About: Hello! I have previously worked for a dog training business and have experience caring for pets for the last five years. I’ve done in-home sitting, dog walking, check ins. I am also certified by the AZ Humane Society to care for dogs! I absolutely love animals and will ensure your pets are well cared for. I will also be able to use leash skills on walks and dog psychology training techniques when sitting and caring for your animal. I work as a teacher, so starting May 27th will be available more frequently overnight and for morning and evening check ins. I’m free both during the week and weekends and am prepared to go on late night walks or early morning walks with your dog. About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

About: I have experience caring for varieties of dogs. Ranging from senior dogs to mobility impaired and even reactive dogs! I never turn away from any specific breeds either, every dog deserves to be loved and cared for in the way they need. I have pretty open availability throughout my week. I work a part-time job however only for a few hours in the evenings (4PM-10PM W-F, 11AM-4PM SUN, AVAILABLE ALL DAY M,T and SAT). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions as I am very flexible! As mentioned, I treat all pets I care for with the same love I have for my own fur baby. At this time I am unable to care for other pets in my own home however I am open and willing to drive to your home in order to tend to your fur baby.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was born! We have never had less than 5 pets in the house. I grew up dog and cat sitting and am comfortable dealing with challenging pets. I have been a walker on here for over a year now and love meeting your sweet pets. I am currently attending naturopathic medical school in Tempe. I have early morning availability as well as sporadically through the afternoons and evenings. I should be able to work around just about any schedule. I am also a slow but passionate runner and am happy to include runs as well :) I have a lot of experience dealing with difficult pets. I can handle big and loud dogs, crazy chihuahuas, temperamental cats, and more. I grew up pet sitting and dog walking and am able to appreciate each and every pet for who they are.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats on the farm and own two dogs of my own. I have had each of them since they were puppies and they are now 7 and 8 years old. One of my dogs is reactive to other dogs so I understand some animals need a little extra time, love, and support to feel comfortable. I also foster kittens through a local organization. I have worked as a nurse for 10 years and have struggled to find trustworthy individuals to let my dogs out with my irregular schedule. I joined rover to help other people working odd hours have care for their pets. Since I have worked both day and night shift, I understand the need for animal care at non-traditional hours. I have also been a travel nurse and know the stress of moving to a new city and finding care. I am available on weekends, most holidays, and days before 2pm. I am occasionally available Monday and Friday evenings as well. I am familiar with cats and dogs of all sizes. About: I've always had a love for animals and have spent years caring for pets of all kinds. I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and even tortoises, which have helped me become comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and care routines. Growing up, before I had pets of my own, I loved helping friends and family care for their pets whenever I had the chance, and spending time with animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy! I also have experience with younger pets. My first dog and cats were all under a year old when I got them, so I am familiar with the extra attention, patience, and care that puppies and kittens need while they're still growing and learning. As a student at ASU, I'm not able to have a pet of my own right now, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover! About: I'm from Costa Rica, but I've been in AZ for 10 years now. I've had dogs pretty much my whole life. Now I live in Tempe near the mall, and there's a park right by my apartment. My job's flexible, so I can give whatever care is needed. I love all breeds.

About: Throughout my life, I have raised and trained multiple puppies and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages! I’ve spent my days walking, feeding, bathing, training, and loving my cattle dog and shepherd mix named Moose for the last two years. I also regularly sit for a miniature schnauzer named Gandalf the Grey and for a tabby cat named Ronnie! I am experienced in basic skills training and loving all kinds of little furry friends! I’m currently working part-time as a student, so I have ample time to check in and take the best care of your little loved ones! In my home, I regularly clean and refill the water and food bowls and keep my furry baby on a yummy and clean diet! He gets at least an hour of play and two walks a day, so we get his energy out and get him some healthy exercise! Whenever he is given toys, he is supervised at all times.

About: I have been around pets (dogs, birds, tortoises, guinea pigs) my entire life and I've taken care of dogs since I was 10. My family has relied on me to walk, feed, and groom their dogs. My oldest dog is almost ten now so I’ve done some good research over the years on behavior, training and health. I have a Great Dane and a chihuahua so I have seen the best of both worlds. My Great Dane follows a strict schedule since he does have a sensitive stomach I have also done some research on gut health and ways to boost his immune system. I have some experience grooming cats professionally but I’ve never cared for them personally. But I’ve always known that I wanted to work with animals and I feel like this is the best way for me to get experience. Thank you for reading this far ahead. I work Monday, Wednesday and Friday but other than that my availability is open. I’ve always wanted to work with pets and I feel like this is the best way for me to get the experience I want/need. I have worked in a cat grooming shop before so I have some experience with cats already but I could always use more so feel free to reach out if you are interested! In my home my dogs go for a walks before eating twice a day. I have two dogs a great dane and a chihuahua both with different needs for their food. So at each meal they’re given supplements and yogurt. They also spend a lot of time outside in the backyard/garden with me. I understand each pet has a different routine/plan of care. I will follow the directions provided to keep the routine in tact and provide the best care for your pet!
