for providing them with a safe and loving home 🥰. I specialize in high-energy dogs, along with dogs with medical needs. Whether your pup needs a walk, day care, drop-in visit, or overnight stay, I would be thrilled to be that safe person for them while you’re away. I currently work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I am able to give your pup my undivided attention. Your dog’s comfort and safety are my top priority. Dogs will have separate meal times to relieve any meal-time stress. They are also welcome on the furniture for relaxing time and/or snuggle time ☺️. I live in an apartment with multiple spacious, fenced-in grass areas for pups! My apartment is very dog friendly and they provide many different dog spaces for pups to enjoy and socialize if wanted. For dogs staying in our home, I also have a 7 month old pup! Her name is Isla and she is the sweetest pup. She LOVES snuggle time, but also loves to play! She has already traveled a lot at an early age as a service dog, so she is a very well trained pup. My complex also has an outdoor yard space for pets along with many walking spots near by! There are gated outdoor areas as well for the pups!

About: In July 2017, I did drop in visits for my neighbor Katie while she was on vacation for her senior cat Amber. I would visit Amber ( in the pics above) in the am/pm hours to feed her, socialize with her, provide fresh water, remove & throw away the cat litter. She loves to purr & walk between my legs & rubs on head on my legs! She doesn't like to be held so it was a miracle she allowed me to hold in the pics above (smile)! I've had pets (dogs, cats, fish & turtle)throughout my life and loved their companionship. I've volunteered at the Humane Society walking, socializing with the dogs & educated potential human companions on a weekly basis about the the types of the pets that may be the best for them, what and how lifestyle dictates the best companionship for both animals and humans, is the human active on a daily/weekly basis, then I might suggest adopting a young Jack Russell Terrier, they definitely need a twice a day walk or it's a senior who wants companionship, then maybe a basset hound whose 5+ years old may be a good fit for both. Cats can be good choices for companionship. In some situations may be easier, they don't require any walking as you would with a dog. They will use their litter box. I work remote and virtual so I can provide and give the attention, care and love to your fur babies in your home, plus, walking the dogs. Currently my housing situation does not allow me to board animals. So I'm not able to offer those services. I desire to house and pet sit in the customers home.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, among other pets(turtles, hamster, lizard, and many fish) who I have helped to take care of. Right now I have a little kitten named Hobie. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats and love meeting and hanging out with new animals:) I am currently working as a sever part time. I am available every weekday in the morning and some at night. My weekend schedule varies but I normally have weekend mornings off as well. I don’t have the space to care for pets at my home currently. However, I have the availability to stop by often or stay at your home to care for your pets.

About: My name is Evelyn and I have taken care of my own pets for about 10 year. I own one dog named Bella, and we have 2 cats in the house. Typically I feed pets around 8am and take them out for 10 minutes for morning potty break. I work from home so there's plenty of potty breaks and just hanging around inside. Sometimes I'll take them out for a walk to the park .5 miles away. I work from home so I'm already taking care of my dog. Just feeding her and giving her attention throughout the day. Adding another dog for a day or as needed wouldn't change much for us. :) I first learn their feeding schedule and energy levels. Based on that I will make a schedule for play time with them, have plenty of water and treats, and a comfy bed for them to lay on.

About: I love all animals! I get along with animals and respect their boundaries. I grew up with cats, but I have watched my friends’ dogs as well. I am currently about to go back to college after taking a break and I am a substitute teacher! I already take care of my own pet and enjoy it, so why not help others, as well? You and your pet’s trust and safety is extremely important to me. I want to make sure I respect everyone’s boundaries, as well as make sure everyone is happy! I will play with your pets and back off when needed. Pictures will be sent at request, as well. I love cuddle bugs, but will make sure it is what they want.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have spent years caring for pets of all kinds. I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and even tortoises, which have helped me become comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and care routines. Growing up, before I had pets of my own, I loved helping friends and family care for their pets whenever I had the chance, and spending time with animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy! I also have experience with younger pets. My first dog and cats were all under a year old when I got them, so I am familiar with the extra attention, patience, and care that puppies and kittens need while they're still growing and learning. As a student at ASU, I'm not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover! I really miss being around animals and would love the opportunity to care for your pets while giving them lots of attention, companionship, and affection. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always treat them like family, while making sure you feel comfortable and updated while they're in my care! 🐾 I am currently on summer break from ASU and not working another job, so I have very open availability throughout the week. I am flexible with scheduling and available most days, which allows me to give pets consistent attention and care. I am happy to work around what best fits your pet's routine and needs! I do not currently have pets of my own, but I have previous experience caring for both dogs and cats. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet I care for. With dogs, I enjoy taking them of walks and making sure they get proper exercise and stimulation. With all animals, I focus on reading their energy and making sure they feel comfortable and happy no matter what mood they're in. I always aim to treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe and cared for in any setting.

About: it's a calling for me. after losing my best friend and pet soul mate(my rescue dog rocker) of 10.5 years to cancer a few months ago...that deep soul gutting grief made me me realize how much i love dogs (animals) and want to help and care for them ,with the same loving,caring, hand and heart i did/would my own and my families,while helping others by putting their minds at ease, knowing their pet and home are in excellent ,trustworthy, loving care. i am able to set my own work schedule currently and i tailor it to my clients sitting needs. I don't set my work schedule until i see what your sitting needs are, so there are no issues. i love and care for your pets in your home with the same love and care i would my own pets in my own home or a family members. i adhere strictly to your instructions and schedules when it comes to feedings, medications, walks, etc. i try to make their time in my care during your absence as routine as possible to alleviate or prevent any anxiety they may be experiencing by their parents not being home.

About: Always had a passion for dogs and am certified in dog obedience. I’ve raised my own dog since he was a puppy—he’s now 8 years old. I treat every dog with the same love, care, and attention as if they were my own. Pet care fits really well into my daily life because I work remotely, which gives me flexibility and time to properly care for pets throughout the day. It also helps me break up my routine in a positive way by getting outside for walks, playtime, and check-ins. I enjoy being active and having structure in my day, and caring for animals naturally adds that balance. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, so it never feels like a task—it feels rewarding and something I look forward to. I care for pets like they’re part of my own family—keeping their routine steady, making sure they’re happy, fed, and comfortable, and giving them plenty of attention and care while you’re away. About: Throughout my life, I have raised and trained multiple puppies and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages! I’ve spent my days walking, feeding, bathing, training, and loving my cattle dog and shepherd mix named Moose for the last two years. I also regularly sit for a miniature schnauzer named Gandalf the Grey and for a tabby cat named Ronnie! I am experienced in basic skills training and loving all kinds of little furry friends! I’m currently working part-time as a student, so I have ample time to check in and take the best care of your little loved ones! In my home, I regularly clean and refill the water and food bowls and keep my furry baby on a yummy and clean diet! He gets at least an hour of play and two walks a day, so we get his energy out and get him some healthy exercise! Whenever he is given toys, he is supervised at all times.

About: I have had 5 cats over my whole life, since age 7 - Experience (chronological) of 7 months in an animal shelter volunteering (halted due to an emergency move, then the facility changed to S&N / vaccination services exclusively), 3 months full time in a pet resort, and 2 months professionally & full time in another animal shelter. I have more experience/specific knowledge when it comes to cats and their behaviors, but I am also comfortable and have had experience with dogs (doggy daycare, individual playtimes, walks, as well as feedings!) Cleaning & sanitation was also a major factor in safety when working with animals. I find individual/localized care is more fitting for my life, as I am discovering furthering limits with conditions of mine. Care for any of our little friends is my forte, and I would love to bring the knowledge & experience I have to your loved ones when someone is needed! I look forward to all the lives I may come across ❤️ 🫶 • 😸 🐶 🐹 🦜 🦎 • 🫶 As for my own cats; I will always make sure mine has their needs met first, and ensure they will be in good hands with my spouse if I happen to stay a night/several hours somewhere. They have 24/7 access to filtered water, 3-4 separate feeding times with a real meat & kibble mix (warmed meal,) and at least 15 minutes of full undivided attention playtime a day (doesn’t count the hours of loving on them!) Cat litter boxes are sifted daily, often twice when I can. Litter replacement every 2 weeks, Full washes every month! Whatever is asked for & beyond (unless asked otherwise!). Supervision is vital to how I care for animals, and will always be a top priority especially when it comes to outdoors. Routines and schedules are important to me as well and never skipped.
