“Jenny was amazing with our timid girl, very patient and went above and beyond. This is our first experience using Rover and we lucked out with Jenny. We will definitely book with her again!!”

“Kat was absolutely wonderful with our pup for a stop in! I work long hours and when my husband is away we need help letting our puppy out during the day. He can be a lot and she handled his big energy so well. Kat played with him until he was worn out and ready to rest. She even cleaned up his little pee trail from being excited. Definitely will have her help us again!”

“Whitney was amazing! She took such great care of our two cats while my husband and I were away. We loved the updates and photos, and came home to happy, relaxed kitties. Highly recommend!”
“All of the glowing reviews are true - she is prompt, friendly, flexible, sent daily pictures, and went above and beyond what I would have asked for on several occasions. I'll definitely be using her again - you can't go wrong choosing Cassidy.”

“Exceptional service. We’ve used Anna twice, and we highly recommend her. She is great with animals (even our large & very energetic puppy), provides consistent updates, and is the exact type of person you feel comfortable with being in your house when you are away. 10/10, look no further!”

“Our animals loved Morgan so much and we are so happy to have her for our (special needs dog, who is blind.) on the times we requested. We would definitely request her again!!”

“Syvana was great! She came by for daily play visits while we were out of town, and we could tell our cat was well cared for. She cleaned her litterbox also. We’ll rebook with her again and definitely recommend her!”

“Skylar was amazing in taking care of my kitty and my snake. Very detailed cards at the end of each visit, with wonderful pictures. I know they got the best care under his watch. Will be booking again for the future!”

“Sarah is great! I had to leave last minute and didn’t give her much notice before I needed her. She was able to take care of my cat that night. She responds promptly every time. I will continue to book her.”

“Katie was absolutely amazing with our dogs. She was able to help us out during a holiday weekend as a last minute request and we were extremely grateful for it. Our dogs loved spending time with her as she took them on walks and cared for them during drop-in visits. Don't hesitate, Katie is great!”

“Kara took exceptional care of my two elderly dogs! I never had to worry about them while away. I absolutely will recommend her and use her in the future. She is amazing. Thank you, Kara.”
“Robert was a great caretaker for my fur baby. Communicated with me every step of the way. Made sure he spent time with Queenie while I was gone. Went above and beyond with anything I needed. Will definitely book with Robert again. Thanks again.”

“Leon is the absolute best, and I highly recommend booking with him!!! He went above and beyond taking care of my puppy while I was out of town! My pup has always been wary of others, but they clicked instantly. This had been my first time using Rover and really hit the jackpot with him! I will mostly definitely continue to request him. Thanks again for everything!”

“This is my third time booking Grace - she’s so attentive and really cares for my kitties! She makes traveling and being away a little less stressful knowing my babies are taken care of! I highly recommend booking her. Thanks Grace!”

“Emma helped us out of a very tight spot! We had a very last minute day trip and she was able to take care of our pup. She was very communicative and I will be using her in the future!”

About: I have taken care of pets since a very young age. I grew up on a farm and have experience with all types and ages of animals. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to care for their pets. I always strive to care for anyone’s fur babies as if they are my own! I provide daily updates and photos so you can rest assured your pet or pets are well cared for. Please let me know your step by step care instructions to provide the best care for your pets. I currently work in the school districts so I have plenty of time during after school hours, weekends, and in the summer to care for your pets! About: I am an experienced care giver for dogs. I have training in nutrition, dog body language and dog training. I embrace the whole pet philosophy of caring for the physical, mental, emotional and social aspects of a dogs life. I took some time away from pet care but I’m back, and excited to make new furry friends! Every dog is different and has different needs. I would love to get to know your baby and provide customized care for them. If that's a walk, playing catch in the yard, scavenger hunt, or a snuggle session I want to provide that. I have a 4 year old Boxer / Cattle dog mix. He’s a big boy at nearly 80lbs, hes my gentle giant. He gets along with most dogs even small breeds. I work M-F and have a dog of my own so I am only available on weekends. I may open up evenings if I have regular clients that need it occasionally. When I enter your home I will let your dog come to me and become comfortable with me. After our visit I will give a treat, that you have provided or approve of (if you allow treats) I am not currently caring for others pets in my home, but I am open to doing that for any regulars I might develop.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Nichols Hills
Renata is the best cat sitter we have had! Upon meeting her, you immediately recognize that Ren is a very kind and sensitive person, and we believe these traits were perceived by our cats. One is incredibly shy and afraid of everything, but Renata was able to send photos of her interactions with Mollie on the first day which is quite an accomplishment. Ren was very thorough in our first meeting on learning as much as she could about their behaviors. We appreciated the daily updates and photos she posted. She also alerted us to a possible health issue when she noticed that one of the kitties was sneezing a little bit on her visit. We said that it happened from time to time and we weren’t concerned but it was very reassuring that she was observing them so closely. We highly recommend Renata and will certainly use her again.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Nichols Hills. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
