“Teresa was so patient with some of the hiccups of getting through property gate, and then door code not working… and, saved us by taking on helping us with a last minute request. We will definitely reach out to Teresa again in the future :)”
About: I LOVE animals, I have a dog and birds who I have been taking care of since I was a kid. I have experience pet sitting for family and friends, so I am very comfortable taking care of animals. I have always been the type of person who hangs out with the dog instead of people at parties, so spending time with animals makes me genuinely happy! I am looking for a way to make some extra money during the summer while I’m in nursing school, so I am available pretty much every day/ all day the next couple months :) When caring for pets in someone else’s home, I like to make sure they are comfortable, and that they are kept on a similar routine as they normally are. I’ll provide fresh food and water, let them outside, give them attention, and clean up as needed. I also pay attention to any extra instructions given by the owner.

“Bailey was amazing!!! Dakota, my puppy, took right to her!!! She fed her, ran her, and played with her. Appreciate all your help and taking extra special care of our baby!!”

“Kayla is great! Conscientious about the dogs, reliable and a caring person overall. Trusted her with our dogs without hesitation. Unfortunately she moved out of our area but if she didn't we would be regular clients.”

About: With over 10 years of experience and a lifetime of growing up around dogs, I offer loving, reliable, and personalized care. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs—whether it’s a playful puppy learning the ropes or a senior needing extra patience and comfort. I’m attentive, trustworthy, and treat every dog like part of the family. You can count on me to keep your pup happy, safe, and loved while you're away. Caring for pets is a natural part of my everyday life. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give each dog the time and attention they deserve—whether it's for morning walks, playtime, feeding, or just some cuddle time. I plan my days around the needs of the pets in my care, making sure they stay on their routine and feel comfortable and secure. For me, pet care isn’t just a task—it’s something I truly enjoy and prioritize. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in my client’s, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of attention, playtime, and routine. I follow feeding, walk, and medication schedules closely to keep your pet on track. When caring for pets in their own home, I respect their space and stick to their normal routines to reduce stress. I also keep pet parents updated with regular photos and messages, so you always know your furry friend is in loving hands.
“Kaylie was fantastic with our dog Hazel. Hazel is typically very nervous meeting new people but Kaylie had a very calming and responsive approach and put her at ease right away. Would definitely recommend!”

About: I’ve had many pets growing up my entire life, however, I began being an animal caretaker since 2019. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I fell in love with my job until I could no longer travel anymore. Now that I work from home, I still want to be able to continue my journey with caring for animals. Many people do jobs because their parents did it or they do it for the money; but I genuinely do it because I love animals… you might be able to say more than humans. I currently work from home and work when I want in my daily life would really affect my availability to pet sit. I’m basically available every single day of the week unless I make plans. I live in an apartment that has a grass area for animals to handle their business and it is fenced all the way around the apartment. And I have a very sweet cat who was about three years old and she does very well with other animals if your baby needs company.
About: I’ve taken care of family friends and neighbors pets for years! I have watched every animal - from dogs and cats to lizards and snakes, and love every moment of it. I’ve always had pets at home and I love fur-babies more than anything! I have trained 3 puppies and around 5 kittens! I am currently a college student, but with my schedule, I am able for walking or check-ins almost any time of the week! Weekends are completely open besides Sundays 12-2. I always ensure that my clients homes look better than I found it! I understand everyone has a different way of raising their animals and I respect any training or specifications given to me. I am comfortable with just about anything for pets!
About: Hello 🙋🏻♀️ My name is Joanna and I am a lover of all animals big and small. I am lucky enough to be a full time work from home fur mama to Haiti, my sassy 12 year old Husky. Haiti and I live with my boyfriend Bryan who you will see from time to time helping with the fur babies. We strive to always provide a worry free experience not only for you but for your pets. As a fur mama myself, I understand the importance of maintaining your pups regular schedule and routines for their mental health and wellness. We do this by setting alarms for feedings and medications. We provide a loving and homey safe stay by treating them as if they were our own fur baby to help not only give you peace of mind but to have your pet feeling as if they are on a fun vacation with their favorite auntie and uncle. We provide a calm and attentive one on one personal care by limiting the amount of animals in our care to only 1-2 families at a time with considerations to only match up friends that will be good playmates or napmates with one another. I have over 20 years of experience in caring for a variety animals including fish, hedgehogs, lizards, cats and dogs ranging from kittens to Great Danes, which has allowed me to easily adapt to all their different temperaments and behaviors. I am animal CPR certified through the American Red Cross and do have experience with oral or injected medications if your pup needs them. We want our home to be comfortable and stress free for your fur baby and ours when you are away. Here they are free to roam inside the house and in the backyard and can treat our house like their home away from home❤️. ✨ New to Rover? About: I had my cat for about 9yrs before she passed away, and I have 2 dogs currently. I also volunteer at AAWL from time to time and am looking to go back to college so I can become a veterinarian. I currently work at a pet resort/dog daycare during the day & am looking to acquire pet CPR training as soon as possible. **Update, I work at a pet resort now & my schedule is subject to my work schedule which is not always the same. Please submit your request or send me a message so I can ensure I am available for you. I typically work 12-7 most days & 9-4 on Sundays. My idea of caring for pets is to show them unconditional love, petting them and walking them, and making sure the food bowl/water bowl is always full, and making sure the pet is happy, listened to, feels safe and loved and attended to.
“My dog isn’t the easiest to get out the first try because he is so scared with new people. Daniel got him out and stuck with it which I’m so thankful! I’ll continue to ask for his help when I need it.”

Marilyn Ann dog parents share their Rover experiences
Ashley arrived promptly and followed all instructions getting into the apartment for my 14 year old madam Biba … Biba would take Ashley for her walk and Ashley was lovely to be patient, Ashley also sent photos everyday of Biba loving her early morning walks. I highly recommend her and will be using her when we get back after the summer break.

Teresa has been absolutely wonderful with Stella, has walked her every day from 8 weeks to 6 months around lunch to help my husband and I with our work schedule. She provides clear communication and plenty of pictures and has been very flexible with our work schedules. My dog loves her! Would highly recommend her.

Yanssel goes above and beyond to ae sure my big dig is safe, loved and well taken care of. She always sends plenty if pictures and communicates very thoroughly if something seems off. Yanssel is very trustworthy around my pets and in my home alone. Would recommend 100%.

I got a very quick reply to my request, than a meet and greet that went very well (my kind of shy little dog took right to him), friendly service, and great communication! He let me know when he was arriving and departing for the dog walk visit, and sent me a photo. I will happily request Kaiser again if needed, and I would recommend him to others.

Great Experience - Lauren was amazing! She arrived on time and was great on the communication process. She immediately gave attention to our Mimi and got comfortable with her first, while receiving instructions from my wife. Lauren listened to all the do's and don'ts with our baby and asked great questions - She took great care of her and we would certainly recommend to anyone thinking about this service. Thank you Lauren!! (I'm sure Mimi misses you!) Brad & Laurel

The best dog sitter ever!!! Honestly Trinity goes the extra mile to make your dog happy. My lab is a big boy and she can get him to play and be totally exhausted when he gets home. He has gotten used to their daily walks and waits for her everyday. When we go back to Seattle we will truly miss her! This experience has been beyond my expectations! Thanks!

Crystal was absolutely fantastic with my two rescue dogs who aren’t easy to deal with! Between my anxiety of leaving them with someone new and each of their quirks, Crystal was patient, responsive and caring during the entire process. Socks one of my rescues usually takes multiple times to acclimate to someone new but she took to Crystal right away. I use her services at least once a week when I have to go to Sedona for the day for work. The best part is I have no stress know she’s taking care of them, thank you Crystal!
