“Karina is HEAVEN SENT. 10/10. Highly recommend! Book my girl! Not too much though, save room for me! I am new to the rover application. Referred by a co-worker so I was hesitant. Letting my dog stay anywhere, let alone allowing some one to drop in to my house every day without me being there. The whole experience was new to me. I am totally old school. Some stuff ya just don’t do! However… I booked Karina for a a total of 4 days (Thursday-Sunday). I chose “Drop-Ins” because my little guy is self sufficient. He likes people but he don’t lol. 1. Karina off gate is a huge communicator. The Tuesday prior to leaving, she was at my door step with a warm welcome/meet and greet. Her & Chubbs clicked instantly. She’s such a sweet spirit & very direct/to the point. I left Thursday morning at the crack of dawn. She started her drop-ins almost immediately. 2. I got pictures every single day. I got texts every single day. WITHOUT HAVING TO CONTACT HER FIRST!!!!! I ran low on dog food, she stopped by the store to pick up more food & I simply reimbursed her. However the thought to even go the extra mile MATTERS. She was only required to drop in twice (morning & night) but she stayed additional 30 mins to an hr when she could to give Chubbs additional play time! (She certainly asked before she did so; I didn’t mind at all.) 3. Jet Blue canceled my flight Monday morning so I wasn’t scheduled to arrive until the night time. I contacted Karina & she again went the extra mile to check in on Chubbs although her job ended Sunday night !!! 4. If this ain’t enough, baby you’re the problem. Keep scrolling. She will FOREVER be my favorite sitter. I will always call her personally before I book here lol. THANK YOU so much Karina for not only taking care of my house, but also my fur baby. YOU ARE APPRECIATED so much!!!!! We owe you! We luvvvv you!!!!!!!”

This pooch is friendly to most people, but a little skidding outside and is aggressive with dogs. Clarisa listened to all instructions and utilized the measures in place to keep Gillie and other animals they may pass on walks, safe during her visits. She was thoughtful about using a flashlight for her own safety and so Gillie wouldn't be a scared walking at night! Best of all, Gillie really likes Clarisa. Good level of communication, as well.”
