About: I grew up on a small farm in Oklahoma, so animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and currently have a little 10-pound poodle named Duke. He’s super friendly, well-behaved, and loves being around other animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly watched pets for family and friends, everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a little extra TLC. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I truly enjoy making animals feel comfortable and cared for. Now that I’m offering my services on Rover, I’m excited to meet even more furry friends (and their humans!). Duke and I are looking forward to making new connections. Connect with me for a meet and greet. I'm a lifelong animal lover and dependable sitter based in Oklahoma City. Whether it's snuggles on the couch, long walks, or keeping your pet's routine just right, I’m here to help you travel worry free. I have a very flexible hybrid work schedule, and my office is only a mile from home. This allows me to easily stop by during lunch or whenever your pet needs extra care and attention. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small animals of all ages. Friends and family know me as the “go-to pet aunt,” and now I’m excited to offer that same care to your furry family members. I’m responsible, respectful of your home, and always make sure pets feel safe and loved. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you never have to wonder how things are going. I love taking photos by the way. Let’s connect! I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets and learn how I can provide the best care for them. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every animal like my own and do my best to keep their routine consistent, calm, and stress free. I keep a close eye on all pets in my care, especially during walks or playtime, and I’m mindful of their behavior and energy levels. Duke is gentle and well behaved, so he helps create a peaceful environment for visiting pets. I also take the responsibility of caring for your home seriously. If I’m house sitting, you can expect clear communication, updates, and total respect for your space.
“I left my dog Logan with Ashley for a few days. I’ve gotta say Logan seemed to really enjoy himself. He loved that there were some other doggies to play with, and he even ate most of the food I brought him which he never does - so that shows me he was not sulking - and he probably worked up a great appetite playing with his new friends. I know that is true because he slept for two whole days afterwards. LOL!! She texted me adorable pictures and sent him home with treats. I highly recommend Ashley and will definitely be calling on her again.”

“Chris has watched my dog several times now, and she must love staying with him. She’s normally a very quiet dog that doesn’t let me get far away but when we pull up to Chris’s house she suddenly turns into a sled dog dragging me up the driveway like she can’t get inside fast enough. If she didn’t enjoy being there, she’d be pulling the opposite direction. She always comes home happy, and completely worn out from a full day of fun. Last night when I picked her up, she skipped food, water, and even her usual treat routine because all she wanted was sleep. That tells me she felt safe, played hard, and had a great time. Chris consistently sends photos and videos, which is such a comfort when you’re away and missing your pup. Knowing she wants to go to his home gives me total peace of mind. Highly recommend him.”

“Valeria and her family were great! They took care to make sure Merl got his medicine. Their home is spacious with a lovely big yard. I know Merl had a great time and we'll be back in the future!”

“Our Rover sitter took great care of our dog, Chevy. She was reliable, kind, and made sure he was well cared for while we were away. We really appreciated the updates and would definitely recommend!”

“Such a great experience! Due to my job, I had to change my drop off/pick up times twice and LeeAnn was accommodating both times! She sent pictures and a super cute video of my pup enjoying his day playing fetch outside and taking naps on the couch :). My dog usually has high anxiety and is high maintenance but LeeAnn made me feel great knowing my pup was in good hands. My little guy didn’t even want to leave when I came to get him! I’d recommend LeeAnn to anyone and will definitely be using her in the future! :)”

“I couldn’t ask for a better doggy sitter. Sophie has challenging mobility issues and Debbie took special care of all her needs. She kept me updated daily and I appreciate her so much.”
“I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog with with Hope and Nathaniel! I was very thankful for all of the accommodating that Hope was able to make for us. She is very good with communication and quick to respond. Hope also sent frequent updates with pictures which showed how attentive and caring she was. My dog received amazing care and had so much fun! I would highly recommend Hope and Nathaniel for all your dog needs!”

“Niko did a great job integrating my mini schnauzer into their household for an extended stay. My dog went in while recovering from some skin issues and came back completely clear, and clearly enjoyed hanging out with her family and dogs. Niko was a great communicator throughout. I would definitely book another stay with her.”

“My dog tends to be a lot to handle but Kara & Brittany had no trouble with him. They sent pictures daily and let me know how he was doing overall. I will definitely be asking them to care for him in the future!”

“Mary and Mike were great with my dog, Sugar! My dog stayed several nights and came home exhausted! I know she played hard and was loved on from the pictures Mary sent. Thank you, Mary and Mike!”

“This was a great experience. Above and beyond on communication and helping us feel at ease while away from our baby! We knew he was in good hands and she made us completely comfortable to not be worried about being away. 10/10 will be booking again for large travels. You won’t regret using Brittnee to take care of your baby!”

“Kaylee and her family took great care of my dog. She was responsive and attentive. They have a lovely home and a friendly dog of their own to keep mine company. I can’t recommend them any higher.”

“I’ve booked Tara every time I go on a long work trip and always feel completely at ease leaving Gigi with her. She’s communicative, caring, and you can tell she truly understands animals. She teaches her children respectful boundaries with pets, which I really appreciate, and Gigi is always relaxed and happy there. I can tell she’s well taken care of every time. Highly recommend.”

“Audreauna was amazing!! I booked last minute for my big bernese mountain dog to stay with her for 8 days since my original dog sitter canceled last minute. She was super quick to respond and we did a meet and greet with her, her husband and her other dogs! They all got along so well and DUDLEY had a BLAST! She sent me daily updates and took amazing pictures of my big boy! I will 💯 use her again!! Thank you so much Audreauna for taking care of my fluffy dopey boy! You made it so easy and I felt at ease leaving him with you!”

“We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. It’s such a relief to know our boys were in such good hands and had so much fun. We will definitely be booking with April again!”

“We are grateful to Michael and Jennifer for taking such wonderful care of our dog Meg. We appreciated that they sent us videos and pictures of her so we could see how she was doing. We would definitely recommend them!”

“Tori was fantastic! I was nervous to use someone new because Bravo is my heart. She took great care of him and sent pictures every day. I could tell how happy he was in the pics. When I picked him up he was happy and not anxious. I will use her again and recommend her to anyone!”

“I am so blessed to have found Lisa V. as a dog sitter! When my itinerary changed several times, she was extremely accommodating. Working with her is a dream! I would recommend over and over!”

Anna is the first sitter we’ve had who arranged a time for our dogs and her dogs to meet before the stay. She is also the first sitter who allowed us inside her home to see where our dogs would be day to day. She is very on top of bookings and communicates proactively. During our dogs’ stay, she sent cute updates, and gave great details that displayed her attentiveness to them. We will definitely be booking with her again!

I am a helicopter dog mom and my crew are my everything. Justin (and his wife) made our time away completely stress free! From communication, to the meet and greet and updates and pics all throughout the stay! We were blown away by their love for our little monsters. They've been crashed out since we got them home and it's hard to wear them out. Thankful to have come across his profile Absolutely will use them for any future vacays! They rock! 🩷💜

Lady had such a fun week with Kayleigh, Mike and their fur family Tito and Paxton. Highlights included multiple walks per day and non stop wrestling matches with Tito. Although there was no clear winner to the wrestle matches they both ended in high spirits and looked forward to their next meeting in the backyard. We received constant pictures/updates throughout her stay which we really appreciated. We know they took great care of Lady and treated her like their own. We would highly recommend Kayleigh to anyone!

Micah and her husband were incredible! They followed all instructions to a “t” and they taught us some things about our dog. We let them know how our dog was learning how to socialize and they taught our dog some things and taught us as well! They sent the cutest videos and photos of Mansa playing. Would definitely rebook! Worth every penny!

Chrissy and Josh were a perfect choice to take care of our three dogs while we were out of town. Their home was so calm and inviting and their personalities made our dogs feel safe and relaxed. The pictures that they sent us showed our dogs happy, relaxed and well-taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
