“I’m glad that Alex makes the meet and greet part of her process, because I was able to meet her on Thursday and drop my dog off on Friday feeling very comfortable that my dog was in good hands. Alex is home is very neat and clean. If you didn’t see the dogs, you wouldn’t know she was hosting multiple dogs by the cleanliness of her home. Alex puts the needs of the dogs first and makes sure to introduce them one by one and make sure any dogs that she’s hosting fits within the pack. I never had to worry about how my dog was doing because Alex sent me pictures throughout the day each day that my pup was with her. I’m glad to know I have a trusted pet sitter for when I need to board in the future.”

“Rachael was an absolute delight from the beginning. TRUSTWORTHY, FRIENDLY, THOUGHTFUL, HUMBLE, WITH A GOOD HEART I could sense she was truly excited to have a dog to love and care for. For us, she was BEYOND what we expected in a good sitter. Our Shepsky hasnt been with us an entire year yet so while she is a good girl, we were reserved wondering if she would feel comfortable and how she'd settle in around strangers. Within a few hours I got a couple of the pictures I needed. Belly up on the couch with some good people and good pets. Rachael seems to know dogs well but is incredibly humble which I believe is SUPER important when it comes to keeping dogs safe and not making assumptions. When our dog was returned to us she was tired and even more friendly and settled in than when we dropped her off. I can tell she was spoiled! Upon eye contact she is now gushing and loving up on people. (Sorry, have to add: she was a day away from euthanasia when I picked her up at the shelter and to see her leave Rachael's home a happy, perfect little princess made me cry) So thankful for Rachael's care!”

I am so grateful to Christal and her family for opening their home and taking such wonderful care of my two girls for 10 days. From the very beginning, Christal made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. She sent me daily pictures and updates, which meant so much to me and gave me peace of mind knowing they were happy, safe, and being well taken care of. Her entire family welcomed my girls and cared for them as if they were their own. It was clear that they were not just being watched, they were genuinely loved, spoiled, and treated like part of the family. Christal was also incredibly understanding and flexible when we had to pick them up later than our scheduled time because of unexpected luggage delays. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Knowing my girls were in such loving hands allowed me to enjoy my time away without worrying about them. Really sweet family and just overall perfect experience for both me and my pup. Before boarding: Alani and her families invited us to do meet-and-greet, asked questions about my dog’s usual routines, sent information about other two dogs mine will be staying with ahead of time. During the stay: Alani sent photos and updates daily. Informed me if anything was unusual. They took her to a dog park when the weather got cooler. Pick-up: They were very accommodating while my flight schedules changed. Alani gave me an update on how my dog stay went, anything she noticed, etc. My dog seemed well-played and happy. I felt like they understood how stressful and nervous it can be to part with a pup for extended period, and did everything to help. Alani and her family will always be my first choice to sit my pup going forward. Thank you.

I was nervous about long-term boarding for my 2 dogs. Huaqing immediately put me at ease and treated my dogs like family. Abigayle was wonderful! Woody stayed with her for over three weeks, and she took great care of him.
