About: There is something sooo special about cats and dogs. I try and read their minds and it’s fun. I’m super affectionate but also understand that each one of them are different and deserve the connection they require to be happy and to feel supported -and entertained. I can manage a flexible schedule. I’m flexible in general. I can take care of other duties needed while I’m caring for your home and pets. Weekends I’d be primarily be stationed at the client’s home and during the week, it depends on the day/s. I am a quiet person who likes to read, write and create. Being around animals does something for my soul and is why I am looking for pets to care for. My 3-year-old Czech working line German Shepherd has taught me how to read animal behavior, meet dogs where they are, and keep them mentally and physically engaged. We've worked with a professional trainer and I'm always learning more about canine behavior and instincts. My cat Mavia has been with me for 5 years, so your feline family is just as welcome. Here's what every drop-in visit looks like: I show up, follow your pet's routine, and handle whatever they need,feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or just some calm company. I pay attention to their mood and energy, not just the checklist. Before I leave, you'll get a photo update so you're never left wondering how they're doing. Your pet's comfort and your peace of mind are the whole point. Pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm. I block out midday hours specifically for visits, so I'm never rushing in and out. Your pet gets my full attention during the visit, not a distracted five minutes between other obligations. When I'm in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I follow your instructions exactly, feeding schedules, routines, restricted areas, all of it. I'm also comfortable administering pet medications if needed. You'll always get a photo update before I leave so you know everything went smoothly.

About: **I am pet CPR trained please read below** I had my cat for about 9yrs before she passed away, and I have 2 dogs currently. I also volunteer at AAWL from time to time and am looking to go back to college so I can become a veterinarian. I currently work at a pet resort/dog daycare during the day. I am also Pet CPR Certified through the Frontline Coalition/Pet Tech CPR&First aid training as of 5/31/26 **see photo of certificate** **Update, I work at a pet resort now & my schedule is subject to my work schedule which is not always the same. Please submit your request or send me a message so I can ensure I am available for you. I typically work 12-7 most days & 9-4 on Sundays. My idea of caring for pets is to show them unconditional love, petting them and walking them, and making sure the food bowl/water bowl is always full, and making sure the pet is happy, listened to, feels safe and loved and attended to.

About: I absolutely love animals! I started dog sitting for my uncle when I was 18 and seven years later I now watch dogs, cats and bunnies! I’m able to provide comfort when their owners are gone. If need be, I’m able to give medication. I have a regular who adopts only elderly dogs so I am able to provide senior dogs the care they may need. I send pictures of the animals to give their owners an update. I want owners to know I will treat their animals as my own. I currently work full time and in the office. I am gone from around 7:30 to 5. After work I go straight to your home to spend the rest of the day there Since I watch in the clients home, I will stand outside with animals if they need to go out. I like keeping an eye on them. I will play with them but also be respectful of the clients home.

About: Hello! My name is Emilie and I have been caring for animals my entire life. I received my first dog (a lab) as a birthday gift at 5 years old and loved every minute of it. Since then, our family has gotten two more dogs (another lab and a Lhasa Maltese) and two bunnies. I love animals so much I started working at a veterinary clinic. Here I dealt with a large variety of animals, from ferrets to birds, including dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, needs, and temperaments. I am PetTech (PetSaver) certified and trained in CPR, First aid, and care and can provide the certification upon request. I have an extensive background in administering many different medications (as well as oral vaccines). I also have trained several dogs in the past. Many around me know of my passion for animals, thus being how I became known as the neighborhood animal sitter, sitting nearly a half dozen neighborhood pets alone. I have cared for and pet-sat neighborhood animals including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and fish for a number of years.
