“Trevor was respectful of my home and took good care of both of my dogs while I was away. My younger dog is very timid with strangers and too nervous to eat when I leave sometimes and he warmed up to Trevor very quickly and ate his meals.”

About: I’ve had 5+ years of dog sitting experience caring for pets of all all ages— from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra attention and patience. As a lifelong dog owner I am very in tune with dog behavior and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine! I’ll help take care of your home too! If you need plants watered or packages taken in, I’ll make sure that’s done! I make sure pet parents feel completely at ease by providing regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for! I work during the day, but I maintain a structured routine to ensure pets receive the attentive care before and after work. I am full dedicated with giving them the exercise and engagement they need! I’ll care for your pet in your own home, where they feel safest and most comfortable. Being in a familiar space helps them stay relaxed and happy while you’re away, and I’ll make sure the get all the love, attention, and care they need!
“Nicole watched our kitty for a long weekend and we didn't worry one second. She is so devoted to our furry families. She did a great job of keeping her happy and comfortable. Our kitty is older so needs more help and compassion! Nicole is a delightful person and we felt she is like our family. We hope we can have her back again..”

“When Emily took care of my girl over spring break, I was nothing but comfortable the entire time being away from my dog. She was very loving and kind to her: always made sure her water bowl was full, fed her on time, walked her and let her sniff everything, but most importantly, Emily gave Jill space to get to know her on Jill’s terms. That’s important to me because she didn’t make Jill feel uncomfortable or pressured to like her, she let it happen naturally, and boy did it. I can’t recommend Emily enough, thank you!”

“Shannon was wonderful! She was great with following the information about feeding our girls and giving them their medication. When our flight was delayed, she even stayed a little extra time with them to make sure they got an extra yard break. Most importantly, our girls really liked Shannon and even slept on the bed with her.”

“Claudia was an absolute 10/10 sitter and we give her five stars without hesitation. She followed all of our care instructions for our two dogs perfectly and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She walked them every morning and evening just like we requested, sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the day, and clearly gave them a lot of love and attention. Both of our boys absolutely adored her. Even our older French bulldog, who usually takes time to warm up to new people, trusted her immediately and became her little shadow. That alone spoke volumes to us. It truly felt like our dogs were in safe, trusted, and loving hands the entire time we were traveling. Claudia cared for them with the same level of love and support that we give them every day. We are so grateful for the peace of mind she provided and would absolutely rebook her again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing sitter!”

About: Hello! So nice to meet you. My first name is Taylor, but please call me Marie (my middle and preferred name) :-) I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your pets. I have two wonderful cats (1 adopted, 1 rescue) and two wonderful dogs (adopted); one of which is a tripod and one wears diapers -- I gravitate especially towards rescues and seniors that need a little extra care. Every pet is so special and deserves a safe and happy home! I am competent, thorough, communicative, responsible, punctual, respectful, honest, and have integrity. You can be assured that your pet(s) will be safe with me. I give periodic updates with photos, I follow instructions carefully, I take attentive notes about your pet from your description and my own observations, and I respond promptly to messages. I am very tidy and will leave your home as clean as when I arrived. I always suggest a “Meet and Greet” because it’s important to me that you AND your pet are comfortable with me (and I you). I try to keep a pet’s routine as familiar as possible for their comfort and your peace of mind. A bit about my background: I graduated with a 4.0 from Pima Medical Institute, Phoenix, in December 2020 from the Veterinary Assistant Program. I graduated magna cum laude from ASU in 2015 with a BA in Creative Writing and a second BA in French linguistics/translation/literature. I also completed one semester of the Pre-Veterinary Medicine program at ASU. I am Fear Free Level 3 Certified (........). I've worked for Banfield Pet Hospital, Oak Creek Small Animal Clinic, and various other Small Animal vets on and off since 2018. I have been working with animals in some capacity since ~2010, and I’ve had my own pets since I was ~5 years old. I worked previously on Rover.com from July 2017 to May 2021, and took a hiatus because I moved, but unfortunately I no longer have that same Rover profile (Was "Taylor E.", first name and maiden name initial). I had, during that time, a 5-star rating from at least 35 people who were pleased with my pet care and communication and left positive reviews (thank you so much!!!). Please see screenshots from my previous Rover account reviews. Please note that I am not currently working in the field of veterinary medicine at the time of writing this in May 2026. I have the experience to be able to care for *certain* special needs, and I will communicate with you honestly (at all times) if I feel a request is beyond my scope of experience because my priority is your pet's safety and wellbeing and I feel they should be matched with the best possible carer. I have worked with a variety of pets with different ages, abilities/needs, and breeds, and especially cats and dogs, as both a veterinary assistant and pet sitter. As an important DISCLAIMER: While I do have years of vet assistant experience and formal vet assistant education, I am not a Veterinarian and not a CVT (i.e., I am not licensed to practice veterinary medicine); I can only care for your pet in the capacity as a pet sitter / dog walker and cannot provide medical care or diagnose or prognose, etc. I will always refer you to your local Vet for that type of care and will not do anything outside of my scope of expertise for the safety of your pet. Thank you so much for your consideration. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! -- Marie. *** Location: In Flagstaff May 17 through June 2. In Sedona June 3 through June 7, and June 11 through June 20. *** I currently travel between a few areas; my typical schedule is Mondays in Flagstaff, Tuesdays in Sedona or Tempe, Wed/Thurs in Tempe, Fridays in Tempe or Sedona, and Sat/Sun Sedona. As a professional artist/aerialist/musician, my schedule can typically be flexible, especially given notice. Whenever possible, I can take short-notice requests. I have evening classes most weekdays, and occasional performances, but typically no other scheduling commitments. When receiving a booking request, I will communicate in detail about my availability to ensure it meets your expectations / your pet's needs. *** Location: In Flagstaff May 17 through June 2. In your home or on a dog-walk, I will give your pet(s) my full attention to their safety, well-being, and happiness. I am consistent and committed to following directions, I am experienced and knowledgeable, and you can trust me in your home and with your precious pets. I am gentle, calm, and kind, and can also be silly/fun/playful and/or be confident/firm depending on your pet's personality, needs, and training. I've worked with a range of pets, from quiet seniors to rambunctious puppies to large-breed dogs who need a confident walker. And I most especially love cats!! I unfortunately cannot care for your pets in my own home (such as daycare or pet sitting in my home) because I have four of my own at home with special needs and routines. For dog walks, I prefer a harness or a sturdy, standard dog leash and a slip-lead (double) for added safety, and I advise against retractable leashes.
“Michael is an amazing sitter who takes excellent care of our pups (and our in-laws pups too!) when we have family travel. For both long and short trips, he’s reliable, communicative, and simply amazing all around. I’d give 10 stars if I could.”

“Aleksandra took great care of my cat Nutterbutter and she sent lots of pictures and videos while we were away! Highly recommend and we will most definitely be requesting Aleksandra!”

“Zack took care of Milo while we were away for the weekend. He communicated with us regularly, shared regular updates, and took great care of Milo and our house while we were away. It was really easy and enjoyable to work with Zack!”

About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have over 20 years of hands on experience caring for them. Since I was 10 years old, my family has always had dogs, and over the years I’ve also been trusted to care for family and friends’ pups for days or even weeks at a time. I adopted my own dog at just 10 weeks old, so I’m very familiar with the needs of puppies, adult dogs, and senior pets alike. Whether it’s walks, playtime, medications, maintaining routines, or just providing lots of love and attention, I treat every dog like they’re my own. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I already structure my days around caring for my own dog. Daily walks, playtime, feeding schedules, enrichment, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for are already a regular part of my life. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate drop-ins, walks, daycare, and overnight care throughout the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets feels less like a task and more like something I truly love doing. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress free as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention and affection. I’m also comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and adapting to each pet’s personality and needs. I always aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. In my own home, pets are treated like family. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and space to relax. I also have a friendly, well-socialized dog who does well with other animals, and I always prioritize slow introductions and safety to make sure everyone is comfortable.
“Deanna goes above and beyond! We have used her for three years now and our pups LOVE her! She takes great care of them and great care of our home. She’s very communicative and we always get many photos throughout their stay”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 16 and have more recently taken care of cats from time to time. I am able to give pets medication, if needed. I am a Master's graduate from ASU as of May 2026. Because I am now out of school, my days are free and I am available to pet sitting for you. I will take care of pets down to the letter of what you need. If I have any questions about anything, I will ask you.
“Brian was amazing! He stayed with our dog for 4 days and 3 nights and gave us daily and nightly pictures and updates. He left our house in amazing condition and our dog seemed very well taken care of. We will definitely be booking with Brian again next time we’re out of town!”

“Alice is amazing, she took such wonderful care of Astro while we were out. She provided updates and great pictures. She was thorough with her care for Astro and did whatever was necessary to make him comfortable. We will definitely be booking her again in the future.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience hiring Paige to dog sit and stay at my house. She is professional, trustworthy, calm, smart and respectful of my requests and my dog had the BEST time with her. She will be my forever dog sitter and if you’re looking for someone who is amazing, ask Paige. I’ve already booked her for future stays. I had the best weekend away because I never worried for a moment about my dog. She sent pictures and videos and kept me updated. I hit the jackpot with Paige and not just because I was in Vegas :-). Highly recommend her and if I could give 10 stars I would. 🐩 ❤️”

I truly appreciate Daniella stepping in on such short notice to care for my dogs. She was attentive, caring, and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. My dogs seemed to genuinely love her, and it was clear she spent quality time playing with them and keeping them active. Most importantly, I felt they were safe and well cared for in her hands, which meant so much to me. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to others.

Jamie was awesome! Our pup is a rescue and a very sensitive girl, so we were concerned she would be a little down while we were on our trip. But she absolutely loved Jamie. We received multiple photos daily, which made us so much more at ease knowing she is happy and loving her new friend!

Claudia was an absolute 10/10 sitter and we give her five stars without hesitation. She followed all of our care instructions for our two dogs perfectly and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She walked them every morning and evening just like we requested, sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the day, and clearly gave them a lot of love and attention. Claudia cared for them with the same level of love and support that we give them every day. We are so grateful for the peace of mind she provided and would absolutely rebook her again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing sitter!

Isaiah is a delight to work with! He was extremely attentive to Mackie, followed guidelines to a "T", sent lots of photos and kept me updated on their activities and games. His love for animals shines through. He was also flexible regarding an unexpected change in the original time frame.

Sicily was an exceptional dog sitter! She took great care of our 3 dogs, and our home was immaculate when we returned. She communicated daily and sent photos and comments on how everything was going. We are so grateful for her care of our sweet pups and our home. Sicily exceeded our expectations!

Grace was so sweet and very communicative! She would update me on how both my dogs were doing and would send pictures! She even took both my dogs out for walks and her runs! I can’t say enough good things about her! I really look forward to having her look after my boys next time we go out of town! Thanks so much Grace!

Aleksandra was amazing—especially for our first time using Rover. She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly great with dogs. She handled both of ours so well, especially our puppy, and even taught him a new trick in just a few days which was so impressive. We felt totally at ease the whole time—definitely booking with her again!

We have used Alan many times over the past couple of years for in-home dog sitting and he is a great sitter! He is very good with communication before and during his stay and is so good with our dog who suffers a bit from separation anxiety. I would highly recommend him!
