“Josie was so patient with my dog Nori who can be anxious at first. She showed up when expected, played plenty of ball with our dog and even got the cats to come out! Will definitely use Josie again!”

“Jenny was the best. This is the first time I had ever hired a sitter to take care of Tuxedo. Tuxedo just snuggled right up to her. Loved all the photos she sent. I will definitely use her again!”

“Book with total confidence! 5 stars doesn't do justice to the level of care Ryanne provides. Our dog can be tough to work with, but she was completely at ease around Ryanne right from the start. Communication was outstanding, the updates gave us total peace of mind, and the care was top-notch. Ryanne is an absolute rockstar, and we couldn't recommend her more!”

“Leon is the absolute best, and I highly recommend booking with him!!! He went above and beyond taking care of my puppy while I was out of town! My pup has always been wary of others, but they clicked instantly. This had been my first time using Rover and really hit the jackpot with him! I will mostly definitely continue to request him. Thanks again for everything!”

“Kayleigh was a fantastic sitter for my two cats! She was very communicative and made a point to send plenty of photos/videos during her check-ins. I would definitely book Kayleigh again the next time I'm out of town. Thanks for taking care of Vash and Zelda!”

“Brittan was AMAZING in every way. She was punctual, responsible, and SO sweet with my pups. They loved her! She communicated really well and did an amazing job. Could not recommend Brittan enough. I had never used rover before so I was a little nervous but I will be using Brittan again!”

“She was fantastic with our pets and the updates. Their momma didn't worry for one second - and that's saying something. Her communication was excellent and the updates thorough and refreshing. Cutest pictures ever.”

“Grace was great! I would recommend her and book with her again! She provided clear updates and good photos of my cats! She also helped watch my mom’s cat and was great with him too. I’m glad we have found someone we trust!”

“Anna was so great! Tide and Frankie loved getting so see her and she sent so many cute pictures! I felt so much better knowing she was there to let my girls out! Thank you Anna!”

“Skylar was wonderful with my dogs! At the initial meet and greet they were so excited to meet him. Skylar sent lots of update pictures, and the dogs were having a great time!”

“Syvana was great! She came by for daily play visits while we were out of town, and we could tell our cat was well cared for. She cleaned her litterbox also. We’ll rebook with her again and definitely recommend her!”

About: Hi there :) Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I’ve had the opportunity to care for all kinds of animals over the years, including fostering, and every experience has reminded me just how different each animal’s personality and needs can be. I’m also a very proud cat mom to two cats who are truly my life. They’ve taught me that caring for an animal is about so much more than food and play time. It’s about learning their little quirks, respecting their boundaries, earning their trust, and becoming someone they feel comfortable around! That’s what I hope to be for your pet, a safe, familiar person they can trust while you’re away. I love getting to know an animal on their terms and building that bond with them. Your pet’s wellbeing will always be my first priority. I’m always happy to meet beforehand, especially for longer spans of care, so you can feel comfortable with me and we can see how your pet and I connect. I want you to feel confident that when you leave them with me, they’re not just being looked after but truly being cared for and loved in a way that best fits their needs! I work from home, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and can accommodate your pet’s routine and needs. I’m happy to work with you on timing and make sure your furry baby gets plenty of attention, care, and companionship while you’re away! I’ll be caring for your pet in the comfort of their own home, where they already feel safe and familiar. I’ll take the time to learn their routine, personality, and little quirks so they feel comfortable with me. I’ll also send regular pictures and updates, so you never have to wonder how your furry baby is doing!!
“Madalyn is fantastic!! Lucas 🐕 get so crazy happy every time he se her, she really took care of my dog in every aspect and she’s very professional… I highly recommend Madalyn 100% and definitely i will contact her again!!”

“Emma helped us out of a very tight spot! We had a very last minute day trip and she was able to take care of our pup. She was very communicative and I will be using her in the future!”

About: I have 10 years of experience in pet care. I know how to care of animals of all kind. I’ll treat yours as if it’s mine I am flexible! I can check in at all times night or day. Just give me a date and I’ll be there for your pet! I have a fenced backyard. I have a house and many rooms to offer for your baby. I have experience with all exotic species & cats/dogs.
About: Dogs will never be bored with me! I love playing and just hanging out with dogs and I guarantee your dog will the same with me! I have two dogs as well so if they aren’t interested in me they can be interested in Lexi or Sloan. If they don’t like Lexi or Sloan my husband usually keeps them in the office with him while he works anyway. I think of dogs as a part of the family and try to make sure they know that they are definitely one of us humans. Because they are. I have had a dog since I was 6 years old and have always tried to go above and beyond for them. I think dogs all have different personalities and I always try to get to know a dogs personality to make sure I’m playing with said dog in a suitable way.
About: I truly care for every animal as if they were my own. I can administer medication and inhaler to pets as well as establish great bonds. I love sending lots of pictures of the pet(s) I take care of because it is always nice to see that they are doing okay without you when they have to be! Currently I am an open book! Being an online student offers me a lot of freedom for pet-sitting and availability to stay overnights if needed. Starting in January I will be attending school in person and will have class just once a day Monday-Thursday. I care for all pets that I take care of like they are my own. If it is okay with the client, I always like to bring a new toy with me to give to the pet as a little gift to try and associate me with something good and then of course we can play! I tend to send a good amount of pictures to let the client know their baby is doing good and help appease their minds. I know how I feel if I have to leave my cat with her grandpa for a few days!
“Kat has been wonderful and so helpful! I get anxious leaving my cat for more than a couple days, but Kat has done such a great job and left such detailed reports on the visits she made. Thank you again!!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Nichols Hills
Renata is the best cat sitter we have had! Upon meeting her, you immediately recognize that Ren is a very kind and sensitive person, and we believe these traits were perceived by our cats. One is incredibly shy and afraid of everything, but Renata was able to send photos of her interactions with Mollie on the first day which is quite an accomplishment. Ren was very thorough in our first meeting on learning as much as she could about their behaviors. We appreciated the daily updates and photos she posted. She also alerted us to a possible health issue when she noticed that one of the kitties was sneezing a little bit on her visit. We said that it happened from time to time and we weren’t concerned but it was very reassuring that she was observing them so closely. We highly recommend Renata and will certainly use her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Nichols Hills. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
