“Cleo had a great time with Timmothy!! I loved his updates through the day and he asked many questions beforehand to make sure he understood how to care for her :)”

“Kira was a great communicator and sent photos throughout the day. I liked knowing that Bandit had some dog friends but also got more person attention than at a big daycare. He came home tired!”

“First doggie sitter for our Harper and did we score big time!! Alyson is amazing. Harper came home happy and tired. It must have been a great time!! Thanks Alyson.”

“Thank you Nyree, my Inosuke was so happy and comfortable in your home my son said Inosuke cried because he had to go home. You help me reduced my anxiety especially since this was his first day care. I appreciate you so much, highly recommend and will use again.”

“Nicole is absolutely amazing! My little guy is almost 15 weeks and loves to be outside. I greatly appreciated her taking him out for walks, making sure he was happy, taking him out for a multitude of potty breaks (sometimes 2 times in an hour if needed) and keeping me updated throughout the day. I highly recommend Nicole, especially if you want your dog to be well cared for!!”

“Rachel squeezed our dog Banjo in last minute for daycare while we were visiting Minneapolis. She communicated great and Banjo came home exhausted from playing all day, which is exactly what we hoped! Thank you Rachel!”

“Karen was super friendly and took great care of Rue! She had so much fun playing with the pup that Karen watches on a regular basis. Just reached out to book again!”

“Emilie was so good to my dog, Walter. I felt really comfortable leaving her with him for the whole day. She sent tons of pictures of him while I was at work and said he played all day -- which was perfect! I'm definitely going to be rebooking in the future. :-) Walter was pooped once we got home.”

About: My family had 3 dogs growing up so I am very experienced with walking, interacting with and loving animals! I would love to watch your dog for the weekend, a few week days or whenever needed! I currently work from home 4 days out of the week so I would be able to stay home and take the dog outside or for a quick walk easily. I live with my fiancé who also works from home frequently and helps me out with the dog if needed. Weekends get booked up quick but we’d love some company to go for a walk, go to the dog park, or hang out if we are free! I live in an apartment but live right across the street from a large popular park that I walk around regularly. The park is very popular with pet owners as well.
About: Hello! My name is Allie and I am 33 years old. I currently live in an apartment building in the North Loop (downtown Minneapolis) area. I am currently home Monday - Fridays except for coaching volleyball 5-7:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. I have had pets in the home since I was a young child and currently am the primary care giver of my dog Benjamin. When we first adopted Benjamin he required some extra medical attention so I feel very comfortable with giving oral medications. My apartment complex has a large grass lot directly next door & a large fenced dog park where many dogs play. The North Loop area has many fun walking trails that I enjoy walking my pup on. Benjamin is a cattle dog mix so I am used to providing both enrichment and exercise through the week. Benjamin is a big time cuddler and spends most of his day napping on the couch. He loves toys and will play tug of war with our neighbor dog. Benjamin is currently staying at my parents house for the winter so your pet would have my sole attention. I am currently home M-F. My hours are very flexible and I am able to take breaks throughout my day to attend to a pets needs. I have taken a few dog socialization classes at Canine Coach and have learned to observe a dog's behavior and emotions. There are many dogs in the building so I try to socialize my pup in the healthiest way possible while also maintaining a safe environment for all involved.
“Great experience for Frances. Kyle was great and understood our special needs girl! We super enjoyed the candid pictures and updates he sent during her stay.”

“Jane was wonderful and very flexible!!!! Our plans changed and she was very accommodating. This is a big plus when one is traveling. Our pup was very happy when we picked him up on both days. I’m booking with Jane on our next trip to Minneapolis.”

About: I’ve cared for animals for over 14 years, beginning on my family’s farm and later raising our husky from 12 weeks through his senior years. That experience gave me hands-on knowledge in puppy training reinforcement, leash work, managing high-energy breeds, and providing attentive senior care. Beyond caring for our own dog, we’ve also looked after pets for friends and family during everything from weekend getaways to extended international travel. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments — from playful, social pups to shy or reactive dogs who benefit from calm, structured handling. Pet parents often tell us how much they appreciate our detailed, fun updates and the peace of mind they feel knowing their dogs are safe, engaged, and genuinely cared for. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so your pup will have plenty of company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine — whether it’s morning walks, mid-day play breaks, or quiet companionship while I work. Your dog won’t be left alone for long stretches and will be part of a calm, loving home where they feel safe and cared for. We have a spacious, pet-friendly apartment with plenty of room to rest, play, and feel at home. During colder months, our building’s indoor puppy potty area makes quick breaks safe and comfortable when temperatures aren’t ideal. We’re steps from the Greenway, Loring Park, and the Sculpture Garden, which means beautiful, safe walking routes and access to green space for structured adventures. For safety, all dogs are securely leashed on walks, and I’m mindful of surroundings, other dogs, and each pup’s comfort level at all times. I limit the number of dogs I care for so each one receives dedicated attention and supervision.
“Absolutely incredible experience. Celia was easy to communicate with and sent me pics of my pup throughout the day. I would love to book again - highly recommmend”

About: I worked for Stone Mountain Pet Lodge as a kennel attendant for a little under a year. I also worked for an AKC Breeder as a kennel attendant for almost two years. With this experience I know how to care for all kinds of dogs medicated, unmedicated, big, and small. I am currently unemployed at the moment and can check in or walk dogs any day of the week. Until I go to college in January. I will treat any of my clients dogs as I do my own dog or by the owners instructions. At home I currently have one dog she is spoiled rotten we take 2 walks a day depending on the weather and she gets tons of snacks and treats.
“Kaitlin is AMAZING!! Since I’ve been on Rover, I’ve had 2 amazing sitters and Kaitlin is one of them… she has made my Luna feel at home. My Luna loves her dogs as well and one thing for sure is that when I get my girl gets home she’s all tired out lol. Kaitlin keeps me updated at all times with pictures and text messages. I hope our relationship is forever. Thanks Kaitlin”

Izsabella and he dog Willie took such a great care of Ted on multiple occasions. Izsabella is very responsive and respectful. She always checks in and updates me. Her cute videos with Ted make me want to change my job and work remotely too so I can host play dates for my dog.

Thanks for being soooo welcoming, sweet and caring with my dog. It’s nice to hear how you chilled together in your office and she romped around in your fenced yard. I appreciate your communication over text, the pics and feeling like you really liked seeing her again. I appreciate that you had a gate to separate her and your dog or that you kept mine with you. I’ll book you again.

While attending an event in Minneapolis Georgia took care of our 13yr old mini Aussie for two evenings and even picked her up at our hotel lobby. She is so responsible, so kind, so punctual. Thank you, Georgia, for making our doggie logistics totally stress-free during our trip.

Grace!! What is there not to say, she was such a wonderful dog sitter. My dogs had a blast with her! We had an emergency at the time of pickup which resulted in an additional delay of pickup & she was super understanding. If we’re back in the city again I will be using grace again via rover Thanks so much again Grace! ❤️
